Just wanted to shout out Daniel. He took the initiative to help me. Daniel was genuine patient and thorough. He helped me figure out what the issue was with my battery that I purchased which there wasn't any I just didn't properly install it.I'm not a cars guy and I drive an older car so I had a lot of questions and he answered them pretty well.I appreciate his time and customer service so it was only right that I do this review. Hopefully this reaches whomever because good people who work with a since of integrity should be acknowledged.Daniels the type you can entrust to run you out business because he understands the priority....Customers ! which drives loyalty = $$$. Continue to do the right thing bro your help, time and politeness was impactful....I wish I could say the say for some of his colleagues.Word of advice to the team... put yourself in other people's shoes there maybe a subject area you are not educated (like home loans or real estate) in where you would want someone to be polite patient, thorough and for it to feel genuine with good energy.

The employees there were so nice and we got in and out with no problems I recommend this AutoZone above any other AutoZone they are kind and welcoming and they have a sense of humor that's a big plus

Stopped by after getting my car jumped started from triple AAA and Emmanuel had great customer service. Very patient and helpful. Staff always has a good attitude the times I have stopped by. Glad to have a auto center like this in town.

All the employees are fantastic. They're all about getting you on your way with exactly what you need. If they don't have it they'll find someone who does. Great staff.Oh yeah Stephanie was awesome. No nonsense straight to the point. She was well awesome.

In the post covid era being a consumer and walking into a average Auto parts supplier is different . The number one reason is everyone does it online now. It was nice to know that I could walk in as a disabled senior citizen find easy parking and walk in to the auto parts center. There I found patient human beings that I can ask questions, the biggest thing is to take their suggestions great stuff great service.

The best service from the staff working here. I rather drive to the store than my local one. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Stephanie was super helpful with a warranty exchange for some brakes that came off my silverado. Please forward my compliments!.

Usually only need a small part or two for basics maintenance for my two cars. Always have what I need and always someone here to answer my questions. Staff is fairly young, but knowledgeable and friendly. Can t ask for much more.

Update as of 11/3/18. Gary, the store manager reached out to us. He addressed the issue and gave us our product with a refund included. Thank you for stepping up to the plate, this means a lot!!!Received the worst customer service ever! We have been customers of auto zone for years!! Was standing there for almost 20 minutes with out an acknowledgment just to find out my part that I ordered was lost. I will be calling corporate in relation to Jeffrey C. and Antonio S. handling of the situation. Instead of apologizing they make the situation worse by filming me with their phone. Oh, I will be calling corporate!!! The ladies that work there are FAR more professional than these clowns.

Went to get a tail light. New, clean and spacey place. Hardly anyone there when I went so I was in and out. Person over the counter was nice. Rang my order, offered some additional items I may have needed, and I was out.

My sister-in-law went to check her battery, and they told her she needed a new one, but they didn't want to install for her, but they were putting it on the car for a pretty gril that's discrimination or something like that that's not right she call me and I had to go over there and did it for her

I like auto zone but depends the location some ones have no idea how works the customer service even sometimes the person in charge like happen to me last Saturday when I visit the one in citrus and arrow highway the guy in charge not only give wrong information he did it on a no nice way.

Excellent service - hard work on a very hot day to replace the battery in my GMC Yukon. Lots of braces and parts to remove to get at the battery. Professionally done. Very satisfied.

Quite simply, I needed a new relay. They searched and searched and searched until they found the right one - and then changed the battery in my key fob for me (I can't seen to open that fob myself for some reason). They went above and beyond in searching their stock for that relay, and saved me a lot of money and headache because I didn't have to go to the dealer for it. Thank you.

I was driving from Oregon to Arizona when I got stuck, needing a part for my Subaru. I called every dealer from Monrovia to Palm Springs and no one had it. AutoZone had one left. Not only that, but Bethany reached out to her mechanic, on a Saturday afternoon, asked him to stay to get the part put on for me so I could get to my daughter in Phoenix on time. THAT is customer service! Thank you, Bethany!

Stopped in for a pair of windshield wipers and the eager employee didn't let me look at all of the inventory withjout me asking him to poli sly mov e to the side. The cheaper version of what he was upselling me was behind him. I stuck with his recommendation, but come on bro....you can't be rude while trying to be helpful.

Very satisfied in and out transaction (special order) 20 mns most (my card was not taking) mgr was very attentive knowledgeable and courteous Not like at your competitors store (closer to my house) Walked in and pprox 40 mns walked out no samp no knowledge no order Your place 1 blk from grandson Will return even if futher out with or with out grandson

They got what you need but not all reps know about error codes if you borrow the OB2 scanner but they'll print it for you

I different store was out of stock on what I needed for my truck. They called this store and located the part and said I could pay here and pick it up over there. when I got here all they needed was my receipt and handed the part over. I was in and out in a minute or so.

I don't rate stores but I've been in several Autozones and received ok treatment before. This store was especially clean and the sales associate Richard was very helpful. High marks on customer service.

Easy and fast service. I was able to change my old battery for a new one n take the old one for refund of 18 bucks.I did the job myself though
