Amazing service, great work, super reasonable prices, so friendly and helpful and fast! I was having a hard time w another nearby glass shop - they were going to way overcharge (quoted $100 to seal a chip), were unresponsive, very difficult to work with Out of frustration, I called Turttle s to compare who said - sure, bring it in now! And their price was 60% less than the other place ($40). And then when I came in, they said call your insurance, chip seals are usually covered - and they were right! So I didn t have to pay a dime. Meanwhile, in the time it took to call my insurance, they had already done the work. It was like night and day with them vs the other guys, I m SO glad I called them! Thank you for such a fabulous experience! I will be taking all my auto glass business here from now on!!

Called turtles glass about a windsheild for a old Toyota he had an amazing price for the glass that beat out every other competitor in the Sacramento region, the service they performed on my vehicle was top notch this isn t my first time having to buy glass and they made it a pleasure to spend my money with them. The guys taught me how to properly install a windsheild too.Best in service and class hands down this is the shop to get your glass don t even bother going anywhere else. Will come here to purchase auto glass till they close down.Quick clean and affordable! Thanks guys!

My husband and I had a great experience. They were very accommodating and waited after hours for my husband and the tow truck. The customer service was on point! We always rather use local family businesses instead of Corp. that don't care if you get to work the next day. I definitely recommend Turttles auto glass.

Great people, fast service, good price, and they know what they're doing!Also, as a mom, it was much appreciated that they had a kid-friendly waiting room. I had planned to take them across the street to Dollar Tree while we waited, but my daughter wanted to stay and color instead, so we did! Definitely made it a more positive experience.

I asked Auburn Dodge/Jeep who takes care of their windshield glass and Turttles was #1 on their list. They are professional, clean and fast. I've had a windshield replaced and side glass done also. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also my insurance carrier recommended them too.. 5 stars!

Krista at Turttles was really great to work with. She kept me informed about when my Ford Bronco windshield would come in since it had to be ordered through Ford. We had our windows smashed in and had a 10 hour drive ahead of us in two days. They were the only ones who could do the replacements in one day. They were very professional and kind. The owners at Turttle's were able to fit me into their schedule and replace my window same day, which was very much appreciated as I was traveling.They did a very professional job and made sure that everything was done correctly. These guys are awesome to work with.Yes of course they accept insurance claims.I always try to support local family owned/operated businesses like this, and they make it easy to return to them again,and again.....not that I need any more windshield damage, but I'm glad to know they got my back, and have always got me fixed up in short order.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

Jeff was awesome. Pulled in right before closing on a Friday with a chip in my windshield. Jeff had it done in @ 10 minutes and it came out great. Coolest part of doing business with Turttles was the card machine was already closed out and I had no cash. Jeff told me not to sweat it catch up with him after the weekend sometime. I never met the man before but He will definitely get my business again should I need any type of glass work. Thanks again Turttles. Solid People

Everyone was really friendly and professional through the whole process, they managed to get me in the next day after I called for a quote, handled all the work in just over an hour, made everything super easy, and charged less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. I can't recommend them enough if you need any glass work done on your vehicle.Service: Auto side window replacement

Amazing service. After being sent around in circles by my insurance I said screw is and went to turttles. My main concern was spreading. The patch job did exactly what I wanted it to when it comes to preventing spread. I will for sure go back to have my windshield replaced when it needs it. As well already had another vehicles windshield replaced here and it has been great. No leaks and looks great. Here is a before and after. This crack was terrible and a hard one to work with but he gave it a shot anyways.Service: Auto windshield repair

This review has nothing to do with glass service. This has to do with integrity. Yesterday while out shopping by herself my wife tripped and fell and sustained a nasty cut on her forehead (6 stitches at the ER). Two employees of Turtles helped my wife up, called me at home, helped her to her car, and stayed with her for the 15/20 minutes that it took me to get there. Wonderful people. We need more good samaritan like that !

