I have been dealing with Schultz Tire for over 10 years and was shocked to learn today that the business has been purchased by Big Brand Tires a small local chain of tire stores. To my relief, all the same folks that served me so well in the past were still there, behind the counter, providing the same excellent service to me, and all the other customers. Love this place, the service, fair prices and nice people. Hope it stays that way!

We got a flat and called at 445 and got us out by 500 with two new tires.they always help are family when we need something fixed. tires and breaks. Would recommend highly

Professional staff that accurately diagnosed an alignment problem. Part was only available through OEM and they were able to get the part the next day. They didn't mark up the part from cost. They took care to ensure the car was properly secured indoors overnight. I will likely work with them for my future tire and service needs! Thank you!

18 months into this pandemic, maybe a million dead in the U.S. from it, and not a mask in sight. Then I was told "it's just like the flu. We all had it here, and we're doing fine!" As I walked out the door, I heard, "I've got a live one here." I sat outside on the ground in the patio area, which has no furniture, because, well, I guess there's no reason people would want to social distance, outdoors. I went in to have a tire checked. I had scraped it on a curb, where a small piece of tire was rubbed off. The gentleman came out and checked the tire. Then asked me when I last had the air pressure checked. Long time ago. So, he checked all my tires and added air where needed. All for no charge! Great service.

Amazing tire shop!This place is always busy but that's probably due to the Amazing great customer service they have. They always take care of you from cars to semi truck tires. Sam at the counter is great. All the guys are great. If you guys are looking for an honest small local tire shop who will remember you more then just a number schultz tire is the place!

Schultz tire was recommended by the mechanic I regularly go to for a four wheel alignment as suggested on my old vehicle . What a difference and now feels like it's new again. I really liked their attention to detail with test drives before and after and a very descriptive analysis. . The only thing I would suggest improvement on is the waiting area. An over an hour wait seemed like many torturous hours with the TV stuck on christian radio and no coffee or anything else made available. So while I waited, I was tired, starved and was born again. LoL. I would recommend Schultz tire.

I have nitrogen in my tires so it's much easier to stop by then drive to Costco.Their nitrogen is top quality so my tires don't need to be filled nearly as often.Each time I've stopped in they have been very pleasant and accommodating. Always with a smile. Love these guys, definitely buying my next set of tires from them.

Besides the professional conduct of those operating this business, I must mention that once while driving my Mercedes Benz car while I was parked at a store in Auburn, I thought the air in my car's tires needed to be checked. Because I have bought several sets of tires at Schultz, I drove there just after it had closed, found the manager there, and asked him if it would be all right to ask him to check my tires for the air. Without any fuss, without any complaint, but with a sure smile and happy disposition, he said he would be happy to do so. I was amazed that after hours he actually took time to check all four tires and filled them to the right amount of air pressure. He was very kind to do so and refused to accept any money for his efforts. This is the kind of place that will always get my business for tires. David DicksonService: Tires

These guys provide honest, fast service. We take our company fleet of vans to them, as well as personal vehicles for tire, wheel and suspension needs.

Their tire prices are good. They do free rotations on tires purchased there. They offered oil changes for 39.00 when they rotate my tires so I started taking my car there every 3000. They rotated my tires every other oil change. We did this for a few times. The last time I made an appointment and went in Sam the manager said "we are going to charge you 55.00 now to change your oil. We are not making enough money" I told him that I buy my tires there for 4 vehicles. He didn't care. Now I will look for a more service oriented company that stands by what they tell a loyal customer of 22 years. I don't need a fancy building. I want good customer service for a very loyal customer.

I recently went in to have a set of 3rd party brakes installed; as it turns out I didn't in fact need them, and had been misinformed by another party. Anyway, Schultz diligently installed the brakes as I had requested, and then upon learning of why I had them replaced at all - Schultz went ahead and refunded me part of the cost. The work was still completed, and everything works great!Thank you again to everyone there, you really helped me out :)

I've been buying my tires at Schultz Tire Service for several years now. I have recommended them to several friends who were just as satisfied as myself. Excellent service and a great crew! I will not go anywhere else.

Took my car here,because I had bought 4 new Continental tires for my car. They did a 4 wheel alignment. The service was excellent.

Excellent service. Great experience...they have serviced my vehicles for years.If I don't use the manufacturer for brake, alignments or other suspension work I will go to Schultz, and always have excellent results.... Don't go to Les Schwab in Auburn, CA...use Schultz instead.

I was very impressed with this place of business. I love good customer service and they absolutely had it! Also they were very conscious of my finances. They gave me three options for tires at three different prices and told the pros and cons of each. What a blessing that was!

So fast! Professional staff. Very reasonable price. I went with my 1 year old and we were in and out in less than an hour which is AMAZING! Comfy chairs if you're waiting.

Had gotten flat tire on my way camping. They tried helping me out but my tire size wasn't available as I special tires. Weren't gna be available til later tht week. However they did try to fix my flat but my tire valve was torn n not able to fix. They did put my spare on n helped me find other places around to get my tire. However those places didnt answer my calls and other didnt hve my tire either. So we went camping on my spare but everyone was super professional and kind. Thanks guys!!!!

These guys were great. We got a flat and had to replace the tire and they were very helpful in letting us decide wether to buy 4 new tires or just one. I felt like they really cared about getting us helped out.

Whenever I need Auto Service and go to Schultz, I always feel like I am taking care of and not taken advantage of. I am a single woman and we talked extensively about keeping my car in shape without overdoing it. I feel that the prices I get are within reason and I feel comfortable working with any of the gentlemen there

Brought my Jeep in and they preformed the service of changing the tires on my bead locks and balance. That part was a great job, where they dropped the ball is when I left I noticed my tpms light was on but all the tires where reading correct pressure. I called up and told them I would drive it a few days to see if it would reset or go away about a week went by and the light was still on I called and left a message for them to call me back to schedule a time for them to see it again waited 7 more days with no contact and placed another call and another voicemail with my info and still no call. This happened back in December
