Todd and crew are fantastic! The oil light came on in my car as I was heading to Los Angeles, and Todd found me the correct oil, topped off and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Great guy and the rest of the guys I spoke to on my brief stay were just as nice.

Horrible service, not greeted when I walked in, three people working only one person asked if I needed help. When he did ask he acted like he was put out. He looked up the part I needed, and told where to find it, but would not help look for it. I left and went to another store with much better service. Not the first time this has happened to me here, but it will be the last.

This 5 star rating is solely for Drew. Had to return items due to misinformation from employees during my previous visit(which was an overall bad experience). Not only was Drew knowledgeable, he also helped install the new wipers on my car. Thanks again Drew!

Eddy was super helpful - he helped me find the right windshield wipers for me car, even going out to check what I already had on my car to make sure we picked the right ones. He was very kind and helpful, even offering to install them!

At store number 4009 on Olive Drive. I visited this location 15 minutes prior to closing because I had terrible news of having a burnt brake-light on my van that I was using to deliver orders in the area. I was not only ignorant to the fact of what lightbulb I needed but also how to change it alone at night & including the fact of knowing in such short notice of the closing hours of service provided by AutoZone. Thankfully I was greeted by Cesar Toral parts-sales manager, who gave me his patience and reassurance to the solution of my problem. He not only helped me find the proper lightbulb, not only was it affordable but even with literal minutes left to closing he patiently demonstrated and completed the change to my brake-lights. I also thank the assistance of Kolby R. This meant a lot because I was far from home, AutoZone was soon to close and I would have risked getting a police fine or the risk of my safety. Thank you all! As promoted on your shirt tags seen tonight I DID receive customer satisfaction!

They tried selling me extra items I didnt need and had a condescending tone towards me. It's 2023, treat your female customers just like you treat your male customers.

I called to see if they had my windshield wipers in stock, and the man who answered the phone was so rude, before I even got a chance to tell him what it was I was looking for. As soon as he answered the phone he asked what I needed, and when I went to tell him he cut me off mid sentence and told me to hold. Then when he came back on the line he sounded so irritated that I was asking for windshield wipers when it was already raining. Then when I asked him if he could check and see if he had the kind I needed in stock, he told me I could come to the store and look for myself. I told him not all windshield wipers are the same and before I drove down there in the rain, I wanted to know if they even had what I needed in stock. He checked, and they didn t, so I asked if you could check and see if they had the kind I needed in any other locations. He scoffed and was so irritated that I asked him to look. At first he wouldn t, and I told him that it would only take a minute, that he has the ability to check the computer and see if any other locations have them in stock and it was fairly simple. So he finally checked for me and then hung up: I get that the weather is bad and people start to act a little crazy, and when it rains big for the first time after summer, wipers probably fly off the shelf so the dude was probably really busy today. But that isn t a reason to be so dang rude to customers!

Good store. But they didn't have all the items I wanted. Their prices are pretty high. Do your research so you don't overpay for any one item.

I wouldn't go back just went for Motor oil 2 employees one on the phone the other one one on the computer they both just looked at me and ignored me i was the only one as a customer in the store and in line to pay i waited 2 to 3 minutes just to pay if is not more so ridiculous customer service S.

It was packed when I got there and spent about 15 minutes in line. There were only 2 guys working the counter but it seemed they were trying to be fast yet efficient. They didn't have the part I was looking for though the guy checked physically versus just looking in the computer. There were quite a few customers behind me but he didn't let that stop him from doing his best!

I had ordered a brake kit for my BMW online since the store did not have the rotors or breaks. I received my online order at home. I had my car on jack stands and all parts removed so it would be quicker to do the job. I opened the box and it was the wrong brakes and the wrong rotor size. I called the online help line and they gave me a return code and told me to go to the store on olive to ger a refund. I went to the store and let the person in customer service know the issue and gave them return number. So i carried 4 heavy boxes to there counter. The employee scanned the boxed and said oh no i cant do a return you will need to come back when the manager is here. I asked when he will be at the store he said saturday. This was on thursday i stopped to return. So i carried all boxes back and i called the next day friday just to ask to speak to a manager and he was available i drove to the store friday carried out the boxes again and i could not believe the lies. The manager that did the return friday was the employee that told me that the manager was not available! He was a young guy wearing a grey shirt. I knew he was the manager because autozone has there employees wear a red shirt and managers grey shirt. That was really rude and to top it of he locked mad and was mumbling things as i left the store!!

Need employees with more automotive experience. 80 yr old friends car wouldn't start. Employee said he couldn't get a reading from battery, told senior he needed new battery cables I get there & realize he needs new battery. Install it, starts fine.
