Inside Hansons is Ernie's auto parts they have the best prices in town and when you are waiting till the next day or later that day if you ordered your parts early enough for your parts to show up at where ever you purchased them from this is where they come from 9 times out of ten so cut out the middle man save some time and money and just purchase directly at Ernie's auto parts in Azusa

Terrible don't waste your time here they are going out of business just go to Parts Authority or Advanced instead.

Oh my Car Gods.. What can I say Bye Bye to retail over Bloated prices. Now I can that extra part that will save me hours of work for a DYS'er. When you look them up Its Ernie's auto in Azuza. Try them!!!

always easy in and out. knowledgeable staff prefer to big name stores. These guys have no problem researching odd parts.

Ordered Denso wipers from Amazon that came from this address. I got the wrong size and type of Denso wiper. Would never fit on my Lexus. Very frustrating, please be more accurate with your orders, I realize mistakes happen. I like Denso wipers, but would have been easier to buy at Walmart.

They don't respect customers or they don't know what ther are selling. My experience with them is I will not ever deal with them again. I'm dealing on line for the past 10 years I never had a worse experience.If you guys want to order parts, go somwhere else deal with a company that don't change the specs of there website to suite theme.

Don't believed this people. They have a writing policy of returns but don't redeem it. Worse $300 waste on a part. I gave 1 start because it didn't allowed me leave it empty. Go some where else. Don't wasted your money they don't allowed you return the part and get your money back even if you paid the 15% of handling for the part.NOT SATISFIED!!!

This place is massive! They always have the parts you need and in multiple Brand's allowing you quality and affordability, the accumulated years of experience in the personnel is high Eric is my go to Guy he is always giving incredible insight into what is the best brand for the car you're working on because in some cases it can be a lifesaver and customer satisfaction issue as some parts must be like kind and quality and the cheapest isn't always the best, I had been using Ernie's for over 30 year's then Hanson's took over and the quality has remained the same AWESOME! THANKS ERIC!!!!! Sherm's Auto.......

They do not treat the employees with respect. Complaints are not addressed and they have their employees working in the wearhouse with no A/C or cold water. Everyone deserves the right to feel happy to go to work.

Inspect your product or product's very carefully it's not just holes or open boxes you should be worried about also make sure you wash your hand's properly after receiving your product.

I enjoy coming in to Hanson everyday, being able to understand car parts and where they come from is neat and helps me learn what i may want in yhe future for myself.

They warranty policy sucks, I bought a steering gearbox and it fail under 1000 miles in it wasted my money and time..
