Customer service was really great over the phone and in person. I sat and waited for my SUV to be fully serviced. The waiting area was comfortable. I'll definitely be returning when my next services are due.

It's so hard to find a trusted and reputable auto body shop. Gave this place a shot but they failed miserably. Went in for an oil change and of course they "found" issues that needed to be fixed. They informed me that I needed all 4 brakes fixed. The price, over $1000! Something didn't feel right because the car hadn't been struggling to stop, so I said "no thank you" and i took it to another shop right away. Turns out I only needed brake pads. This place probably pulls this same stunt over and over on the daily. I will continue my search for a trusted shop.

Yes I had my breaks done 1-21-23. 4 months after they were Installed I began to hear a noise coming from my breaks so I brought my truck back for an inspection only to be informed that everything was fine. I'm now back having the same issue only to be told that it's now my rotators and now being asked if I want to purchase new rotators and sensors for my truck. As informed the service technician who was making no sense at all as he was trying to convince me that this is a you problem.He informed me my pads are good and the noise is coming from my break sensor because the sensors were to thick. As I explained to Mr. Omar Suastegui I didn t even have this problem before I brought my truck in for repairs and the issue should have been taken care of in April when my truck was still under warranty and now it seems like a hustle to get me to purchase all the parts that was previously purchased. And if the rotators were to thin at the onset why put new pads on the rotators if I was going to have to return in such a short time. His response was every vehicle is different.

I have been here 3 times for brakes, alignment, and tires. They always do an honest, excellent job at a fair price, zero complaints! The manager Charlene Carrillo, deserves recognition for outstanding performance. I will always come here first.

I am currently sitting in the lobby as I type this, I was quoted about 1 hour for an alignment, it has already been 2.5 hours and they dont seem close to being done, I have watched 4 people come and go, I walked and got lunch, I am spending my day off sitting at big o tire. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the guy at the front desk is kind and courteous.

Got my A/C serviced yesterday and the car was brought back with black residue all around it. My paint on my driver door got chipped and damaged completely.

I had all my brakes done 3 weeks ago for $813. Today I heard a noise in the brakes at 4:30 and immediately drove to the same Big O to see if they could check it out first thing in the morning because I had to be someplace at 10 am and I didn t feel safe driving with that noise. They said they didn t take appointments on Saturday and it could take hours and they couldn t make an exception to put me near the head of the line. I am a 75 year old woman, living alone and I just wanted to know if it was safe to drive. This Big O is close to home and this was the second time they had done my brakes but I won t go there again. No customer service here but there are plenty of brake places in Bakersfield.

Went to take my wife's car here because it had a slow leak in one of the tires. Xavier asked if I had purchased the tires there. I bought the tires at a different big o tires off of white lane. They were really awesome and they fixed it for free because it had a small nail in it. Xavier was a very personable, professional, and a very likeable person. I came in on a Saturday and I know weekends are busy for these types of places but everything was quick and easy. Thanks for giving me a great experience Xavier. You are the man!

You guys need more staff as well make it fair for everyone to get their vehicle in and checked out. Got my brakes done here I was told by the staff everything was good to go and that my front brakes look great and plenty of life left on the brakes as well as the disc. But a week later they started squealing again.

If I could give this place a 0 out of stars I would I paid 45$ for them to fix a tire and upon leaving my car let me know I still had tire issue so I went to Les Schwab Tire Center instead and they verified there was no repair and still existing nails and I had another tire with nail as well that they never informed me of upon them airing up my tires and Les Schwab Tire Center did it for free! Never go here straight SCAM

Went in with an appointment and Xavier didn't want to honor it. He said "we're pretty booked today". Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of making an appointment then? Finally, he ended up honoring it, but then an older gentleman was very rude when I asked him about my coupon. Ever since the old team left, this new team has been like pulling teeth whenever I've taken my cars here. With the new team, it's a cluster. Very unprofessionally run. Watch out folks!! This place looks the same on the outside, but any resemblance of a well run business has left when the old team left.

The price for mt 10K service was $50 higher than the price quoted on the phone. I've been coming here for years, it seems to have gone downhill recently.I had to buy my new tires elsewhere. They didn't want to order the Continental tires I wanted, even though they had ordered them for my other car. No explanation, just "we don't do that".

I have never written a review but i know how important they are for businesses and this store definitely deserves the review!! I had such a great experience at the Coffee location! The customer service that I received was great! I m always a little intimidated when I walk into these kinds of places because I usually feel like the guys that work there are jerks but the staff that helped me was AMAZING! They right away helped me out and took my car in for new tires within 5 minutes upon arrival!! Yes it did take about 2 hours for my car to be ready but they did a free alignment check which in the end I ended up paying for my alignment to get done because my tires have not been aligned and they were unbalanced! Great deals with the alignment by the way! Also, free tire rotations for the lifetime of my tires, and if I ever want to travel, I can stop by at any location and get my tire checked and rotated FOR FREE!!!! Incredibly awesome team! Another thing is my car had a piece of plastic hanging from the bottom and the tech fixed it for me without me asking for it and with no additional cost! They re really doing their best to take care of their customers!! Great job to the manager for having such a great team and to the gentlemen that took care of me and my car, much appreciation!!! Definitely recommend these guys!!!

Made a 3:00 pm appointment on line. Showed up 30 minutes early and had no problems. Needed a slow leak checked. They found a nail and fixed the tire leak, at NO CHARGE! Never been there before, but will not do business with anyone else. I highly recommend them and their staff is top notch!

