This hotel continues to disappoint me. I keep hoping that it will improve but it never does. The clerk at check in just wanted to get me checked in and barely even acknowledged me. The room was okay but nothing exceptional. The bed was barely comfortable. The heating barely heated the room. The television had only the most basic channels and offered nothing entertaining. I got to listen to freeway traffic noise all night.

Solid stop. We were pulling a moving trailer on our trip north and this place accepted cats.Everything was clean. Front desk was friendly.Rooms felt new, although the tub is a 3/4 size the shower was hot and we were happy.Safety: Cars were left in hassles .. felt very safeNoteworthy details: 3 gas stations near by.. representative of gas prices.. but we checked the gas-buddy to confirm.

The air-conditioning seemed like it had marbles in it and made noise all night. It was hot and stuffy. The room looked extremely run down. Whomever cleaned the bathroom aimed the shower head at the backwall and the shower curtain. The floor got drenched. There were a few other issues as well.We came back through on our way back and figured we already knew what to expect. However, the lady didn't give me my one room night free as I was promised the prior visit. On this second trip we were on the 2nd floor. The room was in better shape, and I noticed the showerhead was positioned the same way.One thing that creeped me out about my room was the attic access hole in my room that I didn't notice until going to bed. Just pondering which other room(s) had an access hole as well.

I use one of the discount sites through google. They are fraudulent and do not actually reserve the room. The lady at the hotel has Costco, Aarp, and AAA discounts better than all sites, including Best Western. The room was perfectly clean and smelled fabulous. I am picky. Bed was so comfortable, and the area has a subway or IHOP within walking distance. We had a 26-foot moving truck with car carrier and had easy street or lot parking at the truck stop. Truck stop has good gas prices, and IHOP had great food. Highly recommend this location if traveling north. Quiet good night's rest with a full tummy.Rooms: Full comfort for thisnlevel hotel. Modern and cleanNearby activities: Several food optionsWalkability: Easy to walk and we felt safe. Quiet locationFood & drinks: Tasty IHOP options with excellent service. We ordered takeout and atw in our room.

This place was absolutely filthy! The floor appeared to not have been mopped in months. I cleaned my feet before I went to bed and the washcloth was black. (see attached photo) It was all from the room as I had shoes and socks on all day. There was dirt on the bathroom wall by the noisy exhaust fan. The refrigerator rocked a full four inches. You are right on top of the interstate and the trucks make a continuous rattling. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay!

Recommend staying here: YesIzzie was a great hostess checking us in and out, all the while doing other duties including keeping the lobby breakfast area clean and inviting.Rooms: Very clean room! Comfortable bedding, excellent heat and a/c. Keep the fan set on constant to eliminate nearby highway noise. Wifi is slow sometimes but it doesn t drop off. Nice TV.Nearby activities: IHOP and Subway are about a one-minute walk away as are two gas stations with a variety of amenities for saleSafety: The close proximity to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) office, combined with a very well-illuminated parking lot, helps ensure your safety.Noteworthy details: Overall very nice. No hotel is perfect but the many upgrades show that management cares and is trying hard to continually improve guest comfort.

Quick, easy, right off of Interstate 5. The front desk was super nice and helpful and the breakfast was decent enough. One knock: Our hard floor in the room was pretty freakin' dirty though... Like white socks turned dark brown after 30 mins dirty. Sort of gross

I was very pleasantly surprised by this motel. Right next to the freeway, it was easy to get to. The facade was a little off-putting but once inside the office the young man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Clean. Apparently freshly and totally redone. The furniture all matched with granite tops everywhere. Almost the best thing was the quiet a/c. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a quite comfortable experience. The room was nice and clean, and the grounds were spotless. The check-in experience was seamless, and the front desk manager was personable. I left my toothbrush at home, and they provided me with a complementary one. The free breakfast included items such as boiled eggs, cereal, made-to-order pancakes, coffee, tea, juices, milk, and microwaveable frozen grocery store items that turned out to be pretty good. However, if you're looking for more options, there's an IHOP next door.

Heritage Inn will be one of the best choices available in the area. Mainly a truck stop from miles around, this Best Western location offers a great room at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The flat-screen TV and refrigerators are modern along with microwaves in every room. Water pressure is also decent to top off all the good things here.Road noise from the freeway is minimum, and there is an outdoor pool available. A pleasant place to hang out on those hot evenings as long as the nearby dairy farm is downwind.

