Great mechanics, Mr. Hong and Dan. Service and prices are great. They are honest and reliable. Highly recommend on this shop. If you are in waiting room, there's a water dispenser. For me, the water is better than the water bottle

They did a great job doing a thorough check of my car. Then call me letting me know the cost, which i authorized them to work on. Will come back again for future auto issues and concerns. :)

Terrible service. I first came on a Saturday morning and they asked me to come back Monday morning because they were busy. I dropped off my car first thing Monday morning and they told me they would check it out and let me know in a few hours. I don't get any call so I arrive right before closing only to find they never did anything and my car was still in the same place I had left it in the morning. He quickly checks it in front of me and says they cannot help me with my car troubles. Absolute waste of time, and I would Not recommend them to anyone.

I came here for an engine oil and transmission fluid change. The guy didn t even know what my car was, it s a Scion FR-S. They were fast about getting the job done but with some corners cut. When I told him he should replace the crush gasket on my differential he instead used silicone to seal it and promised no leaks.

Very affordable, if need be he'll give you options. Quality workmanship and work completed when promised. I've been back to Best Auto for repairs several times and I live in Rancho Cucamonga.

I've been coming here for years and won't take my 91' Honda Accord anywhere else. Prices are reasonable and the work is excellent, never had a bad experience.
