The dealership was very clean. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Nothing felt rushed. The complimentary coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, and water were great too. The showcase of vehicles from inside were very nice and eye-catching. My family and I are very pleased and happy with the way Luis Gutierrez worked with us. We were very particular and just a little difficult to deal with. He stood professional and did not stop until we found the best vehicle for our family (like I quoted, we were very particular, so that was about 5-6 vehicles later). He explained every thing very thoroughly and reassured us that at anytime to contact him if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this Bakersfield Mitsubishi to my family and friends.

This is my 4th vehicle I have purchased from Bakersfield Mitsubishi. I love the service we receive here! Ty was the salesman who helped us and Jackie in finance is the absolute best!! They make you feel like family and this is why I come back every time.

We stopped in on our way to Los Angeles where we were intending to purchase a used Outlander (in LA). George and Felipe were able to get us a great rate just above prime while my credit score was low at 646. Better part is we got a brand new loaded 2023 Outlander for a little more than we were going to pay for a used lesser model in LA with at a higher APR. We were really timid, afraid, reserved and just waiting for a rug-pull at any time. We had been watching tons of YouTube videos to help with the process. Some of that helped, but the entire staff was very straightforward. Their were no surprises and everything was exactly as discussed. We knew the market price of used vehicles very well, so we felt like we got a fair price and deal on the new car. My wife felt like George wasn't pushy or fake at all. It took us 6 hours from start to finish, but we could have completed the deal a lot sooner had we submitted our credit info and were certain about our vehicle in advance. There were just so many beautiful Outlanders, it took us some time to decide. With Isaiah, we were expecting the typical rug-pull where at the last minute he says, "Oh we couldn't get you the rate we agreed, the only option is 2% higher." Or the high pressure/fear tactics of buying add-ons for the loan. I told George I would walk out if the final price was a cent higher than what we agreed on and "I'm not buying anything extra." There were no surprises. We ended up buying a few things that we thought were worth the expense. Isiah just offered the products available and explained them thoroughly, without pressure or using scare tactics about all of the "what ifs" if we didn't buy these things. All in all it was an exceptional experience. We didn't really plan on stopping here. I wish I would have read the reviews in advance (or even in the dealership while we were negotiating). We were really reserved as we expected the worst, I wish we could have enjoyed the process more. George was also very accommodating, and respected all of our requests. And offered to let us drive as many cars on the lot as we wanted. I've never been to such a kind, straight forward dealership in my life. Thanks guys. I wish you all much continued success. I came in for a car service and wound up leaving with so much knowledge on the process of purchasing a car. The manager and consultant were patient, informative, and understanding. They went out of their way to understand my financial goal with my car and were straight to the point and answered any and all questions I had about a potential future purchase. I purchased my car from them ten years ago and I m delighted to know the customer service is still phenomenal. Shout out to Jesus and Eddie for being absolute all stars!

Great experience purchasing with Jose, Jesus and Jackie! I had done quite a bit of research online prior to coming in and Jose was able to help answer the remaining questions I had. He also gave me a few more options I hadn't considered which ultimately helped me have confidence in my final decision.

Tyren was such a wonderful salesman! He made sure I knew how to use my car, he set up my app, was very knowledgeable, AND he provided the best customer service without being pushy! He made sure we were taken care of!! The finance department was absolutely wonderful & helped us understand everything & didn t get bothered by all my questions. Overall just a wonderful experience!! I will definitely be recommending Mitsubishi to all my family & friends!

My experience with Mitsubishi was so awesome the staff members everybody was great! And the sales person Brianna Gonzalez was so professional. She did everything that made us feel comfortable and showed us the way of how to work everything she was really really awesome.!! the finance person Jackie was so professional and very very friendly made us feel comfortable in our spot. These guys really helped me get the car I wanted. There was no pressure I feel like they really cared about what I needed. I don t have the best credit and I didn t have a huge down payment but they worked with me and I got the drive home and a used car but to me a brand new car and I totally recommend Mitsubishi Bakersfield.

I think the new option to see the progression on what the service advisors are doing to your vehicle is super cool because it lets you know what you need to get done and what is in progress. I like that feature so much! I honestly don t have any complaints at all and I think you guys are doing such a great job ! :) I ve been taking my car to this dealership for five years and I honestly believe that because of the service department , my car has been in such good shape. I don t have issues with my car, it runs good and the service department is very quick and thorough!!

SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SANITY!!!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! I financed a car with Bakersfield Mitsubishi 12/11/23 and when I left, I was told everything went thru and I was good to go. I ve been waiting to receive my letter in the mail to where I am supposed to pay my car note to, like I was told I would from the gentleman who sold me the car and I never did. I even called 2/1/2024 to ask Tyren the salesmen who helped me if he could direct me back to the person who helped me get insurance and was not told about them not being able to finance or about cancellation. Then on 2/8/2024 I was called by Jackie in the finance department telling me they couldn t find financing. I asked her about the 10 day law and she basically kept avoiding the issue. She is barely calling me and quite frankly harassing me over the course of 2 days, two whole months later. I read online the Law in California is the dealer has ten days to find financing or they could cancel the contract but only with in the 10 day frame. Jackie also did a credit check with out my permission on 2/10/24 after we spoke around 7 pm, without my knowledge or consent and I confused as to why when they are supposed to be within the legal limits of canceling the contract. When we spoke 2/10/24 she told me if I didn t have the full cover insurance on the car then I would have to bring it back, I got full coverage insurance and brought in the paperwork and while there they told me they have a bank to finance memiraculously after they are threatening to cancel the contract now illegally and will not give me info on how I can make a payment, so I will not have to deal with even more of an issue. The service has been very frustrating and I m feeling like they are trying to scam me into signing a cancellation and I m not by any means trying to do so. I just want be treated fairly and lawfully. Again they will not provide me with information on how I can now began paying for the Vehicle and they have also stop answering my calls. Everyone is so busy now and it s impossible to get in touch with the manager. I ve also seen other reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints of people saying the same thing happened to them! Save yourself from the hassle! Trust me!

