Just got off the phone with Hernon Tovar. He was helping us find receipts for some parts we put on our truck that we recently lost in a fire and needed the records to help with our insurance claim.. Hernon went above and beyond helping us find the records that were 8 years old now. I can t say enough good things about the crew at the Bakersfield 4 wheel parts. They found all the add ons that we had purchased and emailed them to us. Hernon took the time with me on the phone to find all the items we purchased, then waited on the line to make sure that we received the email from him and that we could view all the files! My only regret is that we are no longer in Bakersfield and can no longer use this 4 wheel parts location. Every time I went to this store, the guys were super helpful and ready to help! Thanks Hernon and thank you 4 Wheel Parts!!

2022 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4Purchased; 5 BDS Elite liftFuel Clash 8 @ 22x12-44 wheels37 Toyo Open Country M/T sI worked with Adrian and Cody, the two were great to work with. I had asked them to price match the wheels and tires, they did without hesitation. The lift took a little to get in but that was out of their control. Overall the truck came out great, rides smooth, alignment was spot on, and I will most definitely being doing business with them again.

Adrian our salesman was Awesome, very knowledgeable and nice. We are extremely happy with the service he provided to us. If all of your employees there are as knowledgeable and nice as Adrian, your company is very lucky.Side steps we purchased look very nice on our new truck. We will be back to purchase the cover for the truck bed from Adrian. Adrian has great customer service!

BUYER BEWARE - I purchased a top-of-the-line automatic bed cover from four-wheel parts in Bakersfield. After the completion of the installation of the cover by four wheel parts, I brought it to their attention that there was a gap in the bed cover, and that the cover did not lineup properly when it closed and was causing damage to my truck tailgate. The manager and the installer and I discuss the situation, the installer got attitude and aggressive with me for bringing up the situation. The manager told me that parts needed to be ordered and that they would expedite the situation and get it taken care of. After many phone calls to The manager at four-wheel parts over the last year and a half, there has been no resolution and no contact initiated by their company. I am very displeased with their service and their quality control. As to this day there has been no resolution of the issue and I would not recommend anyone buying products or having services done by this company.

My experience with 4WP was handled by Alec Sweet he proved to be a very knowledgeable and professional sales associate. He answered my questions regarding my purchase of a Smartcap for my Gladiator and on the day of install he kept me abreast of the install. After the installation he showed me the highlights and proper care of the Smartcap.

Absolutely fantastic guys down there. It took them multiple tries and a lot of making it work to get my ford transit to accept off-road wheel and tires but man do they look phenomenal. I will be coming back. Thank you to Hernan and Alex for all your help!

Alec went the extra mile to ensure he found the tires that I needed, both witching my budget and my time requirements. He also indicated that he would inspect the existing lift kit even though it was not purchased as his store! It was a pleasure working with Alec!

I had an excellent experience with 4WP Bakersfield! I have always been weary of corporate companies in the automotive industry and this experience has completely changed my ambivalence about getting work done at a franchise company. Alec was very helpful in assisting me chose the right lift for my JL and was understanding that I was on a budget. He was able to find me a great deal on an EVO Enforcer 3.5 lift with King shocks and I couldn t be happier with the results. My jeep drives so smooth, steering is excellent, almost better than it drove stock. I took it Offroad and the ride difference is like night at day. My hood stayed level over some significant off camber obstacles and really felt the extra travel in my suspension. Hernan was very helpful and was able to get all the work done within 6 hours. He even had two guys working on my jeep so they would be able to return it to me so that I could drive to work the next day. I inspected the work and they did an excellent job, replaced stock bolts with M8 bolts and paint marked all the nuts underneath my Jeep. I have had a lot of work done at other shops and this experience was by far the best I have had. I will be coming back here to get more work done in the future and refer all my jeep buddies to this shop. Thanks again Alec and Hernan!

These guys were awesome! My truck had recently been stolen and when we recovered it, thank goodness the wheels and tires were still on it. The unfortunate side was that the thieves had stolen my lock key for the lug nuts. I called them up and they were able to get a new key sent out to me so that I could do my post recovery checks and maintenance on my truck. Thanks 4WP Bakersfield!

I knew big picture how I wanted to build my 5th gen 4Runner, but I needed help with the details. My rep Alec helped me put together my dream rig. Alec advised and helped design the perfect setup for my budget. He went the extra mile listening to my plan and delivering more ideas of his own. I couldn t have done it without him. He treated me like his best customer even though I was far from his biggest customer.

I had 4 Wheel Parts install 4:88 gears and OX lockers front and rear on my old Jeep YJ.We original were going to install cable activated lockers but after looking at how it was going to have to be ran ,it just was too tight of a fit and just didn't look right. So we went with electric lockers which delayed the process slightly but Cody was extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done and that it looks and works great.I have gone to 33"s and with the 4:88 gears my speedometer is spot on accurate and I have much more power. I have used the lockers several times and they too have proven their worth.All of the staff at 4 Wheel parts were very helpful and professional. Any future upgrades for my Jeep will be handled by 4 wheel parts.Thank you

These guys are hands down THE BEST!!!! They are friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful when it came to my Rubicon 4xe and some concerns I had. They did a complete shake down and identified a couple of issues and they did it all for FREE!! In my opinion, they seem more knowledgeable and thorough than the dealerships service dept. Adrian and the rest of the team will continue to have my business!!! Thanks guys!! You are appreciated!!!

Bought wheels and tires from here and the staff was very knowledgeable. When setting appointment to get it installed had to reschedule twice due to them being understaffed. Would recommend being prepared to go somewhere else or waiting a few weeks to finally get in.

We walked in to price some items for our truck. Martin Tovar greeted us and was extremely helpful. We left the store after purchasing a new bumper set and steps for our truck.The items didn't take long to arrive, considering Covid slows delivery times.The crew installed the bumpers amd the step for us and we couldn't be happier.We will be coming back to do more business with 4 Wheel Parts.

I love the company! but the staff here is a knowledgeable they don't let you speak to the mechanics so there will be a miscommunication on the staff's part they are totally a knowledgeable on four-wheel drive trucks which you would think would be a requirement on getting a job but it's not double check their work! And the parts that you order make sure you keep your receipt to to hold them accountable for the mistakes they make which has happened more than once with me thanks to Brian
