To say my experience was great is an understatement. My experience was AWESOME!! These folks helped us out with the highest professionalism and customer service I ve ever experienced. Told me and showed me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Made the repairs timely and was budget friendly. Amazing customer service and professionalism. I spent all day at work today telling everyone I saw about this place. Excellent job C&J. I will absolutely be a customer for life. This is not fake or a joke I am serious when I say this is old school service and it is appreciated and respected!! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! Thanks again for a great experience!! Much respect to you all!!

SCAM !!! SCAM !!! SCAM !!! Please do not bring your car here you will regret it!!!! They will milk you for hundreds and hundreds of dollars, keep your car for months and your car will be worse than what it was before you brought it to them!!!! I should have checked the reviews they have more bad reviews than good! Shame on you to do this to people who spend they hard earn money and last money to get they car fix and allow the car to be available for pickup when it s NOT FIXED. Enjoy your 2,000$ while my car is still breaking down in the middle of the road !!!!

Sad to say I was recommended to this place and I was so disappointed. They broke a part that wasn't suppose to be part of the oil change and they broke it. I still had to pay, they should take responsibility when they work on you're vehicle

I bought a mini cooper from Auto Empire for my daughter that came with an Omega warranty and was recommended from the dealer after only having it 2 weeks to take it to this shop to have repairs done. I got it back after having the turbo replaced and had to turn around and take it back because it still had smoke coming out of the tail pipe. They wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee, but ended up giving me half off. When we got home and opened the hood we found a rag and a hose that was part of the PVC disconnected. So do your research, don t buy from Auto Empire, don t take an Omega warranty and find another mechanic shop. I would have given no star but had to gave a star to post.

I took my vehicle for a free on service and theh charged me 300 $ for it to end up having problems one week later so I had to go back and they got another 200$ to fix the problem they made themselves for not properly inspecting the parts and now they found the problem which was suppose to be found by the faulty parts they had. They don t respect their terms of service policies and dosr their customers by racial profiling people and are xenophobic and now 500$ short with still no A/C. The lady said it is what it is when I mentioned about me paying all the money which takes me 1 week for me to make. At the end of it the manager mechanic came outside and was verbally assaulting me to leave while I was a passive customer.

Great people but slow every time. Busy or not. The price is great but with one car I am stuck for hours. They only give you what you ask for so either be very specific when you self diagnose the vehicle or be very specific with the problem and moments it occurs so they can check or you may ended coming back when it's worse. Make sure whatever you tell the assistance up front that you tel the mechanic as well directly because they may not read the notes initially.

Honestly I'm surprised by the professionalism and the fact that they get the cars done correctly the first time definitely coming back very impressed by them I would totally recommend you and reasonably priced

It s very hard finding an honest automotive repair shop since we know there s so many that will take us non-suspecting hard-working people for a ride. But this place is different. I was referred to them from a friend which was key for me. Having an older vehicle for our 20 year-old daughter, it needs to be running well, but we didn t want to invest too much for AC/Heating because of course that wouldn t be financially smart.So I took it to them and walked out of there with the AC&H working plus it didn t break our piggy bank. I am just thrilled with this auto repair shop and wanted to give any possible new customer the assurance you will not be disappointed. Their customer service was awesome as was their communications with me. I am 100% happy with everything about them. Highly recommend.

Needed spark plugs changed on my suv. Everywhere I called wanted to charge me $200+ or wouldn t do it without running a diagnostic. PAC changed out my spark plugs for under 100 bucks! That was the price for just labor I provided the parts. The staff and pricing so far is outstanding!

After spending 245$ to get my oil leak fixed. About a couple months after it started slowly leaking again. It wasn't until a week before my warranty I tried to take it in. Although they said they were booked. They told me to call but automatic dial tone. Anyhow, its still leaking and nothing was resolved. Now, I understand they have good intentions. But for 245$ I would assume it wouldn't leak again.

Fast, efficient, and GREAT prices! I came here after being quoted $650+ for disc brake pad change. I only paid $50 for front and back service since I brought my own pads!! Awesome and honest people. Cynthia is beyond amazing at being honest and upfront. No scams, no hassling, no BS.I'm excited I found this place, never going to PepBoys again! :-)

I paid for this place in Rosedale $2,000 repairs on my 1993 Toyota 4Runner. One month later and countless runarounds, plus I spent another $200 on a part they forgot. They kept my truck for 5 weeks! It was returned dusty and greasy from hood area. I feel like they forgot to work on it and did a rush job. DO NOT USE THiS REPAIR SHOP!!! Unprofessional , unresponsive, and unreliable .

We have been taking all our vehicles here since they opened. Quality work and great prices every time. Jose and Cynthia are so honest and kind makes you feel like you re with family. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

Came in for AC repair and leak, they ordered the parts, came in sooner than they expected, went right to work, also addresses concerning problems in which they always ask you, very considerate, good technicians, and a really comfortable waiting room! Definitely will be here again for any more problems!

Jose and the crew at Pacific Tire are awesome to deal with! Have had many different repairs/services done here, and 100% satisfaction every time. C&J they are outstanding & Awsome like it feels rite at home when they are working on my car & they are Honest They get the job done right pricing is fair The C&J Team work hard & they go above and beyond there call of duty with C up front & J n the back C does alot of Research to help the Customer get the best value and price J makes sure that all things under the hood are done right & if need to they will call & text u about your vehicle needs & repairs if I was yall Bring your Car Truck New or Old they will get ya vehicle on the road with ya smiles

I Highly recommend this place.. had a flat and it dent my rim a little.. they saved me from paying for a tow truck and they did hella a good job fixing the little dent and a new tire at a good reasonable price...for sure I'd back for tires or get work on my truck.

We liked to say wow , the customer service was amazing,, talk about accommodating a customer meeting there needs ,,I was looking for a mobile mechanic to come to my house to fix my teenage sons car , the car wasn t drivable , needed brakes rotors front and back and needed ac .....Cynthia and Jose went above and beyond and got our sons car towed to them and fixed it with a reasonable price Thank you guys very much for taking care of this for us we definitely would recommend you and use your services for the future

This shop is so caring and they really saved my day .i had run something over leaving work and was trying to get as far as i could and saw pacific tire and pulled into the parking lot and went in i told them what happened and the fact that i had no money but i did have my check but cant cash it yet .i expected them to tell me to get lost to my surprise they put on a used tire and told me ,to come back when i got my check cashed they saved my day and they have gained my patronage for as long as they're openThank you Pacific Tire
