Thank you to Ruben at Artiaga's for the seamless car repair! Ruben took such great care of our vehicle and had it fixed quickly! I was amazed at what a great job he did and it felt as new as it did when I drove it off the lot a few months back. Thank you so much for the excellent work! I will be bringing my car here again for any other repairs.

Had some work to be done and didn t want to include insurance. Another shop close by appraised the damage at over $9000.00. Artiaga s quote was $4000.00 less including the 5% savings for cash. Kept us up to date on the progress and finished the job in under two weeks. Very happy with the work. I ll never go anywhere else.Thank you Ruben. You guys are awesome.

They estimated me to put on a new door and new quarter panel .. I got my truck found out .. it just got patched up and painted No new door or quarter panel .. what a rip off.. I ain't going to go there no more

Artiaga's Collission Center for the win. Ruben and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. This might be a service we never hope to be in need of, but when we do, Artiagas is our place.

These people have ruined my life. I am still trying to figure out the best route to deal with this situation. I would never in a million years recommend this shady business. They destroyed my vehicle. After months of having it. I will be following up on this post once everything has been dealt with. Please, please, save yourself a lot of headache and stress. I am letting you all know as of 08/24/2022 I am still working on figuring out resolve to this issue. I promise when it's over I will let everyone know the findings. I am an honest person and I continue to stand by my review above. If findings differ I will keep everyone updated. I'm going to be following up soon. This is as of 6/25/2023

Quick SummaryIt always sucks to get into a car accident, but Artiaga's made the process a lot better with consistent communication.Service- 5 starsReuben assisted me throughout the process. He would answer all my questions and respond back to me in less than 1 hour for every message I would send him. He was honest and detail-oriented throughout the entire processCommunication- 5 starsA huge thumbs up for Reuben for keeping constant communication throughout the process. It started from getting a rough estimate over Yelp message before bringing my car in, and responding to me promptly throughout the process.To be fair, you have to be proactive and send a message to him first; I get that he's too busy to update everyone on their car's status. However, if you reach out and send a message, he usually got back to me quickly (even during after-hours).Easy modes of communication as well, as Reuben was flexible with communicating through Yelp messages, text messages, and calls.Bottom LineReuben does good work and always keeps you in the loop with your car repairs (just make sure you are the one initiating the message). In a world where no one calls anyone anymore, I love how Reuben stayed in constant communication through text or Yelp messages.Service: Body & Trim

This company is the greatest, I challenge you to find better. I'm not from the area and was in need of a complete paint job due to my vehicle getting keyed. After much research and talking to different dealerships for recommendations I chose Artiagas Collision Center. I couldn't be happier, they did an amazing job all the way around. They handled the hassle with the insurance company and they kept in constant communication with me regarding my vehicle, their customer service is top notch. I even showed up on several occasions unexpectedly and they welcomed me in to look at my vehicle through the various stages of painting. They finished on time and my car looks gorgeous, better than new. I would highly recommend anybody to take their vehicle to Artiagas and get it done right the first time.

Artiaga's did an amazing job, even washed my car for me! Such a relief to know our vehicle was in such capable hands. Ruben is a pleasure to work with and was great at explaining the process, keeping me updated, and dealing with both the car rental and the insurance companies for me. I would definitely recommend them and will take my vehicles there for any future needs. Excellent experience!

If you have the have body work done, which is always a bummer, I'd bring back my vehicle here in a heartbeat! Super friendly service, attentive to all the details in fixing up my car. And handled the insurance work splendidly. Felt like they took care of me honestly and professionally.

Horrible experience here, said they would repair a crack in my bmw e46 chassis and reinforce it with a kit I brought them, after 10 months of poor communication they slapped a part on it I had to supply them with because they can t get parts obviously either and call me and say it s done! We ll my parts were still sitting in the front seat never said they wouldn t be doing it to me they outsourced the little bit of work that was done to another shop and never told me they were doing that, the car rotted and in their yard and is in worse shape than I brought it, the paint is all faded now the trim and worst of all they left the back window down in the rain and when I pull the back seat up it was covered in nasty mold!!! They were very unprofessional fed us lies the whole time we should ve jus pulled the car out and went to a real shop that is capable of more than fixing little scratches, I feel totally scammed by artiagas and now I m still in the same boat a year later and they still took my $1000 without telling me half of the job wasn t completed at all I am totally furious and would never let this shop even look at another one of my cars ever ever again

Best collision center ever. Yes, we were that customer eyeing everything, looking at every detail. And they were awesome about everything. They were very professional. Explained the steps in what needed to be done. We received the car looking amazing as well. Happy about everything. Thankyou Ruben!

My husband and I were on a road trip down the 101 and on our way home. While traveling through Bakersfield, we were in an accident that damaged our car enough that there was no way to drive it home. Since we live in WA, it only made sense to leave the vehicle with a collision center in Bakersfield, rent a car, and head home. We owned the vehicle and as such, needed to take care of having it go to the car graveyard ourselves. I cannot thank Rueben at Artiaga's enough. He was professional, timely, and took care of our vehicle - removing that stress in a particularly stressful situation. If I lived in that area, I would use Artiaga's!! Thanks again for all the help!

Someone backed into my Challenger at work, wanted someone who is professional and did great work! I couldn t be happier with the outcome of my car!! I will be taking my car back soon to get my clear coat fixed on my hood!! Can t wait to get it fixed, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARTIAGA S!!
