Manager and Employees at this store go beyond expectations to locate the right part needed at a fair price. I have special interest vehicles and a Wood Boat where you cannot always supply them year, make or model. Sometimes you just have the part and they always without exception call few hours later with the exact part or with an option that will work Quality of employees are second to none.

My car broke down while I was visiting in Auburn and the crew here was incredibly helpful. I couldn't have made my 150 mile trip back home without them. Great store, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Auburn O'Reilly's!

A purchase of oil and a filter was So Easy! The helpful clerk, given the accurate vehicle information, was able to locate the items and apply a bit of a discount, that is always a plus. All was quick and easy.

Every O'Reilly part store is amazing service! They may seem depressed (Which I understand) but they are the nicest people. Ask for any checkup (Scanner/Audio) and they can help you out with help and support!

Very happy to have come to this automotive store for assistance with my antifreeze purchase after viewing the online comparisons. The store is very well stocked with almost every imaginable item for a car, but what I appreciate mostly was the attention received from the worker who looked up in a automotive manual for my engine s specifications to ensure I purchased the correct item for my car. After purchasing the item, the owner was gracious to assist me with the administering it in my car. I would highly recommend this store.

I needed anti-freeze for my car, so once I entered the store, I was greeted and assisted by the store s manager, Randall, who looked up my vehicle s engine info for the best type of anti-freeze for my car. Not only did he ensured I had the appropriate/best type for my car, he asked if I needed help with administering it, so I said yes. Once at my car, he showed me the overflow container and explained that it wasn t dry, and added the appropriate amount to the container s required guideline. I am so happy to have gone into this store to receive such great attention and assistance. Highly would recommend this store if all the employees are as knowledgeable and helpful as Randall.

They have very good prices,but sometimes going to Riebes is better. / The at of Royal Purple is cheaper her than at Riebes.

Had the most excellent customer service from Michael today. He was so quick and efficient, knowledgeable and cheerful during my difficult purchase. Also received expert advice from manager Myndi who is like a human computer. Head filled with an expanse of information. She is also very personable, attentive and greatly appreciated. My car was barely starting and turning over. Went into O'Reilly's and Rick, the assistant manager, immediately jumped on it and tested the battery. It was bad. Rick found the right one, installed it for me in minutes and then tested the alternator as well all for free. The entire team is so knowledgeable unlike the others parts stores in Auburn and would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend! Thank you as usual for all your assistance.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful when finding parts. They have a huge selection of car cleaning supplies and tons of tools. Don't forget to ask for the military discount.

My personal favorite over AutoZone and Napa. Their staff is super friendly and always helping. They are honest and seriously just there to help you! But their prices are the best part. Even tools are cheaper than places like Ace Hardware.

The place was busy but it should be for a Saturday afternoon. My husband truck needed a new battery so we waited a few minutes for our turn. Timothy behind the counter brought up what we needed on the computer, but he showed us 3 choices explained each one and then let us decide. We went with the one that made best sense. He was very helpful and courteous. Never felt pressured or hurried. Great experience.

I've been a customer of O'Reilly on hwy 49 in Auburn since 2018. Every time I have gone there needing help (about 20 times) they have provided the best customer service. It truly makes a difference who the person is that's selling you parts. THE STAFF, and I mean every single one of them, have MADE ME a LIFETIME CUSTOMER. I will honestly try to never go anywhere else for help because they have treated me so well. Thank you guys so much!

I called the store to make sure they had the parts I needed. They were very friendly on the phone, set my parts aside for me to pick up in the afternoon. Helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. I will continue to shop at O'REILLY Auto Parts.

I don't go here often but all I have to say is the service that was given was outstanding. I don't know anything when it comes to details for car maintenance item's. Thankfully, everyone who was on shift was knowledgeable as well as friendly and understanding when i told them I was "automotive illiterate". They assisted me in finding the right oil for my vehicle qnd even helped me to make sure that my vehicle was all set fluids wise before I left. Definitely A+.

I ordered products online. I came in the next morning to pick up the products. The clerk could not find them. She could not reprint a receipt. I watched as she dug through a trash can trying to find my receipt. I was in the store for almost 10 minutes to buy a pack of fuses. I've never seen someone dig through trash for a receipt or product to sell to me. It was embarrassing. Clearly some training needs to happen to reprint an online pick up order.

Always friendly people and helpful. Know what they are talking about and will ask co-worker if not sure. Will check stock in warehouse and takes less than 24 hours to get to store. Even on Sundays!! Like the Auburn CA store. Thanks folks.

Friendly staff. Oreilly's are all on a similar layout so it's easy to find what you're looking for, even when away from home. Worth joining their Rewards program. You don't have to spend that much to start getting regular discount coupons that are good toward any purchase.

Amazing place! I know nothing about cars and they really helped me out and were super nice about it! They helped me change my headlight out! This is the only auto parts store I go to now, its so great!

The service was excellent however, I will not return until the employees are wearing masks as per the CA mandate; and requiring shoppers to do the same. (they had about 10 employees, and none were wearing masks. My husband and I are seniors and he has a serious heart condition so we are in the high risk category for Covid. We should not have to risk our lives just to shop here. Public safety should take precedence over political points of view, and wearing a mask is a simple request. Currently CA cases are at high escalation rates. Although they had ply wood barriers and signs asking clients to stay at 6 ft, the barriers only took up about 4.5 feet of distance and you had to be that close in order to use the debit machine.
