Received an oil change and rear differential service. My experience was smooth as can be. It was easy to make an appointment and the shop is very responsive to any questions. I appreciate their customer service and look forward to coming back in the future.

Unequivocally the most important quality in business and especially a repair shop, is honesty and trust. Best Value s staff, specifically Fernando made my appointment quickly and provided an estimate then the mechanics did an initial check and found the problem quickly. The repair was no charge as the nozzle just needed to be cleaned by an air hose blowing out debris. They said that is the first step and the spray washer system returned to operate properly!! They did not charge my for this effort. Other shops would have charged for the repair whether or not I d it was needed. In short you will not experience a rip off artist. By the way the shop was organized and clean for an independent shop! I found my repair shop now that my GM warranty has ended. The dealer wanted 170 for diagnostic and 246 if it needed changing. Just a great day when you encounter honest repair team.Thanks Fernando and Best Value owners

Bad experience. They have good customer service but I think some of them are lazy to even check if there They charged me over $300 to fix my o2 sensor and to give a diagnostic. They told me I needed a new fuse box. Which would run me over $500. They said they couldn t do the job since supposedly ford was on strike and it would be hard to get the part. I took it to another mechanic and the problem was just some wiring that costed me $90 to fix. Now my truck is running with out a new fuse box.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great place! Needed 2 new tires and an alignment done before driving to LA. Called to make sure they were in stock. Fit me in the next morning with excellent and speedy service. I highly recommend!

Terrible experience. My tire pressure light came on so I came in and asked if they could check it out.Didn t think it would take an hour just to look at the tire pressure.I found the man working the front to have poor customer service. In my opinion, especially when anything is taking longer than usual, at least check in with your customers.After an hour I was told that I had a nail in each of my front tires and they could not be patched. At that point I was done and completely frustrated with their lack of customer service.I asked for my keys so I could leave. One of the mechanics brought my car around and my steering wheel was completely covered in Oil.! Thankfully I had some antibacterial wipes.There was oil all on his shoes as well as it was on the bottom part of my car. What a complete waste of time, lack of professionalism, disregard and disgraceful behavior for my vehicle.

Don t think twice to come here they have 5 stars for a reason Fernando was super helpful and made my experience great will definitely be going back for any service as they offer it all from brake jobs to fuel injector service 10/10 super quick aswell and great prices !

Prompt, attentive and professional service. Fernando provided a thorough explanation of the service needed to address my steering wheel shaking when I brake. What needed to be done (rear brakes replacement and turning rotors) and what didn t (front brakes; still in great shape). They completed this along with an oil change and wiper blade replacement all in less than a few hours and at a fair price. Great job guys! Ulices was the best he was so helpful & kind. He made sure to call back for anything & answered every one of my calls & questions. So patient & understanding he did his best with my situation. Fernando was also very kind. These guys felt like friends! Definitely will be my go to place no matter the distance. This location is a bit far from me, but I don't mind because I know they'll get things done there. It's a trustworthy place & worth going there keep up the great work guys! My husband & I were very happy.

I was on my way from Fresno, California to Virginia, and my engine started to run rough, with no power, and the engine light came on. I have never been to Bakersfield, so I searched for an auto shop by their reviews. Best Value Tire & Service was heaven sent!! Fernando who was running the desk, was amazing from my first call. OH, AND IT WAS LABOR DAY, AND MOST SHOPS WEREN T EVEN OPEN!!! Marcos who worked on my car was amazing!!! They got me back on the road to finish the 2,700 miles with no issue. Fantastic, professional service from Fernando and his crew. I was moving from East coast to West with my heavily loaded minivan and got a run flat tire 10 miles out of Bakersfield. He then found that because of the heavy load the camber was off and causing the back tires to rip apart and a chunk of rubber missing from my front tire. He was honest and helpful and advised me to take safe, cheap options that would get me to my final destination where I would have more time to take care of the car. He and his crew also worked a little past 5pm on a Saturday for me and helped me get to my destination on time. He even helped check my oil and other fluids at no extra charge and was able to suck some oil out as it was overfilled. Thank you Fernando and team!!

Awesome customer service called this place up after getting no answers from virtually everywhere else they picked up and immediately I felt like I was part of the family. No where else will give you a better price on break shoes and installation then here! I will go here and highly recommend this place for anything. Also they didn't try to upsell me they charged me for exactly what I asked for and even did a little extra at no extra charge. These guys worked hard in 100� weather and knocked a 3 hour job out in two hours! Very satisfied customer here!!Service: Brakes

Really good place to go, great business the guy that helped me was super nice and understanding of my situation. I am a little late getting this in...Was referred to Best Value by a couple people at my work. I took my 2016 Tundra in and they replaced my breaks and did an alignment and the price was fantastic. Took the beast out on the road the next day and it was perfect. The people working there were young, but very capable and knew their jobs. Highly recommended.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Best value are literally the best in kern county with the best prices. I Take all my cars here. I Had a issue with a cosmetic wrip under my hood. Had an issue with a check engine light as well as the passenger headlight would work intermittently. They reset the check engine light when they found it involved the evaporative fuel system (smog system) may have had a slow leak in it. I came back after the weekend without issue so they checked out the headlight problem and quickly found a fuse link by the headlight was damaged. They replaced it quickly and I was out within the hour. (That's hardly heard of when dealing with electrical issues) Ulysses and his brother are straight up good guys that are honest and truly try to help solve your issue and not looking to "find" something wrong that can cost you an arm and a leg. It's refreshing to find decent and honest individuals in the auto repair industry. I definitely have found my new mechanics that will be doing all the work (whenever it's needed) on my car from now on!Service: Engine repair

Best Value Tire & Service went above and beyond helping us. David, Victor & Ulysses went out of their way to help figure out a very obscure issue with our wheels. Right away I knew they were intelligent and honest, and correctly trained in their profession. They explained simply as they went along. It goes a long way knowing someone isn't scamming or hustling me, but actually helping and doing what most won't. They know their business!! I will make this my place. Great Customer service! I highly recommend this shop!Fernando Explain what was going on with my Vehicle and was very descriptive about it. Fernando helped me understand what was wrong and how the mechanics and himself were to fix the problem I was having. He was very friendly and professional.
