I was in a jam, and I needed parts for my car, and I was able to purchase part and fix the problem in 2 days.Everytime I go they help me. Other than the few people who hate there jobs the customer service is great. Thank you AutoZone

Frequently shop there. Went to recycle my oil/filter, no one offers to help.. Go to the back of the store and am informed that "we can't take oil, full up. A might annoyed but on my way to Lowes I see an O'Reilly's. Did stop and asked if they recycle. Yes we do, bring the oil to the counter and we will take care of it for you. By golly, they did. Guess where I am going to shop here on out.

After going on the website and location up local stores that have the part I need available I drive 5 miles to the store. When I get there I'm told that the computer says the part is available but it's actually not, I give 2 stars because the worker was nice and tried calling other stores but was hung up on twice and other stores that said online that they had the part actually didn't. I guess always call and have them physically check for the part before you waste time and gas.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products which is good. The wait during high customer traffic isn't super bad. The store does have a stale smell sometimes, but I chalk that up to dust towards the end of the day. The prices make sense, but if something is missing from an item because of theft but your still trying to sell it then it should be marked down or removed from the floor. It sucks that this location has a broken window a lot of the times but then again in this location it sadly makes sense. I do like how the staff will check if other stores have items in stock so that's cool.

I shop at AutoZone on Niles Street usually but I recently went to the store on Union avenue to buy a belt for my car among other things. I had to take the belt back because it was the wrong belt. The manager told me the belt in the package wasn't the same brand. I informed him I hadn't even used the belt or looked at it and that should make no difference to my getting a refund. He then walked away twice without saying a word then he even walked outside when he came back and he said "I will do your refund this one time but next time you need to check your parts before you leave the store." He was very rude the whole time I was there. I was under the assumption that it was the parts store's responsibility to make sure that the customer got the right part in the right package. Needless to say I won't be using the AutoZone on Union avenue again. I'll drive the extra miles to the Niles Street location just to get good service and the right part.

These guys and gals are booted in and switched on all the time. I m super impressed that AutoZone hires Car & Driver kind. They re very knowledgeable and impart helpful information immediately. I work on my own vehicle thanks to several employees there.The people here care about people in general. It s a hot town and I have dogs. Engine failure is not an option. Good souls. None of them need know me by name because I see them treating every customer with 5 star Service. I d rather go here 1st before any mechanic in town. They ve already helped me save almost 2k if not more. I trust the real working people at AutoZone. They truly care. Great service, I tip when I m able.

Busy but didn't wait as long as I expected to pay for my purchase. Good stock and adequate prices. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Will absolutely recommend.

I m traveling on 99 for over 600miles, I call this place which is the only place that probably has a passenger side mirror for my van, they put me on hold for 30 mins then I just end the call. Let me continue my travel with no mirror. Them workers seem to hate their lives so much they started to forget everything.

Very helpful. My wife bought me a motorcycle battery from them that lasted for years. Since then, I never been anyplace else. I have 2 bikes, a Harley & Honda and have had great starting power since.

Walked in with a customer already being helped. I noticed the outstanding customer service right off the bat. It wasn't much longer before I was helped. My request wasn't a big one, but I was welcomed and greeted with a smile and was taken care of with a quickness. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Thanks AutoZone for the great service and experience.

Thank you Johnathan for being so helpful today- helped me find the right oil for my car, took time to hear my concern with my car issue and assisted me with getting oil in my car!!! Great customer service... I Was in and out faster than a fast food drive in! My favorite place to go to for my Auto needs Staff are always polite and so helpful!

Place was packed. Had a sign that limited shoppers to 5 people due to Covid restrictions and there was about 15 people. Took about 20 minutes to get what I needed. Other than that, staff was friendly and polite and they had the part I needed in stock.

I usually go to Auto Zone for small repairs I have to do. I had a horrible experience at the Auto Zone on Brundage Ln. I then went to the one on the corner of Bernard and Union Ave. The man who helped was extremely I mean above and beyond helpful. I highly recommend Auto Zone on the Corner of Union Ave. and Bernard st. Very kind and helpful.

Great customer service if they don t have it they ll get it for you. Ask for Yvonne always with a smile and willing to help you to get what you need and answer any concerns that you may have. I ll go to autozone for all my automotive needs. Their rewards program is awesome thank you autozone.

Well it started when the website said the store had my part in stock when I got there they did not have it. This has happened several times but this time everybody was rude also. The parts runner lady walked past me I moved out of here way with a smile and an excuse me to get nothing in response but a dirty look. Guy at the counter was rude also. Not to mention that they were playing Spanish music way to loud. This is the United States of America and to drive a vehicle you are supposed to be able to speak and read English so why not play English music so that most can enjoy. I have no problem with Spanish music but there is a time and a place and should also not be blaring. I am at autozone approximately three times a week and spend a ton of money there. My business will be with Orielys for now on.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. It's unfortunate the company doesn't allow them to help you put parts on your car any more, but I do not by any means judge this shop by the overall company policy. They always have what I need and help in any way they can. Great shop.

Awesome service! Grey shirt manager Thomas S. was a huge help with the warranty on my floor jack! Just asked me a few questions about my original purchase & requested my CA DL to make the swap. Very helpful, considerate, and didn't give me any grief about warranty that I usually get at the 4004 Panama location. Thank you so much for your help Thomas! I'll be sure to keep directing my business and that of my friends to your location!

I come to this place a lot. Even when I had my vehicles. Today we came and an employee named Oswald. Very humble and generous person. Helped with everything. Even came to look at what our problem could be under the hood. Very professional. Thanks for your help at AutoZone!

I keep going there because its closest to my house but the service is horrible and they never have what I need, never! I keep telling myself to go elsewhere but I keep thinking eventually they restaff and itll get better. I'm thinking after 10 years it's time to give up.

The AutoZone that's on Union avenue has Friendly and knowledgeable staff.it's not too busy like most and when they are they'll get you out quick unlike the other stores. They go out of their way to help you out. A young guy that works there help me out with my check engine light. I borrowed the decoder, he then read the codes went out to my truck, found the failing part. Took it out, I bought the new part and he then again went out to my truck and installed it...!!! That made my day. You don't find that kind of service at most stores...!!!! Keep it up Guys....!!!

Went into to replace windshield wipers, only needed blades but they didn't carry blades only,had to replace whole carriage of each unit. Shouldn't have been over$8 for both.spent over $30 .won't buy there again.

Very friendly workers behind the counter. They have wonderful service, but their prices for a car battery were pretty high, with the lower end being just short of $250. I really could afford to listen to what a higher end would be priced...

Autozone is the place to get your parts an cleaning material for you car.I buy all my parts from Autozone no where else.The staff there are very polite an courteous.I never had to return a part that i had paid for all the parts that i paid for worked perfectly.
