Traveling from Texas to California and got a flat. Grateful for Costco Tire Center at the next exit. They helped us out and we were able to buy a new tire. They told us they'd have it ready in about 2hrs but they had it done in 1hr. Good place to go for tire help.

The staff here are willing to help no doubt. However they have way less people for the work. I literally stand in line for 45mins. Many of customers come in without appointment and just take so freaking much time. It's highly recommended that people do some research on your own cars before you come in knowing nothing! And waste everyone elses' time.

I have never seen Costco so packed! Parked and managed to get in and out in 20 minutes!

Came for tire rotation and wheel balancing and to buy wiper blades.I'm so happy that I met Mr.Mercado -sales person.He was very friendly( In fact he holded umbrella for me as well when I was asking about the office related questions while raining) and polite and answered all my wiper related questions and helped me to find passenger blade as well. He also informed me that from where I have to get the 15% discount for the current purchase.I will definitely come back again for other parts/services repair.I highly recommend it for others too!!

I went to Costco to buy new tires. It was a special order, person was very helpful. I received a call after tires arrived. I took my car in for installation. Everything is fine except they didn't call me after the car was ready. I just walked in to pick it up after about 4 hrs. I noticed they were busy. I highly recommend it. I'll go back again.

Costco usually has good customer service. Inside sales are very helpful but mechanics in the back are careless I was told car would be ready 2 1/2 hours and they actually didn't start on my car until 3 hours after I left it and they only took an 1 hr on it quick work but didn't start on it until I asked about it.

Worst experience in Costco. The tire center works like DMV now. Hours and hours wait. I was told that they don t take appointments anymore over the phone but I still saw two ppl walked in with their appointments.

On my way to SoCal from the Bay Area, I hit a flat on I5. I was super fortunate to have a spare tire that I was able to change out, but was worried about driving back to the bay on that spare. Good thing I had purchased my tires at Costco. Because even though I bought them here in San Jose, this Costco in the 626 was able to help me with my warranty and everything and got it changed out for me.. hassle free! The guys here were super friendly and fast on assisting me to take care of things, especially since I was in a hurry (since I was only going to be in SoCal for a few days). I am extremely happy and grateful to these guys for helping me.

Tire totally deflated one day after new tire installation. Frustrating indeed.Update: Waited all day yesterday to let them fix their mistake. The same tire is flat again this morning! Nice job, Costco!

I went to the tire center today to replace my battery. The woman cashier that helped me was very nice and I didn't have to wait long. Great part about it was I was within the 2 year warranty so I didn't have to pay a dime!

Excellent service. Very informative. Had time to enjoy pizza and ice cream while waiting. 2 hr wait really only 1 hour. Happy with the service.

I got a new battery here for my car. The stuff is helpful but I have to line twice and most of the time no one is there to serve us. They are so slow and I just didn't got why returning an old battery takes them so long to finish.

Charging 19.99 installation per tire now...tire prices not competitive when buying less than 4!!! Full price! Wow! Been a member for 25 yrs. One of the perks was not being charged for labor. Covid inflation i guess.Costco isn't suffering from making money during the pandemic either.

Great customer service. Manager was great and very understanding and sympathetic with my families situation. The employees were all friendly and made the hassle of tire repair much more pleasant than expected. I highly recommend coming here for any tire needs.

Best Costco to go is Costco in LA HABRA for Tires replacement!!! We got a fantastic deal had 4 tires install within 30 minutes without an appointment! LA HABRA Provides Superior Customer Services.Azusa Mechanics are all lazy too busy smoking cigarettes while on the job while being on the cell phone. Asked how long it will be to install my tires lazy man said 3 to 4 hours because Im busy on the cell phone smoking!!! Got in my car drove straight to LA HABRA Costco purchased best discounted tires and only waited 30 Minutes!!! Best La Habra service!!

They could use a dedicated lobby person. Each time I've been here, there's a long line and the attendant is grumpy because they've been "stuck out here" all day. Only come back because its Costco.

The center was clean and the employees where very helpful.I got a flat on my left back tire and came here to repair it. They can only repair the tire if you have a Costco membership.

The line was long but only two registers. Selling tires seems to take much longer than a basket of groceries. Finally a register opened for batteries. Still took over 30 minutes

Costco tire employees we're very helpful. I purchased tires elsewhere due to high prices at Costco. Shop around before you buy at Costco. I did and saved a lot of money!

Workers are friendly and skilled. But service is extremely slow at between 2-3 hours. Definitely get an appointment before coming to this location.

They need to hired more personnel.The wait for it is too long. I just had one question and I was In line for 1 hour.Thet need to be more efficient.

I did a walk in and walked in just before it got busy. Last time I was here for over 2 hours to get my tire patched. This time it was a little over an hour.

I recommend this place for tires The Guys there dont mess around they get the job done Quick and very Professional that's what I liked compared too other tire shops I wanna thank the guys there for getting my car done ASAP Thank you Guys.

Thanks to costco online tire center being down, I couldn't place an order and my not-so-internet-savvy mom brought my car somewhere else (her "regular tire center") and bought a set of tires for $100 more expensive.

Great prices but slow service, 2-3 hours. They say appointments available. I would take advantage of that.
