I've been customer for America's tire for a long time so I've come in for 2 new tire in the rear which I purchased 4 new last year in May and tire was warranty for 45000 miles and I've put less than 20000 miles on it and it wore out and came in to the store to get 2 new because the other 2 was still ok so I've asked them to rotate the old to the rear and put 2 new on the front but hold on this what they told me they can't do the rotate because my other 2 that I want to keep have too low of the thread which was tall enough for me that I didn't want to replace and when I bought the tire new they have these hammer weights on my wheel which was not ideal for my wheel and I asked them to put on the tape weights on the wheel which was their mistake for the 1st time I bought the tire but again they said they can't do it because the tire thread is too low so when ask for anything they won't help. When ask to prorated the tire they won't warranty their policy anyway because the tire thread too low so they expecting customer to change out tire when they're still new so i will not be returning to this place. It so disappointing after being this company customer for so longPS the picture is tire they do not to service said the thread is too lowUpdate goes in with my metal valve stem cap and one of my wheel got a cheap plastic one when I got home I mean how much more I can take

Decent price good service. I got 2 tires on the store credit card. I replaced the back tires. The only issue was I had to request that they put the new tires on the front and the old ones on the back because it's a front wheel drive car. And they are really nice when I come to get the air in the tires too.

This business does not place customers first. They close at 6pm and granted i did walk in at 558pm, however, I was walking in for help to get a flat tire fixed. I was turned away and told to go elsewhere... if I was buying tires sure, that's fair to end me away 2m before closing, but when a customer needs help for a flat tire that takes 5 minutes to fix...

I have been going to America's tire also known as Discount tire for years!! Always good service their prices are fair and they REALLY are there to help you.. Jordan helped me today he was top notch!! Thank you Jordan!! Btw .I was told my tire exchange would take 45 min .they were done in 30!!

Went there to get help with a low tire warning and sat in their "free" area for over 10 minutes, and at least 15 different times, employees walked by and looked at me. Will by tires from a place with better customer service!

There s a lot of tire shops to choose from but this store does a fantastic job from customer service, to matching prices, to fixing flats for free. Jake is the man over there and always has a smile on his face. Will continue to bring my families cars here.

I went in months ago, broke, frantic, in tears because as a single mother I had to commute from Bakersfield to Ridgcrest for work. I needed tires so bad that my car made that "wob wob wob " sound when driving. My son told me to pull into America's tires on Rosedale and for free they would check my tires. Indeed two are dethreading. No one can help me financially at this time. I'm standing at register with this empathetic person with a great heart, JON, and he's doing his best to get me me the best price.. but I didn't have cents to me at this point. I lost a lot of people in my life and fell in hard times in my career and am a single mom. He went into this office with another good human being and came to ask me if I could wait couple hours because there's others in front of me but that my two new tires will be on and balanced that day so that I can make it to work! I'm asking how? Why? What do i owe? Is this a payment plan?? He was so calm and kind and insisted its all taken care of... but I know he was also thinking of the safety of my child standing next to me im sure of it. He saved our lives. He didn't have to try to help at all. But he chose to try and help me troubleshoot my problem. I'm so Grateful for good decent caring people in this world. No glory wanted by himbut thank you JON this world could use more people like you.. I hope to find you soon and try to repay if you bought them or celebrate your saving our lives. I'm doing well now in my career, I'm soaring and I wanted to say thank you and tell the whole world what a wonderful person you are!!!!! How you made a choice and maybe even sacrifice for a stranger. You bring me hope in others, thank you!!

Had a car inspected week prior & was told the tires were ok to swap onto another car. After driving both cars 50 miles to have the swap was informed that no. The tires are not good enough but I could possibly buy used tires. I will not return to this location. My fault as this is the same location that denied a warranty 12 years priorEditAmericas TireThe store manager (McKae) called me back requesting to speak with me. While I wasn t going to return their calls, that is not right on my part. Returning his call, he asked me to relay what had happened. After listening he asked what can we do to make it right I was still too angry to respond rationally so I stated I d have to think on it.Factoring in the costs related with 3 trips of 50 miles each way and I still needed tires for the car, he offered a generous deal on some 80,000 mile tires.I agreed, and am now having those tires installed with a scheduled 4 wheel alignment tomorrow at my local shop that does alignments.Americas Tire (Rosedale in Bakersfield) was responsive and reasonable so I m changing my 1 star review to a 4 star. It s not 5 as the issue should have never happened and the road hazard warrant added $120 to the cost thereby reducing the comparative savings.Thank you McKae for handling this in such a professional manner.

