Stopped by hoping they could patch a nail in my tire before I left for a trip out of town. Stopped in around 430pm they immediately got my car jacked up and tire off, patched the hole in my tire and sent me on my way. Best 20$ I ever spent! Very nice guys, quick, efficient!

I damaged a tire while passing through on a Saturday, and just needed something to get me to San Francisco, maybe a used tire. They found me a good deal on a new tire, changed it fast, and had me out of there in about 20 minutes. I liked the service, tires, and their "no extra fee" priciing so much, I stayed in Bakersfield until Monday so they could replace the other 3. I feel like I got a good deal on the tires, and that the staff was honest, fast, and reliable. I expected it to be an expensive pain to get tires on the road, but it turned out great. I got 4 Laufenn G Fit /AS 60K tires. I know these are lower cost intro level tires, but that works fine for my older car, and the total price installed was great.

We had to get a new tire and the owner came in clutch! Best customer service and was even open on Easter. Best price and work done I am a very satisfied customer

Gone here several times for my vehicles and my fathers. The service is extremely good and wait time wasn't bad. There's some hard working people that work at this place. I appreciated their expertise when I asked them questions related to tires.

Went a few months ago. I had a nail in my tire. I went in to get a used tire which I paid 50 for which is more than I usually pay for a used tire at my old tire spot. I was okay with paying it because that was the most newest used tire haha. It was well worth it. On top of them being very nice. I always go when I need air or for them to check my tires. I always try to pay since I feel like it's the right thing to do but they never let me they always say no you're good. I believe good customer service is major! It's what brings people back. So I will continue coming to them. Because they've always been kind and quick.i love to support family businesses. My apa loved going to them before he passed so I will continue to as well.

I was traveling through Bakersfield and got a flat. I called first thing in the morning and the gentleman (I didn't catch a name) and he said he had the same size. Once I arrived at the location, it literally took him 20 minutes tops from consultation to new tire on my car. This place literally saved my entire vacation! Great service!

Good service always every time I go in there very polite very quick just an all around good tire shop with good people running it that won't try and rip you off I would recommend them to anybody

Got 2 front tires. On my way to work next morning discovered they hadn't been balanced. Mechanic argued with me, tried to say my shaking was caused by something else,however it only started shaking after he installed my tires. Managed had him balance them "again". He did this with attitude and continued to blame the shaking on another problem. This time there was no shaking. Needless to say I won't be a returning customer.

This is the most honest man I have encountered when it comes to any parts to my car. I have taken my car + my parents, and referred all my family and friends. They do good work very fast and again very HONEST!!!

They were amazing. They got my tire fix when it had a nail. They were open on their last hour when I got there which some tires shop arent.

Looked all over town for tires affordable liable reasonable price. Couldn't fine then next day frustrated and just stop to ask and boom had four tires better price than I expected fast and convient thank you guys

I've been going to this tire place for over 15 years already this place I would recommend it to everybody in Bakersfield he has great customer service he offers good prices he's very recommended for and reasonably well

No other tire shop that i know of us open as early as benitez, really needed new tires as fast as possible. They installed them in less than ten minutes

Second time here and both times where very fast with taking my tires off and putting on new ones i was in and out not even 30 minutes and reasonable pricing to install i brought my own Tires

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! THIS PERSON HAS A BAD ATTITUDE, AND DID NOT TREAT MY AUNT RIGHT, WHEN SHE WENT IN THERE TO CHANGE A TIRE, HE GAVE HER A BAD SERVICE, AND A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE.
