These guys are amazing. We got a flat in Truckee, drove back on a spare around 5pm, these guys were open, rated well and just off the 80. We pull in and one of the guys tells us it'll take 5 minutes (yah right, I thought). A crew comes out, one guy patches the flat tire, another guy inflates it, and a third guy jacks the car and removes the spare. All in all, it took less than 5 minutes to get everything done. Mind blown. Thanks Tire Depot for the amazing service!

Got tires mounted on some very expensive wheels that had just been freshly restored (cst precidio demon camber if you want to look into the price) and this shop had no respect when it came to handling the wheels. I got the wheels back absolutely tattered with new marks and even BENDS. This only happens when a tire machine is used IMPROPERLY. I didn t notice till I got home. I went back right after and demanded they make this right. The guy told me there is no way their machine can cause that damage. After some back and forth talk he finally agreed that some of the marks may have been from the machine but still insisted the bends were impossible. I know the a FACT that there were ZERO bends in these wheels previous to them working on them. The final resolution was a refund and $40 for the damage. I wasn t supposed to get $40 either. The main guy in charge was saying he will only give me $20 but the guy that was helping me ended up giving me $40. Overall terrible experience. Awesome service! These guys are the best. They didn't have a used tire in my size which doesn't surprise me, nobody ever does but the new tire price was cheaper than other places. Plus my lug nuts were old and they replaced them. Their prices on rims are great too. I have a habit of hitting potholes and cracking my rims. I usually pay anywhere between $200 to $250 to have the cracks welded when I could have bought brand new rims from these guys for $200 a piece and not have to constantly weld my old ones.

They open at 11:30 on Sundays now. Four employees working at noon on a Sunday in February. No lifts; only jacks. They can service 3 cars at a time. They stocked two options for my 2015 Prius.

I have used these guys since 2016, extremely helpful and friendly with affordable options for used tires. Today my GF had a flat and wanted to buy a replacement tire for the Honda! Upon arrival I was greeted and shown my available options. Within 35 minutes we were on the road for under $50.00 all inclusive. Highly Recommended and just a great group of guys!!

Fast and friendly service with honest advice. I was in and out in 20 minutes after they took out a nail, fixed it, and double checked for leaks. Did a quick inspection of all my tires too. Reasonable cost,, actually it was cheap in my opinion, and all of these men each greeted me with a friendly hello. . Nice business and I do recommend them. Great location too. I was prepared to go to BoBo cafe while waiting, but they were taking care of me so fast, there was no wait.

The service is excellent. Always fast friendly and great prices. Also they have fixed numerous flat tires for my family over the years. We have never been turned away always available for service. Highly recommend!

This is the best tire shop IN THE WORLD. I came limping in on an improperly installed spare, and asked for help and if I could pay any of them to drive me to my meeting 10mins away that started in 20mins (ubers were all too far). I needed 2 new tires on my prius because I d absolutely shredded one (and its 2wd) and they said they couldn t drive me but I could use one of their personal cars. I declined and they said they d do the job in 15mins or less. They were on my prius like a pit crew and I paid $190 total for 2 new tires and was on my way (and only a minute late to my meeting). Stellar people, stellar service, good tire selection, and so so fast. Go here.

I went here for the affordability. Though, 3 months after going here I had another mechanic say that my rotors had not been replaced and needed to get done. Mind you, I came to Tire Depot 3 months ago, for rotor replacement. I personally would not go here. Lesson learned. They will not give me a refund.Replying to the owner: YES actually. I trusted your work and service parts, but I made a big mistake. Your affordable because the parts that you use are CHEAP. I have been told this by more than one mechanic. You will never see my presence at your company and I am here to warn other people before your company takes advantage. 3 months of rotors going bad? Hmm, sounds fishy to me. I will be working with my bank to get my money back! Thank you :)Service: Brakes

These guys are top notch,this was my first time here,but certainly not my last. I was greeted with big smiles,they showed me what they had,made an appointment for 4 that afternoon. Came back at 4,was on the road by 4:35. Absolutely the fastest I've ever seen 4 tires put on a truck,and they ride like a dream,and they beat every other shop in town on the price. I realized while I was in Auburn that my tires were down to threads on 2 of them! They were the only shop open til 6 thank God. I got there about 440 and was out of there by 530! They were super helpful, friendly and affordable! I hadn't ever been there before but definitely will be back! They saved the day for me

Very sketchy business practices. And they tend to argue with people leaving bad reviews. Something doesn't add up. Make sure you WATCH them do the work you're paying for.

Nice people. Did tire rotation on my 1999 Jeep Wrangler efficiently, and even double checked at no charge a couple of wheels after there was a squeaking sound when I drove it.I bought a great set of all-season, all terrain tires from them a couple years ago and they're like new after moderate to heavy use. These guys saved our trip and our day!We had a flat tire and lost the lock nut.They had the tire in stock and the right tools to remove the lock nut.Took 30 minutes for the whole thing and the staff had all the expertise.Shoutout to Shan

Tire's, they're great. Brake's not so much. Go to regular shop for brakes or do them yourself. My brake bolts were over torqued and almost stripped (didn't know it was possible and they did all 4 prior to this too) so I'll be doing my own again, from now on. Check certifications on the wall before having brake work done here. Tire shop is awesome, but brakes go elsewhere, where labor is reasonable also.$30 brakes, $130 for 15 minutes of labor. Not funny!Previous owner was outstanding. Don't know happened after he left. Not the same people unfortunately.

Ok so there web site and the actual business open time says 9 am but its actually 9:30 which was frustrating because I had a flat and was towed and left there over night. But there customer service made up for it that didn't mess around they showed up at 9:30 with like 6 people now waiting and they had me and evry one else in and out and cheap tires so all in all Happy!