We had an appointment and were seen on time. We walked to get something to eat, and the car was done when we came back. I asked if they could turn the maintenance light off since the only maintenance we needed was a tire rotation. They said they didn't have the tool to do that. When I got back to the car, we watched a YouTube video and were able to turn it off while still in the parking lot. It doesn't take a special tool. They may want to have training on this

So I blew out my front driver side tire and destroyed my wheel texting & driving one fateful night last week. Yes, I am admitting this on a public forum and much used platform. Thank God that it only affected me and not a pedestrian or other driver's. Now after driving around the last week on my spare, putting on more than the recommended miles, I found myself in a desperate situation. I called and checked with Pick a Parts, Big Brand Tire, Les Schwab, Carrols tire and not one of them could help me on such short notice AND at a fair price. None of them, except America's Tire. David & Dom deserve recognition and kudos for not just being honest, transparent and forthright but also for doing what they said they would do. My whole experience was smooth, friendly and very efficient. They have a great front end at this store and I can assume that comes from strong leadership in management. I overheard what I believed to be the MOD (manager on duty) talking to one of the men about the coming weeks schedule and that he had finals. The MOD made no bones about the young man taking the necessary time/days to study and be prepared for the test. That speaks volumes of how this operation is managed in this 'worker shortage' arena we are presently in. That being said, they had the wheel and tire I needed for my Jeep and the price was super fair and reasonable. I'm grateful for America's Tire coming in clutch and may be leaving Big Brand Tire as a customer. Great job to everyone in the shop, front end and management. Thank you all!

Went in today realizing I ll not make it to work two hours east on the 58 if I don t get two new front tires. They were dethreading . John opened the door for me and like a professional gentleman he worked with me since money is tight. Within one hour I was done, tires rotated and aligned! My car is safe now and I feel safe and fully satisfied with the service to the price!!! Thank you John so very much and Makai to David. Such a great group of guys, all knowing in their profession, leaving me so very grateful. Highly recommend this place!!!!

I made an appointment yesterday because they only had two tires on hand. I arrived 20 minutes prior, saw a long line inside so I asked in the back if I still needed to wait in line. (I m currently mending a broken ankle, which has caused extreme knee pain on the opposite leg and using a walker but I brought a cane). He said he would let them know that I had an appointment. I still had to wait over 20 minutes in line. When it got to be my turn the guy next to him tells him I have an appointment. Scratching my head as to the point of mentioning it now. I was seen in first come, first served fashion. Having an appointment bears no meaning whatsoever, even if you re handicapped at the time. It would have been nice even to have them acknowledge and allow me to sit until it was my turn. Not sure who that 30% less wait time refers to. Disappointed and confused.

I had an issue with my tires holding air after going off track on a nearby raceway. I was staying in Bakersfield and found this tire shop before they closed this past Saturday. These guys were friendly and helpful - fixed the problem and saved my 2nd track day. This business was much nicer than other tire shops I've been too - clean, open waiting area, easy parking. Thanks again.

Tires shops are pretty equal but I received quality service today. I made the appointment to have two tires put on my son's car. I figured here goes two hours but to my surprise they completed it in 35 minutes. Great job guys. I recommend making the appointment. Thanks for everything.

These guys did an amazing jobs rebalancing the tires on my corvette that another company installed and didn t balance properly. I m a fan of their service and speed. I am very glad I went to these guys. I will be bringing all my cars here now

Long story short. I bought new wheels from Discount Tire in Albuquerque, NM. After installation I was entering the freeway and at 55 mph the car was shaking apart. Took it back and they rebalanced the tires. Still vibrating. Took it back again, this time they installed hub centric rings. Still vibrating. Returned to California with the vibration. Brought the car to this location, they did a thorough check of the tires and wheels, rebalanced, I took it for a test drive and was able to hit 80 mph with no vibration. All kudos to this store for saving Discount/America's Tire from what would have been a nasty review and calls to their corporate office.

I love this place. The only place I go for my tires and trust with my families safety. Their service is amazing and prices are great. Most of all, the workers there are amazing. They remembered me and even asked how my daughters soccer game went. The fact they remembered this little detail the next day, priceless. Thank you Americas Tire Team. You all are top notch.

They put on and had to put back all four tires, some twice due to being in a rush and inexperience.What should have been done in 45 minutes, instead took 2 hours and I still don't have new tires!Have to drive 132 miles round trip! $35 just for the gas!!!Now I have to go back and do it all over again.The employees maintained excellent customer service, through out the ordeal.They nickel and dime you just like all the rest!!!Lied about alignment referral price!!!Fan with water mist sprayed all over front of car leaving a white sticky film which they didn't clean!!!Oh how I miss Los Angeles...

Did a full set of premium wheels and tires here previously and had a great experience. They provided great pricing and the service was very prompt and friendly. I bought another 5 off road tires for another vehicle yesterday, and I was a walk-in who was in and out within 1 hour and 30 min. These guys stick to their promised time which is more than I can say about other tires places nearby.

Went and got 4 new tires, and new sensors. Felt like something was off so I asked if they checked my PSI. They assured me all my tires were full. Take it home, and check again, and I got all 4 tires at different PSI.

I usually get my tires here. They always have the best prices and will price match if they don't. The salesmen are helpful and not pushy. You can make an appointment so you get in and out quickly!

I have been coming here for a few years on the advice of my son. I had traveled five hours north & back to Bakersfield, stopped twice got assistance with my tire pressure. Both places didn t get it right. As soon as I reached Bakersfield I came to America s Tire. The girl (Jaye), friendly, efficient, & explained what she found each tire pressure at, & adjusted them according so that the light went off. Sounds simple & easy, but on my trip two other places got it wrong.So thank you America s Tire

These guys and girls are the best! In at 8am and out 40minutes later with my leaking tire repaired.Very professional staff and a nice waiting area.
