Couldn t be more grateful for this team! My brand new car was hit and they took care of everything for me. From the atmosphere to the work there is no better place. DO NOT BRING YOUR TESLA HERE. Your panels will not be aligned, your white seats will be stained, your alignment will not be straight, your paint will have micro scratches, you will be lied to your face. Most of these reviews are fake. Shop ran by lying boys, and not responsible men. Stay away if possible. Absolute headache dealing with this shop.

The guys at this shop were super helpful when I had my first accident. They made the whole process a breeze and made me feel at ease. My car was sent in to get 3 corrections. After corrections, My car came back with 8 new issues. New scratches. Broken panels. Rattling inside. Missing PPF. Damaged door handles. The first 3 corrections took a week and a half. I m furious with this and the fact that I have to send my car back to get these corrections to be done. Will I be compensated for the missing PPF on the door handles? They didn t even let us know they removed them after damaging the door handles.

Absolutely great shop! Always getting the job done. Beyond impressed by the customer service. Everyone is very helpful and respectful. I cannot be more please with zeeks service. His friendliness and professionalism throughout the process was outstanding. Will not go anywhere else to fix my truck in the future but here. I highly recommend.

Could not recommend this location enough! From our first call with Monica until our last interaction with Ezekiel we were pleased. Their communication was by far above and beyond any other repair shop I have ever dealt with. I would for sure go back if we were ever in need of their services again.

Promises of the car being done on a certain day only to be delayed even longer. This time it s due to Caliber s mistreatment and not getting the car done correctly THE FIRST TIME IT WAS TAKEN IN, at this point if you re going to promise a car being done on a certain date it should be taken care of, ALSO if the car has to be taken back because of Caliber s mistakes THE COMPANY SHOULD COVER A RENTAL CAR FREE OF CHARGE DUE TO NOT COMPLETING THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND HAVING TO GO A WEEK WITHOUT A CAR DUE TO CALIBER S MISTAKES

"Caliber Collision is the example of professional collision repair."I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the excellent work Caliber Collision performed on my damaged 2017 GMC Canyon Denali. The excellent work performed and attention to detail prompted this review.What really impressed me more than any other thing was Caliber Collisions customer sevice from start to finish.Starting with being greeted with a smile and offered a bottle of water or coffee, having a estimate and approving work to start and a firm handshake, a warranty for the repair on my Denali when picking up.The vandalism ("keyed", drivers door) and my rear bumper hit and damaged was very stressful. Nothing worst then mean, careless parking lot drivers. My Denali looked very nice until that day. My Denali now, looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I can't even see or tell where the damage was. The collision technicians are top notch professionals.What blew me away was a follow-up telephone call a week later. Never had that before from a body repair shop. Thank you, Zeek!I will be recommending Caliber Collision at 1322 Citation Way, Bakersfield, CA 93308 to all my friends and family.Caliber Collision is a top notch company. Professional, modern facilities, excellent employees and customer service.
