Our trailer was sideswiped on the freeway and we thought the damage was impossible to fix. The team at Bakersfield RV Center came through with amazing results! Our trailer literally looks better now than before the accident! Absolutely INCREDIBLE work!! I've added a couple photos to show a sample of the body work. Best RV repair place in California. Even with the supply chain issues this year. The fixed my 5th wheel from an accident. Took a dew months but everything was completely and done very professionally. Germen is great. Customer service is number one here. Will recommend to all my friends and family. Will return if I ever need work done again.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Loved the customer service the man was friendly and explained everything to us to memorize easily. My hubby handled the paperwork and had no complaints. The RV we got was cleaned but had some dirty spots. I cleaned it out before we put our family in it. It had a few broken things as well when we got it so i took pictures but they said they knew. Besides that everything was wonderful.

Broke down in hot as hell Bakersfield for 4 days. This little gem is hidden away. It was right under our nose. So happy we finally made the here after staying in a sketchy hotel. Paradise in the middle of caos. Once your inside you feel safe. Oh and did I mention the staff were delightful. Very nice place and the neighbors are friendly.

A big shout out to Bakersfield RV Repair. Had 3 issues repaired quite capably on our diesel coach at far less cost than we could have imagined! They took great care to protect the interior and flooring and it was clean as a pin when we picked it up!

Excellent repair from where the tire separation caused damage to the under side, as well as the fender flare. Like new. Will be using them for repairs, they do it all.

My family rented an RV through CruiseAmerica and picked up from Bakersfield RV Center. Chris and Ronnie were so helpful!!! We had an issue with our credit card company, and they were able to figure things out and get us on our way. Returning the RV with Ronnie was a breeze too. If I owned an RV I would definitely bring it to them to be serviced.

I had a hydraulic leak from a jack while going from California to Florida. Called around and spoke to the owner of Bakersfield Rv. They were very honest and friendly. They got me back on the road very quickly. I highly recommend them and wish I had one in my home town. Thanks

the guys from bakersfield rv center were amazing. They helped us with our broken furnace, even their schedule was completely full. but as it was cold outside and they understood our situation, they took their time to help us and got it working. They even didn't want to take a tip for that, so we really highly recommend these wonderful people and want to thank you again on this way. You are great!!

Good so far, just bought a unit and needed some small things fixed up. They did some work on one of my windows and now the window does not close all the way. They kept the unit and said they would fix it. Stay tuned......update to follow.

No problems with my experience. Be patient and let the man do his job. You won't be disappointed. We came in traveling through town. He took us in despite a crammed schedule. Got us out on one day.

Sadly, this company wouldn't even look at my van for an estimate unless I left them the van for 4-5 days. They said it was because of Covid, but honestly? They could disinfect the areas they needed to look at, it's a very small cargo van. Also, none of the other RV repair businesses in Bakersfield are being that cautious and I feel that they are turning away customers because of that. Maybe they don't need new customers?

Best service ive ever experienced having a severe propane leak on our cruise america rv rental that they didnt do anything about for the first four days of our vactaion. We pulled in here and with just one guy they had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I can not say how appreciative we are of the two gentleman working there

Very helpful and very nice staff. We rented an Airstream for a trip from another company and were having issues with our breaks. We stopped to ask for their help and they helped us kindly and with no charge. Very grateful for their help!

I called Bakersfield RV Center today to get some information and Ronnie helped me on the phone. He answered my question and offered a reference for a mobile rv service if I still needed it when I reached Bakersfield. They have done some work on our motorhome before in the past. I appreciate that he took the time to answer my questions and also was willing to help solve my problem with getting fast service. We wish we had a place like this where we live now but if I need service while in Bakersfield I will definatly call them.

On a road trip our RV developed an electrical problem. A one minute consultation at Bakersfield RV Center solved the problem. No cost. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

If you want honesty and integrity this is where you want to take your R V in time of trouble. We were passing through and took a chance in a strange town with strangers and we were blessed with good service and most importantly honesty. Thank you. We are on our way again safe and confident

Germon, is very knowledgeable and helpful with parts and customer service in general, I've been working with him for years and he hasn't let me down, from finding parts for a customer RV, that I had to replace to repairing my 20 year old pop-up.

I live in Northern California and because of the campfire had to take my RV down south to get it in right away. OMG these guys are efficient, quick, kind, and very experienced! I was blessed in finding them!!

I had an emergency repair with only days before leaving out of town. Bakersfield RV fixed it within hours. Good mechanics are hard to find these days. Glad there are still some around.

This is the only place to take an RV for repairs. They do a great job. I had an accident with my travel trailer and now you can't tell. They are very friendly and they treat your RV with care.
