this body shop provided impeccable service for my 2019 Mercedes. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN!!!!! If you love your car PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS BODY SHOP. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Long story short , my car was hit and run and insurance paid out 30k+ in damages. I left my brand new (3 month old) m4 competition with this body shop. It was there for about 3 months and to my surprise when I came in to "pick up my car" I had noticed a ton of new damage AND on top of that the paint job was horrible!!!!! Complete nightmare. The paint where the car had been fixed wasn't even shiny anymore , it was now matte. The paint job was over sprayed everywhere! (tail lights , hood of my car etc.) So to my surprise I wasn't picking up my car after 3 months. I had no other choice but to leave it there again for another few weeks so they could "fix it" AGAIN. The owner was very apologetic at the time and told me they would fix everything. I had also pointed out to him that there was new damage to my car that wasn't there before I dropped it off. Someone decided to joy ride my car to 0 miles in the gas tank and crash the front bumper. I STILL PAID MY $2,000 DEDUCTIBLE. SUCH A SAD DAY. MY CAR HAS NEVER BEEN THE SAME AND I AM STILL VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WORK!!!!! ! DO. NOT. TAKE. ANY. CAR. TO. THIS. BODY. SHOP!!!!
