Bad experiencePlease don t take your truck there they just take your moneyI won t recommend this dealership for anyonemy truck had engine issue they fixed in 6 month plus every month they sent me new estimates growing upFirst estimate was around 13000 it went to 44000$They took all the money from warranty and some from me and then they give me another estimate for 7000$ I said no way you guys just playing with me I told them stop work on my truck then I brought my truck Dallas I fixed by 650$Very bad people no respect and they don t know what to doI will attached some pictures how they returned my truck to me everything was opened in cab inDashboard they didn t put it back it was very bad experience very very disappointed.The whole truck cost 40000$They charged me 44000$ just to fix it but they didn t completely fixedYou guys can see the pictures what they did to my truck how I got back .

Worse experience with service department Specially Preston. They will diagnosis 1 tiny issue in 1 day and then 2nd tiny issues next day spends weeks only diagnosing step by step god know when they will repair it . Just try to pile up hours and extract as much money as possible .Do yourself favour and Stay away from this delesship .

The drivers lounge is amazing, which is great because you're going to be here long enough to have your mail forwarded if you need service on your truck. People and facilities were all great, but if this place seriously has so much business coming in that their wait time is almost two weeks, they should be able to hire additional techs.

Purchased truck here, so far 3 months into it I've spent over 10k on repairs. Their warranty basically is a scam. Covers Nothing. Read the fine print when signing anything. Had the truck serviced and looked over at two different certified mechanics. Both said that it looks like the miles have been rolled back on odometer. Aslo the work that has been done on engine is garbage. They basically painted over everything to make it look like a clean engine. I've already replaced the radiator had exhaust leaks, gasket leaks, APU still does not work, oil leaks. When I asked to take truck to a mechanic that I know for a once over I was told that I can't and that the mechanics at arrow are DOT certified and can only do inspections themselves, truck cannot leave lot to be looked at by anyone else. I regret paying 40k in Cash for nothing. I just had a baby daughter and all our saving went to this truck. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I trusted them and they screwed me. Also when you purchase truck here, they make you write a good review before you walk out the door, then people forget about it after the issues. So don't believe in these reviews.

I brought a truck and I had to wait a long time for a technician to run diagnostics. Another dealership agreed to repair. Proximity in Bakersfield, California. There is not enough staff, he is unprofessional, and he has to seek outside help to troubleshoot. I spent one week there and still have problems. We said to take it back to the dealership that did the repairs earlier.

There are only two Volvo repair shops in the country I prefer to take my truck to, TEC in Oakland, CA, and this place in Bakersfield. I ve taken my truck there twice now, and both times, the problem was fixed permanently, and in rather short order. Great service people to work with as well.

Staff was friendly & nice, they gave us a gift bag with snacks in it while we waited. We pulled in without appointment and they said they could get us right away.They found the problems, had the parts & fixed it. It was an all day deal but worth it to know we're running good now. We're from MN & appreciated the friendly treatment we received here . Thanks to the manager & all the staff for trying to make our stop there as pleasant as possible under circumstances.

I was there when they opened got me in after two hours and fixed the problem. Overcharged me and kept me there longer than was needed. They couldn't communicate between the tech and the service desk. Then tech went to lunch and I had to wait for them to get back. Only after I was persistent did they let me go. I feel like the overcharged me at least two hours of work. About 300 bucks.... typical shop. Nothing fantastic.

Drove truck in on and ha to wait five day for a tech to do diagnostic. Tec found a clamp on dpf filter housing miss aligned. (Anouther shop did the repairs. And didnt put it on straight.) He also found what looked like sand or dirt in def tank. The other dealership stood good for the repais. Affinity in Bakersfield Ca. Is understaffed, unprofessional, and have to get outside help to trouble shoot. I spent two weeks there and still have issues. We told to take it back to the dealership that did the repairs previous.

These people are professional and on the ball. Mechanic (Dave) is top notch. I m impressed by the checklist of making sure repairs were completed/codes are cleared thoroughly, before they turned me loose. Warranty covered repairs and tow as required. I now have another place I know I can depend on for good and honest work. This trucker is grateful.

Was worth the 3hr drive from Ontario to get work done. Courteous, friendly and squared away. You people thinking they have a magic wand and can go "zing"-- your trucks done, nope. Listen up, YOU CANT RUSH PERFECTION. If your not getting your truck repaired here, then YOUR WRONG. Keep up the good work uptime.

Professional staff, quick diagnostics, knowledgeable techs. They were busy when I arrived, but worked me into their schedule. Comfortable lounge to wait in. I put this shop in my GPS favorites. Very much appreciate it fellas. A driver never wants to be in a shop, but my experience here was a welcome change from the shop mills I've been in before. Thanks

Be careful here they diagnosed that my charge air cooler and charge air cooler pipe was leaking after replacing both still had the same noise has when I came to the shop after more diagnosis found two clamps were bad on the opposite side from the charge air cooler pipe. I m not positive that the charge air cooler and charge air cooler pipe was leaking from the start. I feel they replaced parts that were not bad because they just jumped to the diagnosis that was the easiest to say. Be careful here.

So you didn t read my comment that you guys charged me for adding transmission oil because you guys took of the pto with out taking my permission to take it off and charged me for that you guys charged me for fixing the pto without fixing it so for that you will not respond plus you know I lost my job because you guys took longer then what you promised meAnd that was a lie or who ever put the data is not truthful you guys took a full month of promises even tho you guys said 2 weeks

I m really unhappy with service here. I came for windshield replacement and in 1:45 i have got bill for two hours labor. They are just collecting money from drivers. Mechanic who did replacement was not able to uninstall the old windshield without crash it inside my cab and I spent hours to clean it out. Will see how it installed.

Been here twice since I am from the area. 1st time I was down for 20 days this time I brought it in on Monday and as of now it is sat and my truck is still not done. My truck originally came in because it needed a new turno bolt on kit $90 no big deal but 4.5 hours of labor ok cool. I am now at $3k because they snapped bolts off on my manifold. This place is a joke

This dealership I was try to replace rediator and rewiring my DPF pump and replace governor part charge me $2560.00 over charge for labor and the rediator prices as part $1150,I have been from 10/26/21 on 9.00 a.m till 10/27 8 p.m and they didn't finish it and everytime go talking with supervisor he told me we can't do something for , so I'm not happy from this service

This place seems to know what they are doing. I had a DEF light blinking problem. They found the problem which was a doser. They fixed quickly as well. Money wise they were relatively fair. Chad is a great guy to deal with.

Hi drivers When you come to this place, they will charge you money without fixing anything for you, and you will be waiting for a week, two weeks and more without anything, and in the end you will pay money and discover after you pay that they did not fix anything for you. These are people who do not know anything and do not care about their customers. They only want money.

Nothing but good to say. This is my first visit here. Brought in late Friday, and they had me out by middle of the day Saturday for an oil leak. They usually only do maintenance stuff on weekends but they made this happen for us. FIVE STARS !!

Very nice folks had to lay over for a blown fuse somewhere in my truck mechanic come out fixed it before we went to bed nice drivers lounge recliners are great definitely recommend these people they will try to help best they can!!!

Told me they have a part i needed and i drove all the way here just to find out they didn t have it. Would ve been nice if they completely checked there inventory before telling me they had it.

My husband come to fix transmission. He paid 12k for repair and problem was the same.AVOID AVOID AVOIDSo now they could real problem which was only 1k to fix. They did not want to reimburse money for their mistake

Technicians are very helpful. They get the diagnostic s done quickly and accurately. Driver lounge is very comfortable and relaxing
