Be careful when coming here. I've been here for standard oil changes with no problem. However, I lagged on my standard car service and I was in need of new rear brakes, an oil change, new wiper blades, filters, etc. and I came in while busy with work calls, etc. and waited in line for my car to get checked out.The service guy looked through the car and gave me the breakdown of total costs and it definitely seemed high but I did gave the okay to proceed and on they went. Well at the very end is when I got an itemized invoice for the work and that's when I noticed that they went ahead and charged me for new rotors and brake pads for the 'break job'. I was NOT in need of new rotors and they damn well knew that.The new rotors were not detailed in the original estimate that I signed off on - they were only detailed in the invoice when it was time to pay.Was it ultimately my fault for not asking questions when I first saw the estimate? Definitely.Was it still wrong and sneaky of them to slip in these costs as 'essential' when there was nothing wrong with my rotors to begin with? Absolutely.Be careful and be alert when you come in here.

This place is fair. The workers know their job & get it done. Had a smog,oil change & New wipers put on. Use your coupon get 10 bucks off. They also Do brakes. Come on in.No appointments needed !

Be wary of this place. All the stories about the underhanded techniques to separate you from your money are practiced here. They try to upsell you the moment you walk in. I turned down some power steering flush procedure. That night my steering started making noise. Hose was loose and all the fluid drained out. Coincidence? I think not.

Great customer service and so friendly. Have never had an issue going to them or getting things done. Usually pretty busy, but that just speaks to their quality of work in my opinion.

Good and quick. Steven was cool and helpful.I just hate the price of oil changes. 89 for a Prius.Ooh now they give out a service flyer with coupon and air freshener. Air freshener smells good let's see how long it lasts.1 star removed as lots can always be improved.

Speedy Oil Change lives up to its name with quick and efficient oil changes. While it might take a couple of hours at times, I usually make the most of it by strolling across the street to Wiener Works for a delicious hotdog. The A1 quality of their wieners perfectly complements the hassle-free oil change experience. The service at Speedy Oil Change is not just quick; it's backed by integrity, making it my preferred stop for efficient service and tasty treats.

The people here are great. Diverse. Which is always great to see. They're always getting my car done in a timely manner. Every time. I usually go here for my oil changes ( $65 durablend synthetic), but they can do so much more. For example, I had an expired turn signal today. They took me in right away, and charged me less than $20. That tells me their pricing is fair, and probably the best you're going to get.Last time I had my oil change done, they made sure everything else was in working order. I had 2 air filters in my car that were really dirty, and I had no idea. Once they changed it, my car was noticeably better.Another time, my car was acting really weird. I thought I would have to take it somewhere else and pay $500+. They added some part to/around my engine. Some type of solenoid maybe? For a job they don't particularly do, they did it anyway! ( $125-$150)This is the place to go for oil changes and other small jobs; depending on the vehicle and how easy it is to get to certain places. You won't get help if you need to take off your bumper to get to your headlights, for example. But they'll diagnose and tell you what the problem might be (especially if there's a check engine light).Either way, great service! 5/5

My brakes were squeaking and for a reasonable amount checked all brakes and pads and said everything was fine for many miles.

Honestly a very awesome team at SpeeDee, had a small problem after an oil change. Had it fixed and reimbursed practically instantly.

I drive for a living, so I inspect my vehicles at least once a week. I always make sure that my tire pressures and fluids are on point.It was a hot day in Auburn. The customers had to wait outside. There was shade, a big oscillating fan that didn't do much and a sanitizing stand provided. I only had to wait about 20 minutes, but after 10 minutes on the road, my tire light came on. Once I got to my next pick up, I looked and saw that my tires were obviously under-inflated.After dropping off my customer, I aired up my tires properly at a gas station. That was over a week ago. I haven't had time to find a tire shop, to have them turn off my tire sensor. I can't do it with my code reader. This is so annoying.

Cheap and quick service!The staff was both extremely kind, and extremely helpful; they shared my laments on the...Painful location of my vehicle's oil filter.Additionally, when the waiting room became mildly full, they offered more chairs to all of the customers, immediately.Kind, helpful, and fast! While keeping the costs down. Couldn't recommend them more!

Excellent repair job, and being open on the weekend I was able to drive there before my car potentially died. The repair was cheaper than expected and on time. They even picked me up in a company car so I didn't have to get an Uber.Their oil change price range seems a little high but they haven't made a mistake yet unlike nearby Quick Lube.

Expansive price. I got there nobody on line, was passed around 4 customers on my front. Last time I did the oil change on my van, the lights about oil level come on constantly. I just be back today because it's not my personal Van, enterprise ask me about to stop here and make a oil change

I was the third car in line this morning for an oil change. My entire time waiting for my car to be finished was under 40 minutes! I was impressed with the fact that they checked all the fluids and aired up the tires. I will definitely be coming back again!

I guess you need to change your hours to list Closed at 3:45pm on Sunday instead of 4:00pm. Nice of you to close early when I showed up with enough time before 4:00pm for an oil change, but I was informed that they were closing by Kurt. Next time I need an oil change, I'll go somewhere that honors their posted hours.

Very good customer service and quick turn-around for oil changes. My company uses them exclusively. Yet, somewhat overpriced for larger engine problems. Still, labor prices are most likely comparable to other mechanic shops. Use at own discretion and buyer beware, etc...

Very friendly crew. The gentleman assisting me was NOT salesy at all, which is great. Some places, like the Toyota dealership in town, will tell you that you need everything replaced. This guy was upfront and honest about everything. The cashier offer to look at the difference between a coupon I found and their student discount. As I left, at least three different employees wished me a great day. Amazing service! I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs their oil changed, or even if you have other similar needs.

Fabulous service! Drove in at 8:30am and got an oil change and smog. Easy. No upselling of things I didn't need. Paid and out before 9:30am. Thank you!
