My car got broken into at work and Auto Glass Now was able to replace my window quickly and for a great price. They helped make a frustrating time a lot easier to deal with. They were really professional, fast and reasonable. Other places (safelite) want to charge almost double. Another bonus is in the past Ive also had my windshield chips repaired there as well. Great all around shop for all your vehicle window needs.

Amazing service, affordable price,staff was wonderful Ronnie, George, Megan was doing excellent work. Restroom facility available, waiting area available they do offer free coffee and water.

This company was great. From the nice woman answering the phone, to the manager, and the techs. Professional and very nice. I would highly recommend anyone with window issues to do business here. I waited a few days to see if the window would fall out lol. No such luck. It s perfect.

Rodney the General Manager took care of my needs personally on my new IS 350 F sport. Windshield is perfect and I m back at it planning my next road trip. Speedy service, time frame was exact. Kenny. Wow. What a nice young man!! He worked diligently to get my windshield changed out!! It looks Amazing! No cracks or chips.I want to thank the car whose tire sent me a pebble that cracked my windshield! ( just kidding). But it did give me an opportunity to learn about a great company (Auto Glass Now) if you need a windshield. Kenny .Thank you! Job well done!!

This place has hidden fees! How are you going to fix the window & then tell me not to roll down my window for 3 days as I did then it didn t work.So I called up there after already paying 200 for the window and then here come the hidden fees I have to get charged 150 for installation & then I would have to go to the store and get my own piece for the window.DONT GO HERE ITS A SCAM & all there out for is money and not to help the customer I should of new it was bull when I was the only customer in there!!!!!

We were in Bakersfield for two days with a chip in our RV windshield that we wanted repaired before it became a major crack. After going into the shop in person, because phone calls do not go directly to the local location, we were set up with an appointment the same day, to be done by 5pm. That hour came and went without notice that the technician was coming and we figured the repair wasn t going to happen after all. Low and behold at 5:30 we got the call that he was on his way! We were so pleased that someone would show up after what we presumed would be the end of his day. Not only did the tech arrive, so did his manager, Ronnie, who was determined to get the job done after previous jobs had taken longer than expected. Long story short, the chip was taken care of ,in the dark, no less, with the attitude that if service was promised, service would be delivered! What amazing customer service! My car was broken into late Friday night, called Auto Glass Now the next morning, and they were able to get me in fast and had my window in stock when a lot of other places are closed on Saturdays. They quoted me a great price and I was in and out in under an hour. Will definitely go there again if I need a new window!

Best service in Bakersfield! My daughter's car side window got broken into in Bakersfield overnight. Ronnie took care of the window replacement within 3 hours after the call. Called Ronnie at 9am and the car was ready by 11am!From one business person to another, that was excellent service! Thank you Ronnie

Thank you AutoGlass Now! Wonderful Service.I had the misfortune of waking up with my passenger window broken and a police report pamphlet inside my vehicle. In Bakersfield I went to several car auto repair shops, only AutoGlass Now! Was able to help me now, everyone else needed an appointment two days later. I had an appointment with another company and they didn t fall through. I called AutoGlassNow and Ronnie the manager assisted me. He was super friendly and very proactive! He was able to get me in the same day (within the hour) and made sure I felt comfortable while waiting. His front desk staff was kind and friendly as well. They also cleaned all the glass. You can t even tell there was any glass here! 10/10 recommend!Service: Auto side window replacement

My girlfriend called him right before closing on Wednesday and he was able to schedule us at 9:30 am the next day. He had us out within an hour and the best price in Bakersfield. Rodney exhibits the greatest customer service and gives clear guidance on aftercare. I replaced my 2021 Honda CRV windshield due to a tiny rock dent that took over the whole bottow windshield as a long cracked line. Due to my deductible being over 1k, I had to pay out of pocket but he gave me a quote that I could not resist. I received absurd quotes from other windshield companies so I called Rodney on Wednesday morning. I was in by noon and out the same day. You will not find better customer service than this precise location. My windshield was so new and clear that I wasn't sure if they remembered to place the new one on :P

This shop on Union Ave in Bakersfield replaced my broken side window in my GMC truck in a matter of hours! Great experience 5 stars for fast service, friendly and informative staff and VERY QUICK SERVICE! ..Plus, the price was less than the Other Guys , who wanted me to wait 12 days for an appointment . Good job!

I had a fantastic experience with Auto Glass in Bakersfield, California. Not only did they price match the quote I initially received for my window repair, but they also went above and beyond in their customer service. There was a small inconvenience with the arrival of my window for the appointment, but the team promptly addressed the issue and went out of their way to fix my glass while I was at work. I am extremely satisfied with their service, and I would rate them 10 out of 10. Without a doubt, I would choose them again for any future glass repairs. Had an appointment at noon, took my care straight back and got started on replacing the windshield, done promptly and did a good job returning my vehicle in better condition then they received it !

Went in for a chipped windshield, they repaired it, couldnt afford to get it replaced at the time. Insurance covered the chip, its noticeable but i knew it would be. I just needed a patch until i can get a replacement. The staff was great, took about 30 mins tops. The manager was great.

Fast, clean and friendly service, in less than 40 minutes they changed the window and cleaned the glass throughout the vehicle. The price is very affordable and they have payment options, which is a lot easier on your pocket.

My car's windshield got hit by a rock, right on the edge of the window, when the chip started cracking across the whole windshield I started calling around to get quotes. Most every place was way high. My car is not fancy with any driver assistance features. I called here and spoke to a sweet woman gave me a great quote. I scheduled and came in on the day that turned into Bakersfield's great windstorm and rainstorm of November 2023. The whole team was great to me as I often paced aroun the shop. They are a place I will recommend to my friends.

I don t usually give a 2 star review, but I m not happy about the situation that took place. I was actually referred by my son and that s what brought me here. I called upon my departure to the company to ask if my window could be wrapped with a temporary window? Megan is who I spoke with, and she mentioned that they could fix it if I were to arrive by 1pm. We arrived before 1pm and checked in and was told it would be a short wait due to them closing at 2pm. I was very happy that my window was going to be fixed as it was my daughter s birthday and I was looking forward to getting back to her. After waiting for over an hour and a half, George the technician told Megan that he could not repair our vehicle and they didn t have anymore wrap because the last technician failed to let them know they ran out. The glass was knocked out by George before he decided to give us the bad news and when we asked nicely if there was something that he could give us to cover it up, he gave us a trash bag and walked off to close up. To me personally, I felt it was very unprofessional and rude. I realized they closed at 2pm and he was the only tech, but I hope this doesn t happen to anyone else. Next time, take the initiative to first check your supplies and treat your customers with kindness and understanding. My day was already ruined by finding the damage to my window and then having to leave half of my day on our daughter s birthday, which we can make up for lost time. We all have lives and let s be more mindful to each other s lives.Thanks,Tara

I called for a quote and it was $300 for one window! Thank God I didn t give up and looked elsewhere and found a much more affordable price! 70$ with installation include!!! I don t see how you guys are affordable at all! I will never stop here!

Great service from the first phonecall trying to get a quote. They were able to get me in quickly , the other guys were gonna make me wait a week. Very quick once I took my car to them. If my car window should happen to get smashed again (hope not) , I'll definitely be going back to these guys. Thanks again
