Kim & Liz, impeccable service! I enjoyed my experience at this location. I will definitely be going back when services are needed for my vehicle. Very welcoming energy when you walk through the door:)Went in for service on Tuesday to get brakes and rotors. Both very knowledgeable with any questions I had. My experience with Brake Masters in Bakersfield, CA was excellent. I was quite impressed with the quality, professionalism, and integrity of this WOSB. I was very pleased with the communication from and with Kim and Liz over the course of repairs on our older Toyota Tacoma. Brake Masters team did a great job replacing the rack and pinion, tie rods, and struts, as well as performing an alignment. Their pricing is fair and competitive with good, honest work. The location is convenient (I drove an hour to reach Brake Masters on a recommendation) and the shop unique--huge glass windows (more like a half wall) where you can watch the staff of mechanics at work on vehicles. While repairs on the Tacoma spanned a couple of days, I was provided a loaner car as a courtesy. Great overall experience! I would definitely use them again on my other vehicles and would recommend them to friends.

Exceptional customer service. Did the work for half the price of the dealership. Needed brakes and rotors and called as a last ditch effort to find affordable service. Liz told me come on by, no appointment needed. Liz has great customer service, explains everything perfectly. I highly recommend coming here.

Shout out Liz and the boys over at Brake masters! First time coming in and right off the bat Liz was super helpful, professional, and friendly. Tire rotation and alignment were done on my ram. The work that was done on the truck was quality, quick, and the price was right! Definitely bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

I came here to get my vehicle serviced. It was a bit shaky when stepping on the brakes. I came in ready to hear someone try and sell me on things I didn t need but that was NOT THE CASE. I was warmly greeted by someone I believe their name was Liz if I can remember correctly. Liz helped me find the problem on my vehicle, was very knowledgeable and honest. They explained to me in detail my vehicles needs and things I didn t need to worry about. They also were giving me constant updates on what was going on with my vehicle and how much longer it would be. Fast service my vehicle was in the bay within minutes of my arrival. Will definitely be coming back here for all my vehicles brakes and alignments!

Want to give recognition to Kim and Liz who are 2 very awesome people when it comes to my vehicles needing work. Today I got my alignment done on my truck finally and I am super impressed with the customer service I received from Liz. She gave me the info I needed and days very professional. I came at a great time mid week day and they had no wait and got me right in. Definitely coming back with both my vehicles. Thank you Kim and Liz for being so professional!

The Bakersfield location was recommended by my tire shop in 2018 and I still go there for my brake needs. Julio has worked on my car since then and is fantastic! Liz was great too, answered any questions I had and was more than happy to help. Julio and Liz you rock!

We have been taking our vehicles for oil changes here for years. Always a good experience. The last couple of times I have been in, I was helped by Liz she is always so helpful, engaging, and attentive to the customers.

They were professional and friendly. My car was quickly diagnosed and repaired. I did a quick internet search on cost of repairs and they were right on track. They provide a comfortable lobby and offer rides home. I would definitely recommend!!

I bought a new set of tires and had the local Ford Quicklane do an alignment check out of precaution (truck didn't feel like it needed alignment). The Quicklane messed up the alignment and after several attempts and me having to go back to try again, I was told my inner tie-rod had play in it and they would not attempt alignment until it was replaced. I had trouble in the past with this quicklane shop getting proper alignment on several of my vehicles after they replaced their hunter alignment machine with a rotary. The tech working on my truck even stated that he and other techs were having trouble wit the machine but nothing was done by those in charge to fix it.America's tire (where I bought the tires) recommended I try Brake Masters for a second opinion. Due to my busy schedule, Liz (service writer) took the time to pick me up from work in the shop loaner and take me back to the shop to pick up my truck. They found no damaged steering rods and got the alignment correct on the first try and the cost was substantially less than the cost at the Ford dealer. They got the job done and the customer service was excellent. I look forward to recommending and doing future business with Liz and Brake Masters in Bakersfield.

They are so helpful and nice I called them and told the people that work in the office what was wrong with my car took it there 30 minutes I was out the door feeling good knowing my car was in good hands and I will be coming back if I need something else done

Bad business! Horrible customer service. Had brake problems and talk to Adam about repairs, what I wanted done was also what he recommended getting done first. After doing the work they said it was done and good to go. It wasn't good to go and instead of trying to get more work done they let me leave in a messed up vehicle.When calling to explain we just want the issue fixed they would keep saying you knew there was no warranty.. I don't care about the warranty and not even asking for money back.."Kim" at the front desk would constantly put me on hold and leaving me there. She proceeded to tell me the guy I talked to "Adam" was just a service writer there when I asked for the manager. Then later on said "Adam" was the general manager and he would be giving me a call tomorrow.Nope, done with this place and will never ever do business with them. Imagine running a company that has employees that don't understand we were giving them more business but instead pushing them out the door with brakes that still don't work. Crazy. Will be reporting this business to the BBB.

Ended up here after experiencing brake issues while on a long road trip. Not familiar with Bakersfield and in need of help, this Brake Masters location saved me a ton of hassle and got me back on the road very quickly. Liz helped me out and explained exactly what the issue was and what needed to be replaced. She has excellent customer service skills and made the experience totally seamless. Plus, she was very knowledgeable about the service needed and even offered recommendations to mitigate further brake problems. Greatly appreciate the staff of this location helping me out in an emergency.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Brought my car here for new front brakes, it was quick and affordable. Several weeks after the brake job there was a odd wear mark and noise coming from the front right rotor. They wanted to charge 600 dollars for front and rear brake pads on a 2011 Honda accord. Outrageous!!!!! EZ auto tire and wheels charged me $240!! Theyres just down the street
