My service representative, Anthony, kept me updated throughout the repair process. I had one hiccup that Caliber was not able to repair and I had to get it fixed at the dealership. The manager, Robert, was able to have the dealership bill Caliber directly so it was less hassle for me. I appreciated that. I am happy now that my vehicle is completely finished. I was treated fairly. Thank you for the customer service.

Caliber is a big company but you wouldn t know when dealing with these folks. They have done good by me more times than I want to admit. But seriously some of the best service I have ever had. They are a big company with a small family run attitude and demeanor. They did exactly what they said they would do in exactly the time they said they would do it. They were done early but the kept the truck one more day to do something they didn t need to do. The put on a set of fender flairs I was struggling to find time to install and they adjusted my headlights after I had a leveling kit installed. Then they washed it and even armor-all d the tires. Al was the face of all of the people who made all of this happen and he was awesome. As a small business owner I appreciate people who do what they tell you the will do and then go the extra mile. Thanks Al.

Calibur Collision on Kern Street is top notch for sure! From the moment I walked in their front door I felt welcomed and at ease. Luce, at the front desk, was very kind and personable, and Al, the repair rep, was the same. I was kept informed of the progress daily by text or a personal phone call. My car was ready 6 days before their estimated completion date, and it looks as good as the day I bought it brand new! I highly recommend this business and I will for sure return if I need to in the future.

Just got my 2023 Camry back not only were they so nice and helpful when I took my car too get dropped off didn t have a ride too work so Ivan took me too work and it only took them like less then a week too have it ready. It looks so much better then when I took it in color fits perfectly. Luc in the front desk was also so nice and helpful wish I had gotten everyone else s name who worked on the car cause it so nice if anything ever happens too my car I know the first place I m take it thanks too everyone who worked on my car.Service: Electrical

They were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable from the very beginning. Even before they received my car they helped me find out the problem with the towing. I was kept appraised of the progress at least weekly. My car looks great!

I highly recommend this business on Kern Street. My mom had her truck repaired at this business. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They went above & beyond to help their customer. Always called to let you know how the repair is going. Great customer service!!

I highly recommend this business on Kern street. I highly recommend this business on Kern Street. Had my Acura repaired at this business after parking lot fender bender. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They went above & beyond to help make the process painless. Luz at the front desk is always spot on with customer service!! My entire experience with the Kern location of CaliberCollision was phenomenal! Amazing customer service, from Luz at the front desk to Al working on the service side, every part of my experience has been top notch! My vehicle came back sooner than expected looking and moving great! I recommend this company and especially this location to anyone seeking quality vehicle repair!

Professional staff was knowledgeable through out the entire damage assessment and repair process. My vehicle was a total loss yet they treated me with kindness and explained how they reached that decision. They handled all paperwork involved with my insurance co. I would use them again if needed.

Rating it 4/5 just because when i called for an estimate appointment they said they would appraise my vehicle the same day but instead they didn't do it until a whole week later. Also my insurance was getting an appraisal and when i called the shop they said they didn't have one yet so it didn't make sense. They also gave my insurance a finished date and when i called them they told me they weren't sure when it would be finished because of delay of parts. But once they did finish my vehicle i was 100% satisfied with the work.Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend this auto body shop for all your repair needs. They have the best customer service, and care about all your needs. Al and Luz helped us during the process, not only did they help every step of the way but made sure our car was ready to go for us to get back to our daily routine as soon as possible. I dropped my car off this morning, and the office manager, Luz, was polite and friendly. She let the appropriate person know I had arrived and my car was quickly moved to the parking lot for photos and an estimate.

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision (on Kern st.). They are extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. My car needed some repairs done I was given a date of completion and they had it done 2 days prior to that date. The work was AMAZING and my car was as good as new! The woman at the front desk has awesome customer service skills and makes you feel like you are their only client. She pays attention to everything you are concerned about and answers all/any questions you have. The customer service at this shop is above and beyond what I could have expected. From the moment I called and spoke to Luz to make an appointment I felt like I was speaking to a friend. She was so helpful and welcoming when I came into the office and was always so happy to help with anything I needed.I highly recommend this shop if you are in need of quality body work and paint for your auto. Loved everything. Anthony,Luz,& Robert are super nice! Loved the communication there was between Anthony & I, while the duration that my car was there. Don t get me started on Luz, she s great & the friendliest. Robert does a very good job as well! Would definitely recommend. Best caliber collision that I have been to by far.Was greeted as soon as I walked in, by the front desk lady Luz. She asked if I wanted any water and made me popcorn while I was waiting. Anthony was also super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He always followed up with me and gave me updates. Also was surprised that the Manager Robert came out and greeted me as well. Don t see that very often nowadays, you can really tell they care about you here.

I chose this shop bc of their high ratings. They did not disappoint. I showed up on a Saturday when they were closed but Luz and Anthony graciously attended to me and described the process where my insurance company will communicate with them.