Isaiah and Miguel made our car purchase fun and easy. I appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and product knowledge. I went to this dealership because they had a used car that I found on Edmunds. However, I will return to Bakersfield Mitsubishi in the future because Miguel and Isaiah did such a great job.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I drove all the way from LA to Bakersfield to purchase the top-of-the-line PHEV outlander. I absolutely love this vehicle, and the dealership staff were extremely professional from start to finish. They were fully transparent about all pricing, And answered every question I had clearly. Everything was as advertised No surprise fees. From contacting the sales person to driving off the lot, the process was smooth and they spent over an hour, reviewing all the features of the vehicle. I'll probably be purchasing my next vehicle from Bakersfield Mitsubishi.!

I am very happy and satisfied!! Mitsubishi provided me with so much guidance and help with choosing the perfect car that was suitable for my specific standards!!!I was helped by a salesperson named Miguel, who continuously helped us browse their selection. Choosing a car is a long process, Miguel kept in touch with us and made sure to inform about the newest cars that came in that would've interested me. The cars that he recommended were always to my standards and I was satisfied that somebody knew exactly what I had wanted. Miguel was very informative about the vehicles and was always motivated to get us the best deal. Even though this is a dealership of 'Mitsubishi'.. we left with a cool little Honda!!Isaiah Bautista was the finance guy who helped us sign all the necessary papers. He was quick when thoroughly explaining everything that we were signing, he made sure that no questions were left unanswered and he made sure that everybody understood everything completely. It was a swift and painless process!!The purchase of the car took only a complete afternoon (including browsing for a car at multiple different dealerships, deciding for car at Mitsubishi, signing the papers, car detailing). The building inside was comfortable with many chairs, a mounted TV that they even offered to change the channel if we had wanted, a station area that provided coffee, water, and hot chocolate. It is extremely clean and organized in that building, the waiting process was relaxing and stress-free.A few weeks ago, I finally purchased my first car with the help of Miguel Robles salesperson, Isaiah Bautista in Finance, and Felipe desk manager!! It was a perfect Honda with cool features that I loved, perfect dream car.Thank you Bakersfield Mitsubishi!!!

Tyren (Ty) and Cheyanne, made the experience straightforward and downright pleasant. Probably the only positive review I ll ever write for a dealership. I would heavily recommend coming here.

worst dealership in Bakersfield! i went in February 8th looking for a specific preowned vehicle that i found online. when i arrived there i was greeted by George the salesman and the vehicle i was asking for wasn t on the lot. He then offered me other vehicles that i can qualify for, which i was grateful for. gave me the rundown signed paperwork and left with a 2021 hyundai that same night. George seemed very confused when i would ask him general questions, it was always let me ask my manager . so then comes mid march, im loving the vehicle, when randomly i get a voicemail from jackie from finances, stating she needed me to come in to go over a few things regarding my loan . i then went in the next day confused since she didn t explain nothing to me over the phone. she then proceeded to tell me we have a bank that approved you but now you need a higher down payment of an extra $1000 . MIND YOU I already had put a down payment when i first purchased the vehicle IN February. She had me sign more paperwork, luckily my bank didnt let me get hold checks, because that s what they were asking for so that i had to pay the $1000. Never did i once receive a call from the bank themselves, but they are just as worthless as this dealership, they never picked up. so a few days go by and she calls me to ask for the check and that i needed to bring it in the next day. days after, i never went in but i received a letter in the mail stating Notice of Contract Cancellation and i needed to bring the vehicle back. i called a few days after the letter was addressed, i opened it late but regardless, i then contacted the financing service department to arrange the return because i no longer wanted to deal with this place. unfortunately i had to speak with jackie again, and she was very confused. first off, i contacted the dealership 5 times and each time for some reason the call would click. i then contacted them through a different number and right away they answered and jackie finally answered. i told her about the letter and that i wanted to return the vehicle as requested but please have my money ready. she stated we send that letter out to all our customers, your loan was approved all we need is the things we asked of you to finish processing it . that makes sense? you guys send Notice of Contract Cancellation to all your customers ? for what so they have to pay more to keep their vehicle?? she was lost and just saying ok ok ok after i demanded my money back. finally i arrive there the next day to return the vehicle and there was a different financing person, checked the vehicle and handed me my check after signing more paperwork. but he was not confused as to why i was there like jackie was. Moral of this, please save your time from going here they are only trying to scam ppl, come to find out i was never approved for a loan for the amount i put down instead they made me believe i had a deal only to ask for more A MONTH AFTER and blame it on the bank. I recommend any other dealership but this one, they are very unprofessional and each employee there is confused and have no common sense. i m happy i returned the vehicle and no longer dealing with these ppl. The manager was so eager for me to write a review when i first went in, well here you go. btw they block off their negative reviews on google, so check yelp reviews before heading here!

I went in on Monday morning with my 2022 Outlander that was having battery problems. I was in and out in a couple of hours with a new battery, no charge. I bought my vehicle here and am considering an upgrade. Highly recommend.
