The service at Caliber Collision was amazing our 3rd time being there seems like we're there every 6 months lol Joesph was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process so easy through them and even with my insurance. He kept me updated with very thorough explanations of what was being done to my car and not only was I impressed with the customer service, my car was even done in a timely matter. And my BMW looked as new as when I first got it. Very satisfied with the work done. With the amount of professionalism and great service received from taking my car to Caliber and the help received from Joseph Juan & the general manager Austin, I would definitely recommend them to family and friends! And praying we don't have to go back again but I would go back if I needed to. Thanks Caliber Collision!!!! 5 stars every time!

I couldn t be happier with the results of the repair on my White 5-Series BMW. After the unfortunate incident where an unknown driver aggressively hit the rear bumper of my car and damaged it tremendously. I was worried about how it would turn out. But thanks to Caliber Collision, the repair was done so meticulously that it s as if the accident never happened. The attention to detail and the skill of your team truly impressed me. I m completely satisfied with the outcome, and I want to commend your staff for their excellent work. This has been a great experience with Caliber Collision, and I m grateful for the top-notch service. Special Thank you to Darwin for staying after hours to accommodate to my busy work schedule and allow for me to have a seamless rental car drop off and my car pick up!

Darwin and Austin gave me excellent customer service. They kept me updated throughout the whole process of the repairs of my vehicle. I had an issue the day after I picked up my vehicle, and they made time to resolve it right away. I appreciate that they offer lifetime warranty for the repairs done to my vehicle. This gives me peace of mind because it guarantees the quality of the work done on my truck. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

This place is amazing! Everyone was very nice, they kept me updated the whole time they had my car. It took a lot less than expected and before the original date I was given. They did a great job on my car! I had my bumper replaced, new headlight and had my fender replaced. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Well after not returning phone calls. I showed up to a ridiculously unfinished truck that I got charged for to put back together just to be told oh it s because it would not fit. Part that we re not on the list to fix are now broken and not put back together or replaced. You have better odds getting your vehicle reassembled at a demolition derby. Do not recommend this shop to my worst enemy.

They do an excellent work! My car got scratched really bad from the trunk all the way to the hood. They made my car look brand new! The one that walked me through the process was Angel and I walked him through the car and told him where the damages were. He took care of every single scratch and dent I showed him. He called me from time to time to tell me how the process was going and that I really appreciate! It took them 2 weeks exactly to finish the job which was faster than expected! (It was expected to be done in 1 month).

Juan Torres and Austin treated me like family. I explained what I felt after a fender bender and they went above and beyond to get all my questions answered. This team is impeccable!!! They kept me in the loop and even beat the deadline with QUALITY! I'd recommend Caliber any day. #5STAR

My car was in a wreck less than 24 hours when I bought it. I was crushed. But as soon as we got all the insurance and liability taken care of, it was a breeze. Amanda Soto took great care of me and my car. She was detail oriented, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. She was a pleasure to work with.

Darwin and Austin went above and beyond to see that the repairs made on my Tacoma were completed on time and with great detail to quality workmanship. I am extremely satisfied with the service at this caliber. I had more than one claim handled here, so I appreciate the patience I received! The front desk girls were so kind, my service advisor Joseph gave me quick responses, & addressed all the concerns I had regarding my repair amazingly. I truly appreciate the service provided by the staff, especially the general manager, Austin, who was able to address some additional concerns I had, and got everything settled without a hiccup. Outstanding work in all areas including actual work on vehicle, customer service in communicating updates to know the status of my vehicles work. All involved stayed connected with. Even Dave to face when I came in to pick up my finished vehicle the receptionist was great too.Joseph stay connected toe, sending text updates which I truly appreciate. It helped me to plan my days.

These guys were AMAZING!They greatly surpassed my expectations! My door and rear fender were damaged in an accident and they even took care of some other door dings I had for free!As a joke I asked to see if they can buff some scratches on my hood and Austin my advisor said no problem AND THEY ACTUALLY DID IT!!!Thank you guys so much, I will recommend everyone I know!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a great job with my vehicle! There was some issues I did see the next morning after seeing my vehicle clearly, but it wasn t bad work. They did a great job. This place is trash I just got my truck back for nearly a month and a half being pushed back because they need to get it perfect and now the lights windshield wipers don t work now it has a leak where it was supposedly fixed

First time using Caliber Collision and glad I did. I will definitely be using these guys again, great customer service and repairs looks great paint match was on spec and Angel let me know each step of the way how things were going. Terrible customer service and communication.Set an appointment for an estimate, arrived at the scheduled time and had to wait 30+ minutes for someone to take 5 minutes and take a few pictures of the vehicle and then say they would email me a copy of the estimate on a few hours. Didn t receive an estimate that day so I called the next day and they said they would get it to me that day. Again didn t receive an estimate so I called to be told the person in charge of those claims was out of the office and would get back to me on Monday. Finally got an estimate on Tuesday but had a question about it and responded and got no response. Also asked to be contacted by the general manager and never heard from them.If this is how they handle the estimate I would hate to imagine how poor the communication and delivery is when they are actually working on the car.The kicker is this is the second time we have had to take this vehicle in for an estimate because Caliber never provided an estimate the first time we took it in.I can only recommend that you avoid this place at all costs, it s stressful enough having to get your car fixed after an accident and Caliber will only make it way worse.
