A HUGE shout out to...Tate, Chris, Hector, Michelle, Omar, & Cass for all of your hard work!!!I took in my food truck to get some electrical work fixed that was done/messed up by another company...They were AMAZING and took their time checking EVERYTHING.As a family owned local business it is important to get service done in a timely manner and they went above and beyond what was expected!!!Awesome Work & Great customer service!!!If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

On the day I bought the trailer, I was a happy camper (no pun intended). My sales guy was professional, nice, and easy to deal with. They were also able to get me the financing that I wanted. That's where the good part of my experience ends. I bought a brand new 2023 Forest River camping trailer. I have had some minor issues as well as some major issues that have affected 3 of my camping trips, as well as causing some safety concerns. I'm not going to list all the minor problems, but here are a few major concerns. My trailer power shut down completely on my beach trip this past weekend. One minute, we had power, and the next minute, we had zero power. The battery tested good, but still no power, and we didn't have hookups. Nothing in the trailer works off of the battery as of now, only 120 volt plug-in power, which we didn't have access to. The trailer is currently in their shop for service, again. While looking underneath the trailer, I noticed numerous nuts and bolts that were not even hand tight. These are the nuts and bolts that hold the body to the frame....very concerning. The weight distribution bar has snapped 2 L pins that hold it in place, and the bar has fallen out of place twice while making a WIDE turn. The first time i filled my trailer up with water, one of the panels and baseboards inside the trailer cracked and broke from the weight of the water, adding stress to the trailer frame (thats my guess) I'm not even going to get into detail about the plumbing issue (which I fixed myself) or other minor issues which I have taken care of on my own. The first time I brought the trailer in, it was there for more than 2 months, at which time,no repairs were done on it. They said the wrong parts had been ordered, and now they say we're waiting on parts. I finally picked up the trailer so I could go camping at the beach, then the battery issue happened, and I had to drop it off at their service department again. The lack of communication and concern is frustrating. I am not sure how long they are going to have my trailer for this time....and neither are they.

Awesome service, and friendly people! I called on a thursday at 4pm about getting an adapter for my RV power cord. The store closes at 5pm and I was all the way on the other side of town. They worked with me and stayed a bit after 5pm close so that I could pick up the part before leaving town that night.Highly recommend this place! Parts team is stellar! Thanks!!!!

We purchased a 2023 Thor Tranquility 19P in July. On our very first camping trip, something went wrong with the inverter and we didn't have power to the air conditioning, tv, outlets, or microwave. We took it back to the service department at Blue Dog and they determined that the inverter needed to be replaced. Well, here we are in September and it is still in the shop. We spoke to Thor last week and we were told that Blue Dog hasn't even ordered the part yet. It has been such a mess that Thor finally asked us if we have considered taking it somewhere else to get the work done.Service: Electrical

Our new Reflection 340RDS was delivered today. I got to see it sitting in Blue Dogs fantastic service center. The staff here is very friendly and eager to please.

We purchased a brand new 2023 coachman leprechaun motorhome from Blue Dog. The salesman was great at the show room. Of course the motorhome stays at a service location to be washed and ready for the new owner. After we pick it up, we realize there are some of what they call. Minor details that needed to be repaired. Caulking around the bottom of the shower. Computerized radio control needed to be completely replaced. Mini blind off centered wouldn t connect to stay in place while driving etc. etc. missing a hubcap major change on the propane pipes under rig. In my opinion unbelievable things that should never have even been on the show room Floor in that condition to begin with Keep in mind that this is our first time purchase of a motorhome but not the first RV to own so luckily we were able to see things that looked a mess Went to pick up the motorhome so excited the headboard falls off when we re almost home. Lol I guess that s minor. Literally fell off onto the bed. I realize that motorhomes need to be built lightweight .What a joke hubcap fell off again lost somewhere on the road shower was never repaired all the way around between base of shower and wall contact A ridiculous amount of time that the rig has been in their possession. To the point of wish, we had never purchased it from them. Honestly, it s been in their possession a longer period of time. Then we have had it in our possession. When I finally got involved and complained threatening to leave the RV with them completely. The work was done within an hour. Is that something.? So now one wonders if the work was done shoddy or completed correctly. Very questionable. Sorry for the book. When we shop this place again? NEVER!!!Would I guide a friend or relative there? NEVER !

Easy to work with. They setup the rig so I could bring in a NRVIA inspector. Tate and Chris did PDI and video orientation for my out of state purchase. These guys were thorough and did everything they said they would.

We purchased a brand new RV from Blue Dog RV in Bakersfield and unfortunately, we have had nothing but issues. I highly recommend staying away from this facility if you are in the market for a trailer of any sort. We traveled (over an hour) to pick up the RV and had to wait over an hour past our appointment time to meet with the financial person, which obviously, isn't ideal. When doing the inspection on the RV, we found 2 items that were broken and needed repair. We were told there was no issue and the new parts would be in and mailed to us in a few weeks. I called to follow up 3 weeks later and the parts HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN ORDERED. I was told that the parts still needed to be approved, even though we found these issues prior to taking possession of the vehicle. No one from the facility will call back or contact you in a timely manner. The treatment has been appalling. The staff doesn't treat customers with respect. It's unfortunate to spend over $40,000 and then find out that the staff doesn't value their customers. I recommend another dealer for your trailer needs.

I made an appt with Mandy to bring in my trailer for multiple issues. She was very easy to deal with and when I brought it in even though they werebusy she took time to go over all my concerns. The next day the tech was calling me about issues to make sure he found everything. I had a couple cracks in the front cap and when I got it back I couldn't even tell where the repair was since they did such a great job blending and matching the paint. Pickup was also very easy. Just want to say thanks for a great job even when I'm sure they're busy and swamped with a lot of people who don't know how rv's work.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely amazing service department. From the manager all the way down the line everybody at the service department of Blue Dog is absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, helpful, courteous and caring. Was a pleasure picking up our trailer there and It s a great piece of mind knowing if and when we have to come in for maintenance these are the guys we get to work with. Thank you all for all the help. Great job.
