Writing this review and hoping it is read by Luis and Sons ASAP so they remember me.With that being said, I CANNOT recommend Luis and Sons enough for the tremendous work and customer service they provided me. I needed a few things done on my Mazda and once I got that scheduled with them, the moment I got there I knew I was in good hands. Prices are suuuuuper fair and you don t feel like they are trying to take advantage of you. They work efficiently and keep in constant contact.The biggest reason for the 5 stars is because a couple of days after having my vehicle worked on, I noticed a small leak in my driveway pertaining to the work that was done. I called them up and they told me to come back no problem (coming from the I.E. btw). Luis took another look and theorized and explained to me what he believed happened resulting in the leak. Despite having to leave my car overnight because the part would arrive the next morning, I still had full trust in Luis and the rest of his team. In addition, he did not even charge me for this next repair that needed to be done and told me not to worry about it at all.I picked up my car the next day and was greeted by them once again. They wished me well on my upcoming travels and said the car was good to go.From the front office to the guys in the garage, they truly are efficient and care about providing the best service. My brother was impressed with what I relayed to him he cancelled his upcoming services he needed for his vehicle at the dealership and at my recommendation had Luis and Sons perform them.Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. You have a customer for life (even with the drive from the I.E.), along with the rest of my family, and I cannot wait to recommend you guys to everyone I know!!

So I ve been coming here for about 4 years now, unfortunately I moved a bit further away recently but there s no other place I d take my Lexus so I got up really early and brought it here today! The customer service is amazing, you will get treated like their favorite customer every single time. Joey is the man , so knowledgeable and friendly , but don t get me wrong the rest of the crew are top professionals as well. It doesn t matter how far I move I will continue to bring my business here ! Thank you everyone for being so amazing!

Luis and family are Expert, Honest hardworking family.They charge what is justified and reasonable.They do their job excellent.I have referred them to my whole family and friends.This is least that I can do for them.

Been going to Luis since his Son's were babies. Not as cheap as some hole in the wall place, yet not as expensive as dealer. If you want dealership quality work, Luis is your man. If you need a lot of work but funds are tight, he'll say, " ok, my friend, let's do this first because you really need this, and come back for this." 100% honest and family owned. LOVE THIS GUY!

My first experience was great. They took 15 minutes to service my car. I went in for an oil change. The workers were very friendly and they are also family oriented. They certainly went above and beyond for the first time customer that I am. I would definitely recommend this location for any service. I will be returning and look forward to it.Service: Oil change

Everyone says thier mechanic is the best, well I can honestly tell you that this shop IS THE best.Louis/Rafa/Sons are all skilled and knowledgeable. I've had complete engine replacements done as well as them replacing bulbs, they do it all!Luis likes to use only original equipment from the factory so it may cost a little more but the quality is beyond compare. Wanna save a little? They will he happy to put in non factory parts and will still back thier workmanship no matter what.I myself like to use original parts, most car people do. So I don't mind the cost.Come in and give them a try worst that can happen is you get your car fixed!

Luis & Sons Automotive is a family owned business who went above and beyond to help me with my car when the engine light went on and the code was showing I needed to replace my catalyic converter, after looking at my car Luis saw one of my sensors was bad so they replaced it and did a cleaning on the system and the light went off. The whole family is really nice and I have been going to them for over a year now for my oil changes. I highly recommend them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This is my mechanic one stop shop, I only heard of this place by word of mouth. Since then, I take what ever Japanese car I have owned, he does service certain vehicles, not all but if you take your car and need some info or advice they will help you out. I wouldn't change to another shop. But now I own an Audi and it might be difficult for him to do certain jobs.
