We recently brought our Bobcat T770 to Berchtold to repair the joystick and for some additional maintenance. Chad and team took care of all the repairs and advised on additional items that might need to be addressed in the future. There was no pressure to add service work, just a thorough inspection of the equipment. About a week after bringing the Bobcat home, there was a new error code and the bucket could not be moved. Since we couldn't get the Bobcat to Berchtold, they sent a tech to us, a 45 mile drive away. The tech fixed the problem on site. Thoroughly impressed with their service and commitment to their customers. Highly recommend taking your equipment to them.

Berchtold Equipment is Worthy of five stars in every measurable way. I purchased:-2023 Kubota Grand L 4WD-Front loader 72 bucket LA805-Landpride 72 Rotary cutter-Landpride 72 Box Scraper-Landpride 15 series Quick HitchA few of the words that come to mind when I reflect on my experience with them are trustworthy, attentive, competent and kind.I had called three dealerships spanning from Orange County to Bakersfield and Berchtold equipment had the competition beat by thousands of dollars.I would recommend Berchtold equipment to anyone looking to buy a New tractor.The Reason being is they are extremely trustworthy. When you negotiate the price that s what you pay.They work diligently to deliver you above and beyond value for your business.That can be seen in the added conveniences that they make the effort to do for you such as delivering at no cost. Making absolutely sure upon arrival to answer any questions you may have. Ensuring you are confident & comfortable with your new purchase.What really stood out to me was how this elite level of customer care continued on even still after the papers had been signed. They showed the same level of urgency to accommodate any of my needs on every phone call even after receiving my purchase & still do to this day. To me that degree of customer service absolutely makes me feel like I obtained more than what the invoice lists because I acquired a support system in the form of the entire Berchtold team that has my back moving forward.Special shout-out to Sales Manager Jerado Oliva and to Eric Garza Internal Sales & Marketing. These are the Berchtold representives that made it all happen and made it such an enjoyable experience.Thanks again guys! 10/10

I've been trying to buy a skidsteer from here for 6 months and the sales department never returns my calls...I'm a cash buyer ready to go and can't get these weak little girls to call back!YOUR SALES TEAM IS A JOKE!!!
