I visited the store today to purchase a new car battery for my 2020 Nissan Kicks. Danny and Omar, the parts sales managers, provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. They not only installed the battery in my car, but also took the time to educate me on the specific battery requirements to prevent any future issues. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of parts. The customer service was excellent, and I was pleased to discover that they are military-friendly as well!

Went in for an alternator, cheaper one had to be ordered, couldn't afford the pricier ones in stock. So I leave the core and actually paid $8 extra to have it shipped sooner. Got my receipt and left.Pick-up day I go around the time the manager said it should be in. They scan my receipt and the guy says it looks like my order was cancelled. I asked if it said why it was cancelled, he says because it wasn't paid for.Besides the receipt and me being there I know for a fact it was paid for and I don't know what they saw to say it wasn't.So now he says the soonest they can have it in is by Wednesday. It's Friday btw, that's 5 daysof paying for a rental because someone there f--ked up. This may seem minor to them but this is a major set back for me.I couldn't even get a refund because the extra I paid to have it shipped sooner, is non-refundable. I don't like asking for hand-outs but the alternator in stock would be great to compensate for the losses I'm taking.

Awesome day today!!! I wanna say thank you to Owen and Daniel for my best experience I was working on a Chevy Tahoe and I was very frustrated because I thought I was gonna spend lot on a heater hose and coolant hose when all I need it was connectors!!!! So they were very help and were able to detect right away my situation so I got my connectors but after like three trips back to Autozone bcuz they weren t fitting right Owen and Daniel did there final try of getting me the right connectors and guess what happen??? IT FINALLY WORK!!!!! GREAT JOB GUYS Now my customer is happy and would like to say thank you to Autozone also for the great help they did today!!!!!!

Needs some work to do with training their workers to become more knowledgeable in their navigation skills on their computers. I had one trying to get me to believe my vehicle was a 5.7 engine But I know that it s not it s 5.3 , therefore my oil change required six quarts Not 5 quarts

My go to place for car parts and supplies... lines can be long at times. This store seems to have low stock on items, compared to others.

David and Omar were beyond helpful!David even paid for a battery for us because the battery and alternator were both duds.This AutoZone is the best AutoZone I've been to ever. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience.

I went to another location and paid for something and was told that I would just have to come pick it up from here. I was told I wouldn t have to wait in line because I already paid at the other location. When I got here I told the worker I just had an order pickup and I could see my order in ready front of me and he said I have to wait in the line I told him I was already told I don t have to wait because I just needed to grab my order and go. Everyone that has orders to pick up just grabs them and goes I saw many people getting their orders and leaving. The worker just wanted me to wait for no reason.

I came back to this store after Lynn store Mgr refuse to process a return at the store on Hst. & White Ln. She said she doesn t take any returns with problems from another store. She has very poor customer service. I ve been in this industry for very long time, I ve have never treated my customers this bad. Always worked as a team with my sister store.I came to Brundage store and Natalie processed the return with no problem. Great customer service this why customers return back to stores with great people.I followed up with district Mgr Joanne

I came in due to a light on my dash being on and Owen helped me figure out what it was, find the part i needed and loaned me tool to install it. Owen took the time to show me exactly what to do and made the whole experience incredibly fast and easy. Thank you so much for all the help, as a new car owner ill be back for all my car needs!

I bought a new starter, could not use it, and they wouldn't give me my money back so I not only lost the $ for the starter but also the core deposit...and they had it on the computer when I bought it and where...never going to auto zone again...and I was a regular there.

Update!!! I went back here because I needed a part. Everyone else at the other stores couldn't help me. So I broke down and called here. THANK YOU LORD FOR OWEN!!!! he was so patient with me and told me to come down. He worked some magic and took the extra time to get them parts I needed. Him and Ariel ( I think that's his name) were the best. If you need anything, ASK FOR OWEN. THANK YOU YOUNG MAN, YOU DESERVE A RAISEThe one on Brundage ln has rude employees. My mom is very disabled and she walks with a cane. She's been very sick butt had to pick up a part she ordered. It was very crowded and the part was heavy for her. When she went to leave she was struggling to hold the part, walk with her cane and get the door open. The security guard at the door just stood there staring at her NEVER OFFERING TO HELP HER. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. Shes 71 walks super slow because she's had a few massive heart attacks and you cannot breathe very well. What happened to customer service. Shame Shame Shame. Needless to say we won't go back there.

Owen at AutoZone was so nice and helpful! He guided me to exactly what I needed in the store without taking advantage of my cluelessness, and then helped me check my tire pressure and showed me how to do it. So glad they are open on Sundays.

Not so well,I was informed over the phone that indeed you have the part I need. After walking several miles to your outlet I arrive near closing time. When I speak to the clerk I'm then informed that no the rebuild part I requested is a part that has to be ordered not in stock. Being that it was the evening of the 3rd of July the young clerk had my nuts in a vice. Not to be bench bleed either. Another American virus when possible make email pay double. No not happy.

Great parts but lines are super long and sometimes you ll stand there with employees glancing at you from time to time. I guess no one is really busy we have all the time in the world (we can hurry up and wait) it s not a problem( yeah right!)
