We made an appointment to get new tires installed and they were ready for our car when we arrived. Our wait was not too long and the service writer was informative. The pricing was reasonable and we only had to wait one day for our special ordered tires to arrive and get installed. Very good experience!

I called Friday afternoon to make an appointment for Saturday morning. The guy was very helpful. Brought it in at 950 and they took my keys right away and said they would call when it s ready. They were done within an hour and the front desk lady was so fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

They got me in right away and besides fixing my brakes asap they also talked to me about my tires. That definitely needed to be replaced. They did not push me to get any additional work. For the tires I will be returning next week. They are ordering me some less expensive ones and they also gave me a discount!! They were super helpful and I will keep returning to them!!

We are from Tucson az so it was our first time my sister goes here for her oil changes. They did a great job. They charged us for windshield wiper blades and didn't have the right one but sent us to there wherhouse so they can replace them which was not an inconvenient drive they put them on for us. Everyone was polite and very helpful will definitely be back there and recommend them to others. Thanks guys

These guys were great, I was driving through Bakersfield on a road-trip and I needed some emergency work on my car, and they were able to get me in right then, and got me back on the road just a few hours later. Good service, nice people. Would definitely go again.

I was ready to have to purchase a used or new tire, and the people at Big Brand, could have told me I needed to buy a new tire, but instead they investigated the problem and fixed the problem without any cost to me. Thank you for your HONESTY.

These guys are great! I had a screw in my tire, made an appt for the next morning to get it checked out. Tried to go to the store later and discovered the tire had lost a lot more air. Called them at 5:45 and they moved my appt and got it right in!! I would recommend them to everyone.

Was in and out of the shop in a great time. This is the second time that I have used Big Brand tires and, I am happy with the Services that I have received. Yes I tell all of my friends and family to also use this Company. Real workers and,Real people. They do what they say that they will do for your car.

Awesome place, needed breaks done on a Sunday. They fit me in and got it done.Also with their credit card anything over $199.00 it's no interest for 6 months.I Highly recommend Big Brand Tire.

They made an Apt. for me, had the tires I needed when I arrived. Called me after the break inspection and told me I need front breaks and fluid change before they did the work. Honest people.

Brought brand new rims here to have mounted to tires and balanced. Dropped them off and this is how I picked them up. Super burnt paid 600 for them to scratch the faces of my new rims. Could have did it to the back sides of them and I would have been fine but to the face cmonUpdated ended up talking to Daniel the service manager and he took care of me. Ended ordering a replacement rim which got back ordered for a couple of weeks, but he went completely out of his way to make things right with me. Got the new rim and mounted it to the tire with zero issues the second time. I updated the review from 1 to 4 just from him going out of his way to make sure I was heard and understood.

The staff was so helpful and really got me out of a bind by being open on a Sunday. They took such good care of me - removing the nail in my tire at no cost. Ricky provided exceptional service and even called me when the vehicle was ready. I recommend them highly.

Audi quoted me $2400 to fix my brakes. Big Brand told me there was no real need to do what they were recommending. I paid less than $250 and my brakes are perfect. Definitely recommend Big Brand.
