Highly recommend this car repair service! They were efficient, professional, and fixed my car in no time. The staff was friendly especially Mina, my advisor. She knows what she was doing, explained everything clearly. Will definitely be returning for any future car needs. Good customer service.

I received great service at Caliber collision Center at Schirra location. Repair to my vehicle was done sooner than I was expected and with excellent quality. People working there are very helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me updated daily during the repair process, no need to call to find out what is going and when it will be ready . I would highly recommend that place in case you ever need it.

The people who helped me were super nice and I felt my car was going to into a good place where I could trust them. During the whole repair I was getting updates about my car and even after I they informed me of ANYTHING was wrong to comeback, which I didn t need to but it felt nice to have someone care about my car like I care.

So was referred to them by a bunch of people. Heard that caliber collision was a very good place to go. Showed up this morning with my car. The guy had so many excuses on why he didn't want to work on my car starting from it's too luxury of a car or two sporty. Then he proceeded to say oh I probably can't get those same headlights so I can't warranty them and then goes on and on about the car saying how are so many aftermarket parts on the car when clearly the car is stuck and only thing aftermarket about the car or my headlights and my rims which he clarified. Your rims aren't up to factory specs so we can't work on your car. I had boughten rims that were factory specs and put them on the car. Worst experience I ever had. He wouldn't even work with me. Basically just told me we got to take it somewhere else. I'm not going to work on it. Must be nice to just be able to turn down money. I would never recommend this place to anybody ever again

Everyone was very professional. You can't even tell that the bumper used to be damaged. The only thing is you have to make an appointment to get an estimate. This made the whole repair process take about an extra 1.5 weeks. Every other body shop I or a family member has been to, they will give you an estimate right then. They also say they will keep you informed throughout the whole repair process. I was only semi-informed. Despite this, I would still recommend this repair facility.

Somebody swiped my truck while it was parked, I brought it here based on the reviews. Really glad I did! Big shout out to Tyler, he got to me quick and was completely forward about the process and how long it would take, based on the level of damage. One week later, I picked up my truck and I was amazed how it looked. It came out great, like nothing ever happened! The body man, Martin is truly a master of his craft! The insurance process was super easy to do. Highly recommend. Also, the lifetime warranty of the repair is a nice peace of mind to have. Great shop, great service, great results Service: Body & Trim

Caliber collision was extremely efficient on renewing the damage I had on my jeep which was quite extensive. They even cleaned the inside. All staff and mechanics were so professional and friendly. I was very impressed. I had, had a rear end accident.Besides that, had nothing to do with the accident, I had a door that had a broken part inside the handle, couldn't lock or unlock it. Richard told me if I go to the dealership and pick up the part they would put it in at no extra charge. I was so appreciative. In this day and age that's rare. My jeep was rear-ended, and it took about a month to fix. That wasn't a huge deal but when I picked it up, we noticed right away that the middle rear seatbelt wasn't connected, the exhaust shield was hanging and the trim was missing for the rear hatch window. They owned up to the seatbelt and were apologetic but said the trim was missing when it got there. Showed them pictures proving them wrong, so they said they would order the trim but apparently never did. It's been several months now.Over the next month, I found another rear seat belt not connected (bolt was only in by a few threads), overspray, more loose hardware, more scratched interior panels, and the tire carrier was bent. They reused everything they could but charged the insurance company for replacements on everything. The tire appeared to sit at a strange angle so when I took the carrier off and set it on the garage floor, it was obviously bent and still had pieces of glass inside of it. Really frustrating since the final bill showed they replaced it.Body work was decent overall. I can't tell there was damage with the body work itself, but the lack of quality control is ridiculous.

We were towing our car on an RV trip & it was damaged knot drivable) on a Bakersfield highway.We didn't know any shops, but the tow truck person suggested Caliber Collison.They were amazing! They took us right in & began work immediately. We recieved updates on the progress almost daily & we received answers to any questions we had within a couple of hours.When the car was complete, they met us half way to deliver it to us because we live over 4 hours away. This was an enormous help to us and over & above ( they even filled our gas tank).The car was beautiful! You can't even tell it was damaged.I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Bakersfield to anyone, and actually I have!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing repair shop. All of their technicians are very professional and do their very best to make sure the my vehicle was repaired perfectly and that my satisfaction was a priority. Repairs are done quickly to factory spec and paint was a perfect match. If I ever need damage repair again I know where um taking my truck.

We were rear ended at the end of November and didn't know where to take our vehicle. I went to our insurance agency and they gave me a list of 10 repair shops. I selected Caliber Collision and made the correct decision. They were very professional and kept me updated from the onset. I mentioned to them how impressed I was from the beginning and hoped the end result would be the same. They assured me that I would be and they were right. I received my vehicle 8 or 9 days before the original completion date. When I picked it up it wasn't just sparkling clean on the outside but it was sparkling clean on the inside. They definitely have me as a customer for any future work. They are my go to place for repairs hands down!!!Service: Body & Trim

We had an accident, I chose Caliber for the repair. Glad I did. We got our car back early two weeks early in better shape then before the accident.The vehicle feels brand new it s steers tighter and rebounds better a huge improvement. Whatever wear and tear happened from a daily drive over the grape vine is fixed. I m completely in awe I have a new vehicle. This vehicle feels better than it did new. Great work. My car needed some body repairs and I was offered 2 options from my insurance company. I read the reviews before I made the selection. I am soooo happy I decided to go with Caliber , they went above and beyond my expectations . I would say that the only adjustment I would make is to have their front office administrators provide the same level of customer service as their service managers. The front office needs to concentrate on greeting customers with a smile and warm welcome.Service: Body & Trim

I wanted to share how amazing Oscar the general manager and his manager Trevor took care of my repairs from my accident . I had serious damages to my vehicle and Oscar gave me the most comfort and caring care I needed to ensure my vehicle would came back to new and even better . He made that happen, he is a man of his word and made me earn his trust. His experience and care goes a long way and I definitely would recommend anyone to use this shop .