A list of reasons no one should go here:-key issues: our keys didn t work about apparently everyone else s did (see below)-our door was OPENED three times throughout the night. Thankfully we had locked the latch part and we didn t have unwanted guests.-The beds were COVERED in hair for the people who previously stayed Definitely not worth paying $158 for a 4 hour Power Nap, thanks best western you re making sleeping in the car at a rest stop look like bliss compared to that stay. At least our locked doors will stay locked and closed

Overpriced for $160.Thin walls. Can hear neighbors talking late ar night, blow dryer and semi trucks on I-5.Our sink stopper was broken when we arrived at 1am so the sink was immediately full of water and never drained. Asked front desk for a partial refund and instead of obliging just told us no and we should have called them. Yeah, I want to deal with changing rooms at 1 in the morning.Bad service, overpriced and overall really dirty. I expect more for a $160 price tag.

This was a great stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. They had a large selection of TV/cable channels. The location was quiet and felt safe. The front staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at the best western in Kattleman City on my way down to LA, and I wish I would have drove the extra miles and stayed at this location instead.

A fine stay at a freeway adjacent, 2 star hotel. The room was small but clean, the bed a bit lumpy, highway noise, other guests, and truck traffic in and out of the fuel station across the street was definitely noticeable. The front desk employee was professional and efficient but certainly not overly welcoming or friendly. The breakfast area is a small corner of the front lobby and desk area. My rating and experience is definitely skewed by the outstanding experience I had the night prior at another Best Western up the freeway in Ashland, Oregon for around the same price. The Heritage Inn pales in comparison.

This hotel is very convenient, either new or remodeled, and the lobby area is nice for the grab-n-go breakfast, but the location is horrible! This really nice building, with quite comfortable accommodations was built right next to the expressway, with no sound barrier, and no sound proofing in the rooms. The trucks and traffic passing along the highway literally shook and rumbled the walls and windows of my room all night long. It felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the highway. Nice property, good accommodations, but more noise pollution than I ever would've imagined.

The electricity was out when I arrived here due to California's mismanagement of the power grid. But the concierge did everything to accommodate Me by even giving me some candles to help keep my room lit. He was very nice and actually sounded like he was expecting my arrival as well as my co-workers arrival. The power came on just a mere 45 minutes after I checked in and was able to cool the room down and sleep well. The next morning the concierge was also a very gracious person and was able to answer any of my questions. This is also a place where you would see people traveling from point A to point B or working in the area. Many people were using the pool which is also a nice feature. I really like the Best Western franchise because it is an in-between the luxury and budget hotel.

Great room, very clean, comfortable bed. Desk clerk really nice. Quick registration. The place was almost full but quiet. My only issue was the AC in my room didn't seem to get the room cooler than 80 degrees, which was just too warm for me. Even with the ceiling fan on I was too warm to sleep well. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Would of given another star if the front desk lady wouldn't of lied about the hot breakfast. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, and a breakfast sandwich that you microwave. All the other best westwens had real hot eggs bacon sausage and biscuits and gravy. This was also the most expensive BW we stayed in!There was also a big swarm of honey bees they had taped off that they sprayed and killed!! The next day there were dead honey bees everywhere! The smell of the cattle feedlot was horrible!! The front desk woman said it was dairy cows, yet another lie!!!

Well, good and bad. Convenient to interstate 5. Willow Ranch restaurant is 5 Miles away and good fare. Beds were okay for one night. The floors in the room were DIRTY. Dirt and hair! YUK. the takeaway breakfast has a couple options ie good yogurt and soy milk and cereal.Pricey for what you get.

Convenient location immediately off I-5. Nice room but the tiled floor was dirty. It could not have been washed because my clean white socks were dirty enough to take off after walking to the bathroom. It made me question what other areas of the room hadn't been cleaned.

I really like this hotel. Location is great, truck parking, staff is very friendly and helpful. They make it very easy at check in. They are ready for my arrival and I'm in and out. They have scrambled eggs, muffins, oatmeal cereal, yogurt, hardboiled eggs and coffee in the morning. There is also an IHOP and easy trip truck stop across the street. Very nice place. This is my new go to when I am destined for this area.
