Awesome work; kind family, supportive to my needs & times (my folks are 97 & 96 years old).Jennete and Betty are compassionate & effective. They help me to navigate /ensure safety of what's needed but are clear as to why I don't need things ( they know we need to be frugal and stick to what's truly necessary.)Great communication and friendly.I'm so lucky to have found them!

One of the best shops I have ever been to. I have been to hundreds of shops. They are very friendly and helpful. They put in extra work to make things convenient for customers and they even come outside and greet you when they can! I think most of the bad reviews are fake! Either completely made up nonsese or just lies. These people are lying on here saying they were overcharged. There's no way they charged you 4700 dollars for a BRAKE job. Unless that's about what it would cost you to do YOUR BRAKES ANYWHERE ELSE. There are super cars that have outragous prices for their rotors. If you have a mercedes or a bmw, it will cost more than a hondas brakes. I was a mechanic for 2 years, a tow truck driver for 3 years, and a truck driver for 1 year. I have visited hundreds, probably 300 plus mechanic shops. Strictlys is one of the best, they let me just drop the car right in front, turn in the keys and leave. They just fixed my stepdads truck. After we installed the intake gasket, it didnt stay in place so it had a major vaccuum leak. They got it done in just a couple hours, and his truck runs perfect now. I have never left Strictly Toy-Ondas without a smile on my face, and a better running vehicle! So get outta here with those fake reviews!!!

I took my honda here on a very hot summer day all cars were in the hot sun, no tarps to provide any kind of shade for humans or cars took my car in for a tune up which was $650 car sounded exactly the same as when I dropped it off, the owner wouldn t let me ask any questions about my car in front of the mechanic, just rushed me off because they were so busy I don t believe they did anything to my car because it had a funny sound that should ve gone away after a $650 tune up I done believe a tuneup was ever done but they sure took my money not going back.

This is an awesome place, staffed by totally wonderful people, who are active in the community beyond their long standing business. Have no fears bringing your car here! Highly, highly recommend!

Strictly Toy-Ondas has kept my trusty Tundra on the road the last couple years. I have had them do my brakes and regular maintenance and the prices are always reasonable, service is quick, and they do a professional job.

The team was friendly, professional, and skilled when it came to replacing and repairing my automatic window motor. They also documented everything thoroughly which I needed for my insurance company. Best of all they saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what the dealership was going to charge. They also got the part ordered and the repair done quickly. If I ever have any problem with my vehicle, they will be my first call.

4300.00 for a break job! And that's just the front breaks! 9 weeks they had my truck. It was in worse shape after I picked it up.Both fuel tanks were on empty (185.00) to refill, alarm was disconnected, auto locks don't work, radio doesn't work, damaged to the back left fender, black paint scratch. Had to return the next day front tire was coming loose. I had to call them after days of nothing happening. They know nothing about smog or how to fix problems above normal issues. Please take your vehicle somewhere eles! It's the worst experience I ever have had.

What an incredible business! We had a car emergency while passing through on a road trip with 3 little kids and a small budget. These amazing humans welcomed us, got us right in, and thoroughly took care of the problem immediately. I've never come across a business like this. They treat you like family. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I just wanted to take a minute and leave a review for this family run business (which I only do when service is extraordinarily bad or good). I don't think my 1987 Toyota Land Cruiser would have ever passed smog without the knowledge and expertise of John. I just placed a registration sticker on yesterday for the first time since 2015 (long story) and it felt so good. I kept looking for a place I could take my FJ60 where someone with the right skills could run tests and tinker to get it to pass smog. That is exactly what I got at Strictly Toy-Ondas. Take it from me, you can tinker on your own for months or years taking it back and forth from smog test to smog test, or you can just take it to John and get it done right. Thank you so much to John, Janette and the entire team! I'll see you in a couple years, or maybe sooner since I'm always messing with this thing.Jarom

Had a problem in my 2019 Rav 4, Roseville Toyota wanted $189.00 just to look at it. They had told me, on phone, car was under warranty, until I drove down there, then surprise, surprise, it's not under warranty. That is what stealerships do. Problem fixed, under $100, at Toy-Ondas. Very good service, very knowledgeable people, and fair with the cost. See, Kathy, she is your "Jam", if you want straight honest answers, and you want work done right. Oh yeah, it came out under estimate. Highly recommended. 6 stars if I could.

This is an edited review. I initially had asked them to check the calibration of my backup sensors on my Toyota RAV4. And within my initial review I was not very pleased with their response but through additional communication the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I had always found them to be very reputable and recommended then to anyone in need of a Toyota/Honda mechanic. And while my last encounter was a little more stressful then I wanted there is a very good chance that I will go back to them.

Excellent service staff and great work by the shop owner on our truck, which broke down on I-80 on a trip home to the Bay Area from Reno. They found and fixed the primary issue and all secondary issues. The price was reasonable, and the service fairly quick. Highly recommend!

John and his entire team provided excellent customer service and did a wonderful job on the repair. I was in a bind-traveling across country and my car broke down. John immediately diagnosed the problem, order the part that was there within an hour and had me on my way in no time. The price was very fair. Most importantly, they took the extra time to ensure my safety.

They were so friendly and accommodating to my child and I as we waited for them to give us an evaluation. Traveling through Auburn in my engine light came on and they just sent me on my way and told me it was going to be OK until I got home to have it checked again then. Very very friendly people and with good hearts.

I wish I could give them 6 stars! My friends dad is a mechanic or many years and recommended toyanda. Tammy and the crew were so professional and kind. Received an estimate for a timing belt change and the other items that must be done while the engine is partially apart. Very professional. I considered the estimate overnight and made minor adjustments, and made an appointment for the job. The job was completed on time and the whole staff were polite and helpful in explaining the work done. I had requested the removed parts be saved and returned to me for examination, no problem or argument.I recommended my grand daughter bring her Civic in for a similar job which she did.

Super-helpful. Helped get me into a dealer for warranty work. Wouldn't take my money even when I was prepared to give it. They take care of me, my wife, and my mother-in-law's cars. Highly recommend.

OMG. What wonderful people. Auburn ford would not help me snap on my replacement mirror so I went to these wonderful people and it took them a few seconds They did this at no cost. I love them.

Staff is very friendly, reasonable prices, skilled effective service. Call ahead to make a reservation because they are pretty busy (sign of a great shop).