Great Shop. The staff was super friendly and nice. Had a window regulator assembly go out at 11 pm on Thursday night, causing my window to be recessed into the down position and not movable. Had to tape a plastic bag over the open window through the night and hope for noone to break into my vehicle and hope no bugs or critters would find a new home. On top of that I couldn't wait several days because I had work coming up for the next 48 hrs and then a week long trip scheduled right after getting off. Turttles was able to squeeze me in and saved the day. They did quality work and have a great shop. They have some pretty sweet pictures too from when they used to build motorcycles. I would definitely go back when I need window work and I would highly recommend them to friends, family, and everyone reading this.

Unfortunately I had a rock fly up and chip/crack in my windshield. I filed a claim with my insurance immediately and was hoping to get my car fixed same day. They contacted a few places that could not get me in for two weeks. They contacted Turtles auto glass and had me talk with them. They got me in within the hour. Zach was the young man who repaired my windshield. I can t say enough good things about him. He was very professional and got the job done quickly and the quality of work is amazing. Thank you so much Turtle (yes that is his name) and Zach for getting me in immediately. It took some stress off of my already stressful day!

After someone felt the need to brake into my truck via Passenger Window, I was in need of a window replacement ASAP. I spent some time calling around Auburn to find an affordable company that could get it done fast. Thankfully Turtle's Auto Glass there for me with amazing customer service and they were able to fit me in immediately. The gentleman who installed my window did quality work and got it done in less that 30 minutes! They gave me a great deal, best price in town. HUGE thanks to Turtle's Auto Glass!! Customer for LIFE.

A great family run operation. Didn't have and couldn't get through their suppliers the front glass for my classic car, but were very helpful in providing possible sources for me to check. They will install the glass for a reasonable price if/when I can locate it.

Windshield replaced at my home. Service was alright at first. A crack began coming out of the window frame. I called and he scheduled an appointment to come look at the crack. I texted him pictures and he was quick to claim it was a rock. The crack originated from the frame of the windshield. He did not show up to the appointment he scheduled and did not reply to follow up texts. If there was no issue with the windshield this would have been a fine review. Ghosting your customers is a terrible way to do business. If you're considering this place for auto glass, use caution.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Summary (changed brand of glass to lower grade without asking, windshield installed has a defect, door jams or foot sills left dirty, driver side pillar not put back together properly, and large bead of silicone oozed out by the vin plate.) see pictures.Turtle seems to be a nice guy, was good on the phone and in person.Price was the best I could find being that my windshield has lane departure and it needed to replaced and re calibration done.I asked on the phone what brand glass he would use and he said the brand I was looking for. So I booked the appointment.Job was done on time, and so I came to pick up the car.Upon picking up the car with the new windshield installed I noticed a different brand glass, lower quality as far as what people say on the internet anyway.I asked him why that second grade glass is installed and he said the one I wanted was out of stock so he got the next best glass available. I did not like this but it was already installed... He also said " to be honest, they are all the same quality and thickness. So I went with it.Then when I pulled off the tape I noticed A defect in the glass. I think the tape over it was just coincidence, I don't think it was meant to cover it. I asked him to come out and look at the defect. He said "well if it spreads or gets any bigger I'll replace it." I asked how long and he said one year. That didn't sound that great to me but I went along with it being that it was already installed and I came from out of town with a family member to pick up the car.Once I got home I noticed the dirty door sills. A wipe down would have been nice as I had just detailed inside.Then I noticed the driver side pillar, which was not properly put back together. I popped the cover off and put it back the right way.Then today I checked my dash vin plate for something and noticed the large bead of silicon.Overall, this could have gone so much better. I ended up with the cheaper glass brand that I didn't want, and a windshield with a defect...Not really happy about this. But I'm a reasonable person and didn't want to make a huge deal of it.Make sure it's the same glass brand you ordered and look for defects etc...Turtle, I appreciate you doing the job, but wish you would have called when the brand of glass I wanted wasn't available...

Need 2 chips fixed on my windshield.Took me in as a walk in and had me out done and fixed in 20 minutes for 55.00.Great people and service if I could give 10 stars I would. Need a windshield fixed or replaced this is the place. Safelite wanted 160.00 and a 3 day wait to get it fixed.

I highly recommend this place. They were able to find the glass to repair my rear passenger window, which was out of stock and no one else was able to find.They were very nice and went above and beyond. The work was done in a very timely manner, and yet they were very thorough. Thank Turttles Auto Glass!
