BIG thank you to Jose and the team for the excellent care I received. My car was ready earlier than the expected date which is a plus and I was informed about every step in the process. The ladies up front were so sweet and professional (I am so sorry I am blanking on their names!)Definitely will recommend caliber to anyone needing work done on their car

Very satisfied with the work! I was so worried it wasn t going to look the same before I got hit. Ignacio & his team was nice, they handled everything and had great communication about updates on my car. I would highly recommend Caliber Collection. They had great customer service. Kept you informed of the status of the repairs. Worked well with Enterprise car rental. Completed all repairs prior to date projected. Thank you for making this possible - quickly and smoothly. Being a female and senior, they took care of all repair needs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My car looked great and was ready days earlier than expected. Marlon who oversaw the repairs to my car was very friendly and kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs.

We came here to fix a reflector on my daughter s car and they did great. The dealership charged us $100 to duck tape it and it fell off again. We came here and were helped by Joe who was polite, friendly, and did a great job.

Craig, Jason and Natalee are absolutely amazing. I would recommend Caliber Collision on Meany to anyone. Super friendly and reliable staff. They had my car completed super fast and I really felt that all my concerns were heard and addressed. They made a very stressful and frustrating process simple. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Glad I went here, felt like the team took care of me, plus their office was comfy and professional, and most importantly, my car was back to new. Bonus was that I didn t have to ask friends for a ride to or from, They drove me to enterprise and I was able to pick up my car and leave the rental with them.

I had an accident with damage to the front of my car. I went in for an estimate and was extremely impressed. The technician, Ignacio, was very thorough and knowledgeable.The work was completed on time and the quality was superb. The customer service from all staff was excellent. One of their employees noticed the damage on my car when we bumped into each other at chipotle. He gave me his card and told me he would take care of getting it fixed and even get me a discount if I had AAA. Knocked $10/hr off the rate and did a fantastic job ahead of schedule. Would give them more stars if I could.

This place is wonderful! Their staff is amazing and they go above and beyond to help you!!! Especially the young man named Joe G. I can t say enough about him. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. And, the young lady at the front desk that sits to the left as you walk in was(who has a 2 year old, I didn t get her name) also amazing. It was like stepping back in time, when people actually care about their customers. I didn t feel like a just a number here. They really care!!! If you need your automobile s fixed, this is the only place I would recommend. My hat is off to the manager running this place. This place was awful like actually awful they said they were working on time and that the car was gonna be back on time and turns out the day we were suppose to get it back nothing had been done not even touched. Still in the same condition that we had dropped it off in I am extremely disappointed with there service the car was not even that bad and they had it for a month and nothing had been touchedServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim
