Recently had my window replaced. Johnathan than quick to respond and was able to fit me in next day! Quality work, seamless and professional. Can't tell the windshield was replaced. Saved money by going through Xclusive rather than the competition (safelite)

I contacted them to have my windshield replaced. I was in contact with Jonathan the following day. He was quick in setting up my appointment and even had someone come to my workplace in riverside. Gilbert arrived and installed my windshield in less than 30 mins. I hurried back into work. Drove home 4 hours after installation and was hearing air coming in. I thought I was the blue tape. I waited for the next day to take the tape off. When I did I still would hear the wind to the point that i would hear it over my music playing. When I got to work today I decided to take a look at it and noticed that the glass was not installed properly and they scratched my car during the process. I have tried to reach both Gilbert and Jonathan and have been unsuccessful. I regret contacting them and paying $300.

Jonathan came by to me, fixed my rear windshield in under an hour. And was very professional! Would recommend to anyone out there needing a window replaced or fixed. Awesome work!

I want to give a big shout out to Jonathan for taking care of a chip on my windshield. He was professional and detailed with everything he was doing to fix the chip. Pricing was fair and I tipped 25%. Make sure you re tipping businesses that are mobile. Thank you so much Jonathan

Pricing is great compared to other auto glass repair businesses, but you definitely get what you pay for. The guy came to me and fixed my window, but lied about getting the glass out of my door. My new window was scraped by the glass that was left in my door! I called them back immediately once I realized my window wasn t even going up and down properly because they didn t fix it the right way. They said they would come the next day and fix their mistake. I was super nice and understanding that their generator wasn t working so the guy wasn t able to get all the broken glass out the first time. The next day they never showed up!! I called everyday and they kept forgetting to fix THEIR mistakes. It took 2 whole weeks to get someone to me to get the glass out! When you pay for a service you want the whole service done at once. This was super inconvenient for me and I try to be as understanding as possible, but they were ignoring my calls and ghosting me at the times when we planned to meet. Overall, not bad pricing, but they re unorganized and forgetful so just double check to make sure your window is fixed properly before they leave because it ll be a huge hassle to get them to come back.

Absolutely love xclusive auto glass! John came EARLY! and ready to handle business. 27 minutes later I had my rear windshield replaced and his professionalism and great attitude made me feel comfortable I had him at my home.We all know how sometimes online you get some shady characters who come to your house and you start to second think your decision, not this company.Will high recommend over anyone else,Thank you Xclusive! Jonathan (the owner) immediately returned my phone call because no one answered when I called. He said I could have my windshield replaced that afternoon and they would come to my house. Bonus, the price was great too after checking around. Just note that the windshield they are quoting you is not for the factory windshield for the car. That afternoon the windshield in my Toyota Highlander was fully replaced in about an hour. However, I drove my car a few hours after the installation and noticed a loud wind noise at the bottom of my windshield (it was not sealed properly). I was initially worried this wouldn't be fixed because the price was so great and it was so easy to schedule, a "too good to be true" type of situation. I called Jonathan and he had clear communication as to the problem and how he would fix it. In the end, there just needed another bead of sealer. He also said the windshield has a full warranty which helped ease my mind. Despite the initial setback, I would recommend this company due to prompt service, clear communication, and most of all a great value!Service: Auto windshield replacement

He was ready to get the job done , I was given a quote by another location they came out said my car had a window from a 2013 even tho my car is a 2014 . I could tell I didnt want them to help me any more call a few places then found Xclusive they sounded like they wanted my business gave me a price $75 less then the other spot. So I told him.what the other place said to save him some time ends up the other place just lied, so he had to drive out to LA which he did to pick up the right part he just took care of the job no excuses .. This company come highly recommended

Someone broke into my car last night, and i called this morning. I called Xclusive in the morning . Jonathan was very quick to come and fix it. Cleaned everything up made sure there was no glass. Now i just gotta get it tinted . But awesome job!!
