Took my Tundra over there to get a stereo installed. All I can say is A+ Service. Everyone in that shop was helpful. Highly recommend as they are the best in town.

They won t work on Tesla s due to lack of knowledge.Edit: was having a bad day because it was hard to find a shop that would install an amp on a Tesla. A lot of these inexperienced shops are scared of EVs because they re ignorant, but an amplifier install is the exact same process on this car as any other. But I ll add a couple stars because there s probably not a lot of EVs that go to these shops. Elite Car Audio is knowledgeable if you re looking to get work done on a Tesla or other EV.

Wes extremely helpful and kind, the guys at the front are super nice and very knowledgeable. Had an issues with a key fob/alarm system from viper and they were able to reprogram it for me and ensure that it was fully working. Amazing environment.

Car Audio Pros always look out for me. Prices are worth the quality service. The team is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I m a returning customer; they installed my subwoofers and amps for both cars. I needed a car battery replacement and 3 different auto places turned me down because my system was hooked up to the battery. Car Audio Pros allowed me to come in and they replaced the battery with no issues. Thank you!

Pros?? I question that. I just called and they can't give me a quote over the phone. They would rather I waste gas to go in there to "shop around" as the person I just spoke with mentioned.

I have had a number of vehicles taking here. As well as my sons, nephew's, uncle oh, and some friends. All the work that has been done on all these vehicles have been outstanding. One of them there was a problem but this place handled it no problem they informed us of the problem and they fixed it. The Sounds in the quality of the products bought here I have been impressed with and have had no problems you get your money's worth and the quality is amazing. The customer services outstanding, very friendly and informative. They will answer every question and give you total honesty. The prices are reasonable but they will work with you. You will not lock away disappointed.

When I was younger I didn't know anything about car speakers and I went here and they took advantage. Overcharged me and even said it was a very good deal. Got ripped off.Don't come here unless you want to over pay.Went here again and they tried charging my son $300 to installOnly backup camera.

Would highly recommend this shop for anyone who need car audio, LED lights, alarms etc. They know what they're talking about and have fair prices and will work with you to find the best setup for your vehicle. I've taken 2 trucks and taking my girlfriend car there and they're the only shop I trust to do any work. Getting to know they guys over the years of taking my truck, they're down to earth to talk to and will take care of you to make sure everything works and you're happy with your purchase. Best shop in town and only place I'll recommend and support.

Ide like to say im a pretty harsh critic when it comes to judging places like this. But this place takes the cake. I can genuinely say i fully trust this place with my installs. I ve had several cars I ve taken here over then years. 3 corvette C8s, (the one in the picture above is mine) 2 silverados, 2 Audis, 2 Mercedes. And multiple of my families and friends cars. After they hardwired my radars and dash cams i came back for more complex things. Like a full speaker set up in my Audi with subs. It came out flawless. I even once had them install a PA system with sirens on my Silverado. It came out clean. I don t really know much when it comes to speakers and setting them up but they walked me through it each time. Every other place i went to before would rip me off when they seen me pull up in nice cars. This place keeps it consistent and honest.

A1 service. Kind staff! Got a new car and installed my old stereo. Saul installed my subwoofers amp and dial. Very clean work. 2 hour job2018 s class so they handle complex jobs. Got a free accessory too! When i called to say i got something i didnt pay for they said dont worry about it!

I had them install a stereo I had bought from somewhere else & the install price was good compared to other places. They were able to get me in & out pretty quickly. I also needed special service done for Apple CarPlay to work properly in my car & they did it free of charge so thanks a lot. Great customer service too.

After 4 attempts/visits and $400, they still couldn't get my sound system right. The first time they didn't check if my other car's functions still worked after their install, windows were disabled and they didn't even check anything. Second time they left a rear speaker unplugged, so I went back in and they ended up installing it backwards. 2 other visits and rear speaker don't sound right, my right tweeter wiring was so faulty that it comes in an out. They continued to say they have 17 years of experience, but maybe experience in doing other things. They kept saying it was my fault for bring in parts from outside their store, but when I first asked if they could do the job, they arrogantly agreed since they had the "most experienced guys in Bakersfield". They proved that they couldn't finish a job given 4 tries. I would not give this team my business and would look anywhere else. If I wanted a terrible job, I would have done it myself.

Absolutely a LEGIT place to get your stereo stuff or have it installed! I'm not a super duper car stereo guy but the customer service and prices are superb and if I need anything else ever again I'm going back! If anyone asks me, then I'm sending them to these guys. And the customer service was not just with myself but I noticed how they treated everyone. Everyone feels welcomed! A real class act place!!!

I stop by to ask for help and the person that was working there was more then willing to help me with my problem. After he fixed my problem I ask him how much did I owe him and he said that I didn't owe him anything. I would recommend Car Audio Pros to anybody. They treat you right

Very honest and helpful, what more can you ask for? I picked Car Audio Pros at random to diagnose an issue with reception in an after market radio. They could easily have sold me a new radio and charged for installation, but instead they took the time to actually see if that would help. I'm amazed at the quality of customer service. The shop is clean, well organized, with a comfortable waiting room. Give this place a chance, you won't regret it.

They really made us feel like they wanted us to get the best product and service possible. I was really impressed that they weren't trying to oversell us and in fact they stopped from getting a service we didn't really need. The stereo and installation were perfect and would recommend to everyone looking for a good prices and services.

Fast & friendly service: Took quite a bit of time to explain to me how my new stereo worked. I do not usually "shop the world" but felt that their pricing seemed even more fair than I expected. I even went back to get them to install some driving lights, since they did not sell them they told me that if I bought them and brought them in they would install them. After purchasing some driving lights they installed them as clean as I could have hoped for and again were more than reasonable on the cost.I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.

These guys did a great job installing a double din touch screen and even custom fit a piece for my car. Had an issue with the sound, I took it back and had no problems with them fixing it for no cost. Great place, fair priced and stand by there work.

Always do a great job at a decent price. I've never had any problems with these guys after 3 different vehicles. If there's ever an issue, they handle it. No questions asked.

I purchased an amp and stereo for a reasonable price including installation. These guys are HONEST and very helpful. I didn't feel any pressure from these guys to sell me something I didn't want or need... Great job keep up the great work...

They were over priced but fairly quick on the installation, but when i was about to leave the owner hit my truck on rear bumper and didn t bother to care at all and offered a free tweeter speaker when a rear bumper is worth more. bad experience and customer service

These guys did a good job hook it up the system of my car at Honda Civic of time and get together we can hook it up made my speaker Sunny real nice and Chris I was 7 pretty hard you can hit me down the street 7 and it was pretty. I like the end of your whole window shaking your house and yeah they got these guys know what they're doing their prices are cool there compared to other people prices they're cool but the service was nice I got it all done in one day

I had a remote start and security installed customer service was very Helpful! They were able to assist me with two of my remote start installs both done very quickly and no sort cuts. I had a problem with a new remote not working to start i was able to bring it down and they were able to get it working in minute or less with no hassles or charge. i would recommend them to any one looking for a remote start security install or any of there products they`ll stand by there products and installation.
