The only place I've found U bolts that fit my axles! Nobody else in Bakersfield had them! Nice people and great prices

Had Bud's check our brakes and bearings on our travel trailer. In and out in 1-1/2 hours at a very fair price. Already added it to my calendar to have it done agin next year.

I had a leaf spring break on my travel trailer, about 30 miles north of Bakersfield. Found this shop. They had what I needed, and he was friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommend if you have the need.

I had some major problems with my boat trailer. Took it in and they fixed everything. They not only fixed the trailer, they made it better! If I need anything to do with my trailer, I m bringing it to them. They really are great. I payed a fair price actually, I think I got a great deal. Anyway, go to them, you will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate these guys. They fit me in on a problem with a weight distribution hitch we had on a long trip when no one else could. They took time while we talked to the hitch manufacturer and corrected a faulty installation done by the dealer. Zero hesitation in trusting their work.

The leaf spring on our trailer broke on the way to Yosemite and we weee in desperate need to get it repaired quickly. Carl took care of us in less than an hour and had the parts in stock! If you are in need of trailer or brake work got to Bud s and ask for Carl!

We were traveling with our RV when a wheel bearing failed on our 5th wheel. The axle was completely ruined and had to be replaced. Bud's Brake and Wheel was able to order the parts and install them the next day. We also upgraded the capacity of the axle making it better than stock. We highly recommend their services. I m from out of state and broke a leaf spring on my large trailer. I was worried about where to take it, how long it would take to get parts and how much it was going to cost. A friend suggested Bud s and I cannot be more satisfied. I dropped it off one day and it was ready the next morning. They had the parts in stock and I was shocked at how little they charged me especially since I was stranded and at their mercy. Thanks Carl!!

Buds is the best trailer service company in the Central Valley, or I should say in California. I had them install a new axle in my gooseneck utility trailer to raise trailer due to the additional height of my new truck. Not only did they install the correct axle, they removed a few of the leaf springs in my suspension so trailer would tow better, added larger chain hooks to accommodate the larger diameter safety chain receivers and they installed a spare tire carrier at a great price. Trailer looks and tows great behind my new truck. Customer service is excellent and Warren and Carl are honest, professional and polite and very experienced with trailers. I would recommend you see Buds for all your trailer needs.

The guys at Bud s really came to our rescue when we had a whole wheel fail on our travel trailer right outside of bakersfield. They promptly worked on our trailer to have us back on our road trip as soon as possible which was a blessing considering we had 2 little kids with us and were 5 hrs away from our home. We were very happy with the service

Went in for a trailer repair. Couldn t get anyone to fix my breaks on the fly. They not only did it on the fly. They charged an extremely fair price. Don t go anywhere but here for your trailer repair. These guys are awesome.

Freakin saved my butt. Axle was destroyed by bad bearing. (My fault for not repacking sooner.) But they ordered new and took care of no problem. Thanks!

I'm from out of town just passing through when I developed a problem with my trailer hitch. Juan and Carl were right on it, got it fixed and back on the road in short time. Very friendly, sweet guys helping an old lady out! Thanks guys, you'll forever be in my heart

On different days during the week, the wheel bearings on our travel trailer failed and stopped us cold in rural California close to the national parks we planned to visit. Both times, mobile mechanics came to us and made the repairs. We were confident that they had repaired the problems but worried something more was needed before we began the 3000 mile drive back home.An Internet search brought Bud's Brake and Wheel Parts in Bakersfield, CA up first. Was it good or had they paid for their position in the search engines? We found them in the NE quadrant of Bakersfield. It's a family-owned business with the grandson running it now.Bud's took us right away, which was amazing. They pulled our wheels, checked the mobile repairs, found some problems and corrected them. They had all the parts we needed and then some. When the mechanic working on our trailer had questions, a senior tech came over to confirm and/or advise - truly a team effort.Within an hour, both of our wheel bearings were better than new. We learned and they corrected what likely led to their failure. We left knowing that the trailer would make the 3,000 mile trip (and more) with no more wheel bearing issues.The staff was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, courteous. The price was right, too. (They could have gouged us but did not.) It was a great experience after 2 harrowing breakdowns on the road. Bud's is definitely a 5 star business.PS - We made it home without further wheel bearing issues.
