Nuts & Bolts Auto Repair is an honest and reputable repair shop. My sister introduced me to them over a year ago and I could not be more impressed. I received an unsolicited estimate from my car dealer, about a year ago, in the amount of $3,500 for mechanical work. This was after I dropped my car off for a tune up. I then took my car to Nuts & Bolts for a second opinion and they said I may need all this work done way into the future, but did not need it now. The owner only found one item I should repair. I agreed and I still saved $200 over what the dealership quoted for this item. My car drove very well for the past year and I recently took it back for an oil change. I needed the rear brakes replaced which they completed the same day. The service is fast, reliable, and most of all, honest.

Nuts and Bolts has consistently been the one mechanic shop that I can absolutely trust!They have charged me less money when the job was shorter than they expected, helped me diagnose issues over the phone, and are always direct and honest! Great, knowledgeable, down to earth people!!! 11/10

They were excellent in putting out options we had with our car. And got us in and out quickly. Especially like the family atmosphere there. And the fact that they have candy and a coffee machine and a recliner to die for in the waiting room helps

I had to have my window regulator on my vehicle fixed. I called these people they made a quick appointment. The price is good, the work quality is excellent. I highly recommend these people to do your automobile work.

Great experience. Had the Jeep Cherokee in for its 100,000 mile service, coolant flush, cabin air filter, systems check, tire rotation, oil change etc. Went very well and results were clearly reviewed. Very nice people and the cost was very reasonable. It was very easy to make an appointment. The person I talked to over the phone was very friendly and accommodating, even letting me know that if I need to come in sooner for my oil change, they could top me off. The office staff is friendly and I love that they have furbabies behind the counter. The oil change was completed a lot faster than I expected. It was a quick and painless experience and I'll be coming back here for any auto needs I may have in the future.

We looooooove Nuts & Bolts!!!! We have gone to Nuts & Bolts for years; with multiple cars. They are extremely good mechanics. In addition, they are wonderful people. It s like having a mechanic in the family. I don t say this lightly; i trust them completely! I've been using Nuts & Bolts for auto & truck service & repairs for years. They are honest & knowledgeable, explain problems clearly. I have a 2010 Toyota Sienna I've been taking here for 4 years. They go above and beyond to ensure it is always running in tip top shape. They always notify me when there is something they discover that I might eventually want repaired but never put any pressure on me. I have worked on my vehicles myself for 30 years and have complete trust in Nuts & Bolts. I never even open the hood anymore! They stand by their work and are always available in an emergency to get you in. I had a nail in my tire once and stopped by. Rob immediately took my van in the back and fixed my tire in about 15 minutes. When I tried to pay him he refused and said they take care of their customers. I've never had such a great experience at, or trusted an automotive shop like Nuts and Bolts! Don't let the name fool you. Rob, Danielle and entire team are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, professional and completely looking out for our safety and wallets. I feel like they truly care about making sure my vehicles are safe on the road knowing I'm traveling with my kiddos. They have even offered to chat with me and check out a potentially new car on their off days to make sure I don't get taken advantage of! They truly go above and beyond with service and kindness. I couldn't have found a better mechanic team to service all our cars.... Including an '88 Station Wagon that is my mom's pride and joy. They handle her (mom and the car) with ease and respect and she never feels swindled. Was in a small town doing a delivery for work, and as soon as the delivery was completed, it started hearing a bumping sound from the back left tire, which turned out to be a loud, bumping sound. Long story short they came out, tightened up the wheels and were very friendly and helpful and did it free of charge. very friendly staff would recommend to anybody. Thanks guys for the help.

I went in thinking I knew the issue and would half to pay a lot of money to fix it no matter where i went. The owner helped me figure out the whole problem with my power steering and made the repair very simple and easy to understand at the same time saving me money by finding a creative and secure solution. Really enjoyed his service and would recommend this shop to everyone in the area as the local Toyota repair shop.

I have taken our cars to Nuts & Bolts for oil changes and repairs, and Rob and Danielle are as honest as they come. Not only do they have great customer service, but Rob is always happy to explain the work and looks for ways to save me money. I highly recommend Nuts & Bolts.

To repeat what others have said here, my experience in taking my car to Nuts & Bolts was excellent. What I thought might have been more severe and expensive damage, was identified as straightforward and fairly minor with (as been said in several reviews here) no up sell. Where I thought I might be leaving my car a full week, particularly because of the approaching Thanksgiving break, I got a call about 3pm that it was ready to pick up. Didn't expect or need the car that soon, but that was a boost. My car is 23 years old and I know can use some more work throughout, so now I've got confidence in an auto shop giving me reliable options rather than a sell job.
