After having our malfunctioning RV in five different shops and 12 hrs of failure to find the cause of an electrical issue, Andy was able to make a fix and get us back on the road in 3 hours! I can't say enough positive things about this business and will surely be referring them everyone I know. This place is THE BEST! 10+ STARS!!!!!

Great customer service. Told them I didn t like the way my speakers sounded. He came out to my car adjusted my equalizer and explain to me why he was adjusting as he did, which made it sound a lot better and also talked me out of buying new speakers because my car is known to be finicky since it s electric.

Didn't get no work done but asked for an installation quote and was told I couldn't get the service done unless I bought car audio equipment from them..very disappointed in this company..they are a car audio place and can't do a service of installation of two amplifiers what a disappointment..was willing to pay them what price they wanted but didn't even get that far because I bought my own equipment on my own time instead of all at once what a disappointment...but last time was told 120 a hour and a 2-4 hour job on a sub and amp install . No it's they can't do it what a joke and that's why I gave them a one star

I have one motorcycle that needed music and one that needed an upgrade. They fitted one with a Bluetooth and kicker speakers that has performed very well for years and upgraded my other stearo and speakers that have made a difference like night and day, and they did a beautiful job on installation. Next is the car speakers. The price is right and won't break the bank. I suspect what ever you're looking for they have it.

One of the few car stereo stores that's been around for a long time. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It doesn't matter to them if your doing your own install or having them do it. They will help you pick the right components for your system either way. Thanks guys!

Terry and his team were GREAT!! They explained everything down to the most minute detail to my husband and I. They didn't just throw product at us and say "you need this." I told them I didn't want my car rattling from the bass and they explained what they would do to keep that from happening!! I would HIGHLY recommend going here if you want good product, great service, great pricing and GREAT SOUND!! They are awesome!!

I was given 5 star service. Terry helped me figure out what I wanted and needed. The installers did an awesome job and efficiently cut my wait time by having more than 1 person get the job done. Kenny was very personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Auto Sounds!!

I have known Kenny the owner now for 20 years and have had him install several,several complete systems in all of my cars and have never been dissatisfied or unhappy with any of them. this company is top notch to say the least and very professional in their installs. they will always bend over backwards and go that extra mile to insure that you are well taken care of and happy with the system that is being placed in your vehicle whether it is a car a Boat or even a Big Rig. Highly recommend this company.

I wont let no one else touch any of my vehicles. They always hook it up, andy does some very creative installs, great with electrical/wiring etc. Kenny the owner is awesome. Do not leave food out around Terry... Terry is awesome as well but ya, missing a bag of gummy bears and some eddible undies that were in my truck next day he had red lips... go figure

Rudy is so nice! He makes you feel like you've known him forever. He greeted me right away and took the time to explain the functions of the product that I will be having installed. I will most definitely be patronizing his establishment for all of my related issues. I trust his judgment and will be asking his opinion on other auto related issues. Thank Rudy

These guys troubleshot the rattling sounds coming from my 3 year old Bmw I just purchased.I am extremely satisfied with their service. I have a corvette z06 that I will bring in to seek help in making the sound better and eliminate rattles.I am very impressed with their methods and service.

We Went There To Get A Battery Cable End So That We Could Hook The Stereo System Up In My 4�4, My Husband Kept Stripping The Old Brass One Out, So We Wanted Something Better, They Had What We Needed. Thank U Soooooo Much Auto Sound's For Making Our Day Better.

There is a reason why Auto Sounds of Bakersfield has been around for a long time and that is because of their quality work and their top level customer service.I recently found myself in their establishment looking to round out the sound for my car. Kenny and Andy gave me very sound advice and choices as to what I should go with at a very fair price.The project was not too intensive and they knocked it out the same day. The end result was amazing! I got exactly what I wanted and walked away very happy.Bottom line, if asked by anyone if I would recommend Auto Sounds of Bakersfield, I would say without hesitation: "Yes!" and show off the work that they did for me.

Back in 2007 I took my Tundra to them after i had taken it to another shop to install my tv's and made a big mess. @ Auto Sound they did and excellent job that's why I just got a sequoia and with my eyes close I just went back to take my new Sequoia with Kenny I recommended them 100%. don't go to this new shops that don't know what there doing go to them and i assure you will get what your are paying for (Quality Work)

Took my jeep there today and it needed alot of work and these guys did it in great time and for a great price, they are very friendly and dont BS you. Will I be going back and would I recommend them to others? 100% yes I wouldThanks again yall

New to the area. I brought an iSimple out of town that wasn't installed right. I Google Searched for local auto sound shops in the area to fix it, and Auto Sound of Bakersfield was the first on the list. I saw recent review and almost passed up on a great experience. Don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch, they took care of me beyond what I expected. Not only was my problem resolved, I was also shown step by step how to fix a product that wasn't even brought from there store. With great product knowledge, I wanted a Hands Free device for my vehicle, so I asked a few question, and I was even shown how to install it myself. I asked how long it would take them to do the job and in a lil over an hour, I had exactly what I was looking for. Pricing was fair, reasonable, and my original problem with iSimple was no charge. Highly recommended.

My go to spot for all my audio needs!Kenny and Andy definetly have a real passion for just not doing business with people and it shows . Any questions I have besides business deals in regards to a audio issue they are always willing to help and help solve the issue.

Kenny and Andys shop is the best authorized dealer in Bakersfield had many cars and friends get stereos there and hands down the best shop. They install stereos the right way and don't rip off customers. Will always be back here for my Car audio needs.