Have always been treated well, I've had tires bought and replaced, transmission flush, several tires repaired for free, when they could of course. Apparently owners have changed hands,no more free tire repairs,a fee of 25 dollars will be charged now,updated 10- 2023

Excellent customer service. In our family's time of need Big O Tire came through for us when our own personal tire company didn't. I definitely will be sending our business and customers over to the Coffee Rd branch. Jeremiah was the gentleman that helped me. After I had explained what happened he brought our vehicle to the back and made sure we were taken care of. I didn't know that he was the District Manager until the work was done. He showed impeccable customer service. AND they don't just do tires. They offer a lot more services. I definitely give Jeremiah and his crew a 10 star rating. Thank you for your help.

Came here to get a tire rotation. Service was good considering they were busy. Small sitting area could be bigger. There were some of us that just hung out outside the building instead bc there were not enough seats for all the customers.So why only one star? Bc I drove out of town with my family that same day and got a busted tire. Thank God that we were able to make it to a tire shop! However, since we were no where near a Big O, they wouldn't honor our warranty. As though we had a say as to when and where we would get a flat. The tire was not repairable and we don't know how we even got a busted tire. Yet, Big O wanted us to drive over 30 miles for a nearest Big O store so that they could fix the tire for us. Um, I'm not driving on the freeway with my 8 yr old son on a flat, damaged tire. Please make this recommendation make sense! Very disappointed.

Excellent service! My tires were unbalanced and I went twice to another company, who told me both times they were fine, when I could feel they were not. David at Big O squeezed me in on a busy Sunday, and I left more than satisfied! I could feel the difference immediately. I will never go to another tire shop. Thank you David and staff for getting me back on the road comfortably!

I will go no where else but Big O on Coffee Road. Honest people. Great work. No BS! I trust what they do with my families lives and mine. Our cars have to get us from point A to point B safely without mechanical failure. Charlene and her crew are amazing. Keep up the good work

Great! At this Coffee Road location the people are wonderful. They have always taken good care of us and our cars. Bryce and his team give us honest estimates and deliver on time. My husband usually deals with this stuff but when I have gone in they've never tried to put one over on this old mechanics daughter like the dealerships try to do. Can't recommend any higher.

This place worked us in the last minute. We had a slow leak in our tire and they patched it up in no time at no charge. We have never been there before. Very professional staff waring mask and using seat covers. Awesome job guys!

I own 5 different vehicles and I have been to almost all the shops around this area for small & big repairs...but I will never trust anyone with regards to my tires, brakes, alignment & or suspension system other than Big O Tires here at Coffee Rd., Gustavo is the only guy I will trust with the knowledge and professionalism in this area. All my cars are running superb because of his sincere skills & excellent attention to detail & of course Charlenes awesome customer relation and hospitality...

I was very impressed by the quality of service I received in my recent visit. I was on vacation from Michigan and needed an oil change for my Honda Odyssey. Being a first-time customer from out of town I was a bit nervous about what I might find.I was immediately impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge of Dave at the front desk. I was also impressed by the thouroughness of Romeo, the mechanic who looked after my car.I was most impressed that there was no attempt to sell me more than I asked for or needed. In addition, I found the price to be very reasonable.Based on my experience, I would readily recommend BigO to others.

Big O has always given me good service, excellent pricing, and quality care on all my vehicles. Everyone of the staff, including, but not limited to Jeremiah, Charlene, Roman, David, Carin, James, and from way back Sal, have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with me. Because of this, over the years I have recommended them to many of my family members, friends and several members of the local bowling community. Big O has been very supportive in helping to promote our bowing league and we are indeed very thankful. Keep doing what's best for the customer and you'll continue to have return business. I have 1 yr old tires bought at Big O. One had slowly been losing air, for a few months, so I brought it in on 1/11/20. I was sent home with No Repair or issues, as 3 techs 'looked at it', and found nothing wrong.3 days later, I'm now home (50 miles away, mind you) and it's going flat, again. I'm now told to bring it back (100 miles round trip), so they can 're-check' the tire to see of it's leaking from the rim.I return on my day off, 50 more miles. They take the tire off, roll it out of sight, and amazingly it had not 1, but 2 puncture holes!!It was the oddest thing that 3 people couldn't find any issues 7 days prior, but today, they found 2, rather important issues, upon my angry (& costly) return.So no Big O, after 2 trips to your store @ $80 for gas, and being told I had to pay for a new tire this week @ $150, when last week there was nothing wrong... I couldn't be more dissatisfied.I feel I was lied to because I'm a woman, to be honest. Very, very DISSATISFIED with my service.

I would like to thank all the staff at the Big 0 Tires in Bakersfield, Ca. I have been going to this business on Coffee Road for the past 4 years. I recently moved back to Fresno, about 2 hours away. I drove the two hours to Big 0 Tires in Bakersfield for an oil change and tire rotation. I did that because of the professionalism of the staff, the knowledge and expertise, and the excellent customer service. They treat me like family.

At this location, they really do treat you like family. They go the extra mile and I'm so impressed that I just have to leave some positive reviews. They are not crooks I know this because I went in for a minor service & tire leak repair, it took a little longer than I expected but then they blew my mind and didn't even charge me!!! I'm starting to wonder if it was a mistake (if so sorry Big O you have my info, but now you've earned my loyalty and a positive review here and on yelp, I will never go anywhere else) A family member recommended that I go to the Big O on coffee because they had also have had great experiences there. Thank you so much :) I hope I don't get anyone in trouble from the big bosses in corporate. Just know that the family treatment I've received at this location, has made me a hardcore repeat customer that will recommend this place to everyone I know!

Always available to drop in and be seen. Every time. Ms Charlene is on-site to assist us, girls, when car words are 'scary' and all her men are gentle giants!! They speak the truth and give you quotes to help prioritize what is important. It can get busy after 9 am. So early is best. Nice lobby and free coffee. true customer for now 9yrs. I trust no other, Big O Tires friends indeed.
