I hit a post while I was baking up and causing pretty big cracks on the rear right corner of my motorhome. Originally, I told Omar that I was thinking of just patching up and paid by myself.Omar suggested me that I should claim the insurance company to get it fixed. He had helped me to deal with all of the paperwork back and forth, negotiating the best deal for me. So, he changed the rear panel, signal lights, and even the ladder, repaint it. And let it store there for almost 4 months while I was traveling out of country without charging me any storage fee.It is shining and looks new. I am really happy and would like to recommend Lux Auto Body Shop for your next auto body repair. This is the best body shop I have ever experienced.Many, many thanks to Omar, his wife, and his team members.

I can't even begin to express how thankful I am for finding Omar and his shop! After my converted Ford Transit camper van was hit (with no note left) I searched for an autobody shop that could actually do the exterior work AND I could trust to professionally remove and reinstall the interior camper conversion during the repair. There were no shops near me in Northern California that did this kind of work or had the capacity to take on my van, so I searched in LA area and found Lux. The reviews absolutely were not lying about how great this shop is!I dropped the van off and before the work could even get started, I had to navigate a long drawn out and frustrating process with my insurance company who tried to fight me on the repair for almost 2 months. Without Omar's advice, consistent communication, patience and honest transparency with me, Geico would have likely gotten away with totaling my van and paying me pennies. With his direction I was able to get results and get the repair fully covered.Not only that, but once we finally got insurance to pay, he and his team got to work and did an impeccable job. He honestly did a better job on the interior rebuild than the original (which is a complex job with a custom van). The exterior was rebuilt to a level of excellence that shows he and his team take immense pride in their work - they went above and beyond to clean it up after the repairs and it even looks better than before it was hit.If you have a custom RV (or really any kind of vehicle) and ever have to deal with the unfortunate situation of needing an autobody shop, I cannot recommend Omar and Lux Auto Body enough.

Omar did an amazing job on the auto body repair work done on my car. There were too many scratch marks around bumper and a dent which he fixed and buffed out beautifully. He indicated he needed it for a few days but it was done a day earlier than expected . Thank you Omar! Will highly recommend Lux Auto Body to anyone.

Hubby and I purchased a vintage 1968 RV travel trailer a few weeks back. We knew the first thing we needed to check was the bearings and the bushings before we take her out. We called several places and settled on Lux. Omar and his team not only manage to get us a new parts, but also power washed everything underneath and do amazing work on our RV travel trailer. I feel so fortunate to have found this business. I will definitely be bringing her back for further maintenance in the Future. Top-notch care for our Lucy girl. During my evaluation, Omar and Karla gave me an honest response and assisted me thoroughly during the entire process of getting my car getting back into its original shape! I had scratches and some wear+tear on my car from an incident that happened over a year ago, which led to some issues lately. Omar made sure I received the help I needed from staying on top of the insurance to when I had to pick up my car! To my surprise, my prius is looking sleek, shiny, and brand new! Omar even had the stains taken out of my seats (which I thought would never come out!!) thank you so much, Omar and Karla. I came here to get my grill replaced on my Mercedes C300 . Omar was very professional and knowledgeable about my car. he made it a safe and easy experience. i definitely trust this shop and recommend lux auto I will definitely be coming back in the future !!!

I would like to thank luxautobody for taking care of me like I was family and not just some other customer walking through their doors! I came in with damage to my front and rear bumper ,broken fog light,broken intake resonator,curb rash to my front underbody spoilers, broken rear spoiler so I had lots of damage to be fixed . Let me tell you Omar went beyond my expectations and gave me back my car looking better than the day I drove it out the dealership. He's very passionate with his craft ,he treats your car like if he's working on his on .Omar also fixed parts on my car that my insurance wasn't going to cover just cause he wanted to give me my car back looking A1. Luxautobody is a mom and pop shop but in my opinion are better than most of these big body shops around the area . So if you want to feel like family and have your car looking A1 give Omar and Luxautobody a shot !! Here's some pictures so you can see my point!!!! I had an exceptional experience with Lux Auto Body. It was my first time dealing with a collision, and I was in search of an honest shop that could deliver exceptional work I found exactly that in Lux Auto Body. From the very first moment I reached out, they were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I comprehended the necessary steps and what they could do for me. Not only did they assist in arranging my rental car, but they also personally drove me to pick it up, showcasing the attention to detail and care they provide to their customers.The repair process took approximately two weeks, during which they showcased their expertise and dedication by meticulously fixing every detail of my car. Awesome body shop and car repair centerI brought in my car because the clear coat on the trunk and bumper was coming off and I wanted to get it fixed.Spoke with the friendly owner who gave me a reasonable quote on the service. It took about 5-7 days for turnaround time. The owner also added some extra services with no upcharge. That's attention to detail.Very satisfied with the service. Professional, Highly recommended.

