With traditional privately owned auto part stores becoming dinosaurs like things in the past, it is hard to find personalized service from a parts house that knows your vehicle and more importantly, KNOWS YOU.This is to inform you can still "have your cake and eat it too" here at the O'Reilly's Auto Parts in lovely Azusa.Beatrice, Kenny, Mariah, and Michael run a tight ship yet provide a service long been extinct in the auto parts industry.These people have been miracle workers helping me keep up my 88 Ford Thunderbird by providing hard to get original Motorcraft parts Ford "wrote off" from the stone age.The store is clean and well merchandised while the employees are friendly professionals that will provide the best available parts for your vehicle with many brands to choose from.Need to special order parts? These people will get it faster than a swooping tetradactyl and get you back on the bedrock before the competing parts houses eat you up like a T-Rex!O'Reilly Auto parts, where all cavemen (and cavewomen) get their auto parts!

Today I had to get a battery installed an hour before work because mine was nearly dead and I did not want to get stranded at my workplace at night or my college campus that is an hour away the next day. Kenny was so kind and helpful today and even though he was busy and the only person there at the time, he helped me install my battery. After dealing with a horrible auto shop that kept my car for 2 1/2 months then returned it with a dead battery, Kenny lifted my spirits and reminded me that there are kind people who are willing to help. Thank you Kenny! You made my day.

David is a GREAT employee man!! Assisted me in finding the right battery for my trucks configuration. I was struggling last minute to find a shop with the right size and replacement adapter pieces. Good folks! Great and exemplary customer service definitely go back. Definitely recommend eem

The Best personnel you'll ever find in an automotive parts store in So. Cal...Helpful, handy and happy to be of service are the members of the team here in Azusa! I have never been disappointed by this store! If they don't have the part I'm looking for on their shelf, they'll call around to other of their stores. And, if they don't carry that item at all, or have sold out temporarily, they'll order your part to be shipped in ASAP, or they'll call other resources, outside of their own franchise, and find your part through a local vendor that they normally deal with. They'll even have it delivered the same day, if possible, or go pick it up for you...That's what I call a store that really cares about our, the consumer's, needs 100%! I have to throw them out there because they do such a good job, I suggest proportions, or at least raises for: Kenny, David, Rene, Christa, Paul, Evelyn and Jonathon! "The Best!!!"

My wife breaks down with the kids on there way back to Phoenix. I drive to what I would pretty much call LA to them . All I can say is I'm so glad it happened to be less then I mile away from O'Reilly's. I must have gone back in to the store 6 or 7 times . So glad its easy to return the stuff you thought you needed till you finally figure out the real problem and get the stuff that is really needed

Well lighted. Good selection. Oil, battery, paint, electrical, maintenance, accessories related. Etc. They got it. Clean. Helpful frontliners. Lots of parking. Right beside 2 grocers so u can shop for food and parts in one go. Even close to pizza and coffee. Cant go wrong.

Henry He"s Is Very Professional and Friendly Has A Lot of Knowledge.He Is The Main Reason Me And My Family and Some friends Keep Coming Back to This O"Riley's Auto Parts Yes It Cost A Little More But Worth It.In My Opinion.

Was left on hold twice for over 6 minutes each time. Never got an answer!I run a Harley Davidson parts department and that would never happen at my store!

Took me over 45 minutes to return a handful of parts, and the money that was supposed to be credited to my account still hasn't shown up after 24 hours. You have lost my business for life.

Guy over the phone gave horrible service over the phone. waited in the phone for more than 8 min. Had to hang up, called back again and the same thing happened again picked up and never gave me the price again.

No one greets you. The cashier took 15 minutes to help someone check out and not once acknowledges me waiting to be helped. Try the Auto Zone first if you ask me.
