First time customer here at Auburn Toyota Service. Service advisor Andrew Gibbs greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and walked me through the services my vehicle needed. He is professional & knowledgeable. My car was done when promised and the waiting room was comfortable. Location is convenient. So far I'm happy with the work performed and plan on being a return customer here. Thank you Andrew & the Toyota service crew!

We drove 3 hours to get this birthday girl her first brand new car. Adrienne and Sean were great. He worked with us on the warranty so we could afford the best one. We will always come back here for car shopping. Thank you guys so much best car buying experience ever!!!

Customer service was great, but with an appointment it still took one and half hours for simple tire & brake check, add fluids and tire rotation .

Even though I requested special oil days ago....they did not have it! They need to tighten up the crew. However they did get the oil for my Lexus. All in all great service.

Misdiagnosed the non-starting issue, sold me an overpriced battery I likely didn't need. Issue reoccurred 6 days later.
