Annie and her staff are all amazing and very accommodating. She ensured we loved the car we bought before we bought it with no pressure. She went above and beyond to make sure she sold us a quality car. Our family always goes to Annie for quality used cars and a great car buying experience. We did not just purchase a vehicle, we built a relationship.

(5/15/20 UPDATE: Just had Annie get me a truck for me, found me a fully loaded truck at at least $10,000 less than anything even close!!!)I have been doing business with Annie for about 25 years. I bought a few cars for my kids, a work truck or 2 and I have been using them for car repairs also!As far as buying a car from here, It's a little different . . . First of all Annie is completely honest and is trying to get the best deal for me and still make enough to keep her in business. This is different and takes a bit of time and awareness to realize that you are actually dealing with someone who isn't trying to get every last dime out of you and who isn't trying to "sell you anything". This becomes more evident the more time you spend there; the amount of repeat customers probably sets records. She definitely is in this long term and her win/win philosophy becomes more evident. She is also a wealth of knowledge and I have used her to bounce my plans for vehicles and which year & model, a lot.As far as the auto repair side; We 1st started using them years ago, when we had a car suddenly start running very loud. We had been to 5 other local shops and were told either "we don't know" or "it's toast". When my wife drove up to Pace, the mechanic walked out and said; "I know what's wrong with your car." He did, he fixed it and actually shamed the dealer that had charged us $85 to diagnose it into sending us a refund since they had been so wrong. That started a long history of having all of our vehicles repaired there. They have, more than a few times, charged us less than the estimate because they found out the part was cheaper than they had quoted or the job was simpler than thought! I challenge you to find any other repair shop to do this!SO, I can't say enough about them, try them out or go to those fly-by-night used car dealers that will be gone in a year.

Bought a truck from Annie in 2009 and it is still running great! She got me financed when no one else could. Annie is a people person and isn't out to pressure you to buy. My sister has bought 2 cars from her as well. Definitely worth visiting and seeing what kind of deal you can get worked out.

I've been a loyal customer for 15-20 years Annie and her team are amazing. My husband and I have bought 3 vehicles from Pace and I can say they are truly amazing to work with!! I highly recommend Pace Auto!

Annnie was a very nice lady Helped out with the car and paperwork and we'll see if we get qualified very nice people. Well after 11 months we had to get rid of the dam car We got. the chick engine lights was still Coming on And she Did fix it a couple of times free of charge but the check engine light kept coming on then she charged me a $130 supposedly to fix that Check engine light! It still came back on, we got ripped off we didn't appreciate that and she not really that nice she seems to be but no! We took the car somewhere else because we are afraid to go talk to her as she would just say nope sorry And the check engine light never went out. She put a band-aid on it just to sell the car. So Don't get a car from her. Cynthia.

This place is a joke!! We got approved for a car and she said her mechanic will work on it and fix the problem as soon as possible. Its been a month already and he hasnt done not one thing. Instead hes working on other peoples cars from the gas station. Annie gives false hope and no updates on the car ever. Terrible business this is. Not proffesional at all. I DO NOT reccomend going to this dealership! Buyer beware!!

helpful, friendly, over the past ten years my family has bought over 10 cars and truck. it has been a good experience to work with Annie and her staff. I have recommended Pace auto to all my friends, pace is a happy place to buy your next car from. and when you see them tell'em Doc morty sent you.

They mean business, not BS. I didn't know what I wanted, what I could afford, etc. Annie's not a plaid coat greasy smile, blowing smoke and selling dreams. She understands people like she understands cars. We talked about life and life style, we looked at my credit and figured out the smart choice for my money. Honest, dependable, considerate. What else do want when your making a financial commitment?

Wow this car lot sucks. We brought Kia van. We thought it was a great buy. It had everything we needed like cup holders CD player, sound system and V6. We test drive the vehicle and hurt engine noise. We came back to tell her the Car not running right. She said she would have her mechanic look at. So we test drove the car and the noise was softer. So we thought it was ok.Will now we have this Kia for 2 years and we have left and right problems. Even from day one when we got to vehicle we starting to have problems like headlights, breaks system and transmission problems. We call her about these problems and she always says she get back to us but she doesn't call back.I WOULD NEVER BUY VEHICLE'S FROM HER!!

Super nice people and awesome place to find a great used car in Auburn. I searched everywhere close by, even as far as Sacramento, but had to go with Pace. Buy a car here and you won't be disappointed.

My review is not false.Awful, awful, awful awful. They sell broken cars at stupid prices. It's been a total money pit. AVOID THEM!It is not false you scum. It was my other half who bought the car. Please avoid this shady business people!