Omar and his crew did an outstanding job on my car he was super cool and friendly he made me feel like he was a long time buddy of mine. The pride and care they gave me as a customer was outstanding. They earned those 5 stars most shops just do the bare minimum he went out of his way to make sure my car was going to come back to me in like new condition. I m very happy with the results on my neighbors car! Omar did a great job, he s a very nice guy and trustworthy. I m glad I chose this shop because they went beyond with their work I had an accident hitting my neighbors car no insurance involved I'm glad I took it to Omar's shop because I stopped at a few shops the prices were insane I need it fix quick other shops said ok they will work on the car one week 2 weeks most Omar fixed it like brand new in 3 days and my I'm really happy with his work and my neighbor was happy Omar's shop you could trust THANK YOU MUCH FOR YOUR WORK OMARService: Painting

Very good quality service. I came in today because my right fender headline was broken and needed a fix. Omar did a fantastic job and helped me out a lot. Instead of trying to get me to get my brackets replaced he simply drilled some needles to keep my bumper from sliding off to keep intact and that s all I needed. Would very much recommend Omar s shop. They will take care of you

This business is extremely reliable and honest. Hard to find these days. Friendly and professional service with fair rates. I HIGHLY recommend! I'm a very particular person so when I found a long scratch on the side of my new car I didn't know what to do or where to go to get the damage repaired.Taking my car to Lux Auto Body Shop was the best and right decision. I've been here today to pick up my car. They fixed the front bumper of my Kia Rio which was barely hanging, and some dents and scratches on the left side.They've done an excellent and timely job for a reasonable price. And Omar, the owner, is a very accesible and friendly guy, which for me counts a lot.Highly recommended.

Earlier if Februray I had the chance of Omar after I had damaged my front bumper. Omar walked me all around all of the damage and helped show me even the smaller details that I had completely missed (without making me feel like I didn't know anything about cars). Omar was very polite, cool, and knowledgable. He handled everything beginning to end with insurace, ording parts, and labor without any hassles. Even my insurance claim inspector told me how cool was haha.Omar went over and beyond to fix everything wrong with my car and was even partnered enough to get parts fast despite there being a shortage every where. I missed my car so much during the week and half it was undrivable and Omar made her look brand new with a fresh blend of paint. He even brought back all the little sparkles and got rid of the micro scratches from automatic car washed. Even more so the shop clean out the crazy amount of dog hair that I had on my seats and made it smell great again.I 100% recommend Lux Auto Body Shop for all car body needs and they even have a little pet dog that keeps Omar in check and on time.

Omar and his team really took care of my in a crisis! The front of my car fell off during an accident and Omar was able to get me a tow, fix up my whole car, and hook me up with a great rental all in no time! He s one of the nicest and most honest people out there and will really take care of you and treat you like family! He even got insurance to handle most of it, and took care of some extra damages just because he wanted to be extra helpful in my time of need. I ve been here a few times already and they do amazing work! First brought my car for a full paint job and body work and it s the clean car on the streets. Nicer than the new cars in the lot. Get compliments all the time and my car is car show ready. All my friends and family come here and compete in car shows and I highly recommend them. During a time of chaos when my 2 month old tesla was hit, paint scraped off, and when I needed an absolute miracle- I found Lux Auto body shop. within what felt like minutes, my car was rebuffed. i was expecting upwards of 2-3K loss, but he worked magic in minutes, applying a quick solution to dissolve the paint markings, and with finite detail, he was able to rebuff and shine the car; it looked brand new. truly the package deal; it was close to 8 pm on a business day, it was a stellar turnaround for what the repair would have cost me anywhere else. I am beyond satisfied with the results Omar was able to provide with such a short notice for my tesla model 3. Omar was kind, considerate, and one of the most selfless individuals I have ever met, let alone done business with. It was a 10/10 experience. His unparalleled craftmanship, mannerism, dedication to his clients + their auto needs is consistent; effective and time efficiently took care of the car as a whole. He does his assessment unbiased, he guides you through the repair process, and the solution will leave you beyond satisfied. His prices are unmatched. After years of experience in a cunning auto industry, I feel that today's experience with Lux was really the best I could ask for.
