When I wrecked my car I thought that was it and my car was ruined. These miracle workers were fantastic. Very professional, hard working, detail oriented, punctual, talented, enthusiastic, dedicated, a committed to customer satisfaction. The kindest individuals you ll ever meet. The whole team was great from collision repair all the way to the coordinators that work behind the scenes. I m a travel nurse and I kept running into issues that will cause delays on my end. They always kept me updated and kept me reassured so that I wouldn t be stressed. They went above and beyond I had to hold on my car for an additional week, detailed my car, so that it was readily available for me so that I can get back to work, and did an excellent job on my car. My car is beautiful and it looks brand new. Thank you so much for your awesome work in your pure dedication. I also want to thank you for the skills you put in to fix my license plate so I didn t have to purchase another one. I m in aww and appreciate you. Thank you.

Leonard was amazing and very nice as well as the rest of the staff and did a wonderful job on my car. They kept me informed everyday and had my car ready when they could. New front and looks very nice. Thanks team caliber on L street in Bakersfield.

Communicaiton - timely mobile updates, great service over the phone.Customer service - freindly, responsive, professional. Leonard was great to work with, as was the team.Repairs - as good as new and completed 3 days sooner than originally anticipated.Overall - fantastic experience. Thank you.

The service proved on the repair of my car was better than expected. And the service by the office staff was excellent. They kept me informed og the progress and when I expressed I need my car by a certain date they made sure they had it ready. I highly recommend this repair shop for repairs on anyone's car.

Caliber collision is AMAZING the day of our accident caliber collision had our vehicle in their collision shop also a rental car waiting for us . All in a day WOW . Ceasar was great with communication on each step of their process.also great at returning our calls promptly and great at answering all our questions. Front desk gal was very helpful and friendly. WON T TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. Miscreants cut the catalytic converter off of my brand new, 10-day old Mazda. Given that this is happening sooo often in Bakersfield, I was expecting it to take at least a week to several months to get it back. They received the car Wednesday evening, ordered the part the next day, and it was ready for pickup that Friday by noon. I know we got lucky with the part being available, but I can t thank the Caliber Collision staff, and especially Jose Piche, enough. They were professional and knowledgeable the whole way through. You guys are the best! THANK YOU!!!

The staff was very friendly and professional. I had been involved in an accident where I was hit from behind and pushed into the car in front of me. They repaired my car and it looked brand new when they were finished. I could not be any happier or more satisfied with the work they did. I m always hesitant to go to car shops bc I feel like I will get taken advantage of price wise because I don t know any better. This was NOT the case here.I would go back to Cesar and his team in a heartbeat. They were all so kind and honest.The whole thing was done insanely fast and I was VERY happy with how my car looked.10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.I m grateful for their integrity and hard work

I was hit from behind. My car needed to be repainted. I took my car to caliber collision. Customer service is great! They took good care of me while I was there. They took their time to go over all of the damage and went into detail about what it would take to fix it. Whoever worked on my car knew what they were doing. I really had to look hard to see where the work was done. I would recommend taking your car here if you need to have it painted. They are honest, thorough and cared enough to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. I waited months to do this review intentionally to make sure their work would hold up and that I wouldn t have any unforeseen issues. There were none. I trust Caliber Collision and will use them for any work I need to have done in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am changing my rating for this business due to having f/up problems with their services. First of all there was a problem with the bumper they had installed on my Toyota Rav 4, it did not fit properly and when I picked up my vehicle I mentioned that to the advisor who helped me and he let me know my insurance does not pay original Toyota parts and that I had to contact my insurance company and bring it up to them. I learned from my insurance adjuster that staff at Calliber could contact them and let them know the problem and they would authorize the better bumper it was normal for them to get calls to fix issues like this. I was pretty upset that I was misinformed. Next I a driving out of town on the freeway and hear a constant clicking sound as if something is hitting against the metal of the car. We proceed to stop at a gas station and realize theirs a part or clip that attaches and holds the bumper to the car, it has a screw that needed to be tightened, it cane off and is dangling and hitting the metal on the car. My husband was able to tighten the screw but it came off again during our trip. Needless to say it was a very inexpensive clip if it had only been replaced when they removed the old bumper and installed the new one. I feel like four or five dollars would not have cost such a big company as Caliber to replace it. Again, I had to take my car back to Calliber to fix this issue. I am pretty upset about this whole ordeal and do regret taking my vehicle here for repairs.

I went to Caliber collision to have my vehicle repaired after an accident. I had never used them before, and I had no idea who to use. I am so glad I used Caliber Collision. They were amazing. They brought my truck back to looking new in a very quick manner. The staff took me to get my rental car. In short, they did it all. I was very pleased with the entire staff and service. Hopefully, I Will never need their services again, but if I do, I am going back to them. Also all work is guaranteed. I just thought that is refreshing. They got your back. This place was recommended by our insurance to get our vehicles damage repaired and I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Enrique took care of communicating with us every step of the way, I never felt like I didn t know what was going on. My husband and I had to take our car here after some damages. While we haven t had the best experiences in the past with auto shops and were expecting this to be the same sort of deal, I am happy to report that we were wrong. We are very satisfied with their services and the quality of their work. We couldn t be happier with the repairs done to the car. It looked brand new. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any repair need.

I was extremely satisfied with this company. Luz was always so friendly answering calls and greeted me with a warm smile when I entered the building. Enrique and Dan kept me up to date with my vehicle s repairs and were very attentive. I truly appreciate everyone that helped me and also the repair men.
