Had to stop in quickly for wiper blade because of the rain. Staff was helpful and directed me to exactly what I needed and checked out within 5 minutes. Super happy with my purchase, quiet and efficient wiper blades.

Just got a new fuel pump for my 1961 Corvette 283 from Summit Racing. Guess what? None of the fuel lines fit! Went to Ace Hardware, no luck. The great folks at Riebes NAPA auto parts, in particular Janelle stuck with me until we found the brass coupler reducer fittings I needed. Would recommend them, thank you! The vette will be running soon now.

Customer service sucks here. Waited in line a parts counter only for the service guy to say he will be back. As I m waiting, customers in line get called to counter and helped while I m still waiting for parts guy to finish his break. Left and went to Autozone where I was helped immediately. If you like waiting, this place is for you

Great experience buying a new battery and a few other things here All the staff were very friendly and very helpful with what I needed . It's nice to get a greeting when entering the store as well as a salutation when leaving.

Go anywhere else!! They turn off the lights before the store is closed. They do not help you in any way. They will not even carry a battery to the car or offer any assistance regardless if you have to install it yourself. They also will not give you any information on whether or not you need new terminals. They stated they do not do battery inspection or instillation. Every other store with this name has been amazing, a thousand percent going over and above. This store however, you're better off going anywhere else. They are slow, they are inefficient and they are incredibly disrespectful.Update the following day, they sold me the wrong battery too!!When leaving the store I was able to tell them I needed help with a tool to do the work. Cody reluctantly let me use a socket wrench but I asked for a crescent wrench because I knew more than one was size needed. I can't believe they did less than subpar with customer service. When I was talking to the person Cody and telling him that I needed a new terminal he said the store was already closed so I had to figure out how to make my previously used battery that was dying connect to the terminals and stay running in order to get home. I've never had a problem with any NAPA Auto parts store in my life this is the only store in the last 3 years that I've ever used that will not offer assistance. The young man at the counter who was helping me, started to walk away and never made any indication he was still helping me or wasn't. I was first getting help 25 minutes before closing and he kept running around doing different things. I couldn't tell if he was still looking up the battery info so I asked can I get some help now? Once again he started working with me and then started helping other people. I had to ask him to type it into the computer to get the right battery and then the lights are off in the entire store. We're using our cell phones flashlights when he chose my battery off the shelf, he chose one that was not the right size! More than anything beyond the lack of support or respect to get the proper things needed as a auto parts store should do, the disregard for having any professionalism was what hit the most. As with any store things can be different on any given day depending on who you have, however for the last three and a half years I've gone into the store they've never been helpful. I've only gone in there three times - each time thinking I'll get a better experience. (Hard fail!) So as always shop at your own risk.

The young man was very helpful picking out products for my truck and should rate a 5+, however the store got a 3 since the staff told me ( a 70 year old woman) in need of a restroom it was store policy that customers could not use their bathroom. REALLY!

What a great customer service business. I didn't even have the chance to look around in the store myself, before friendly help was there to assist me. They were not just friendly but knowledgeable too. So if you need auto parts, this is where you want to go. Find out what customer service used to be like, and still is at this Napa parts store.

this place is awesome. The most customer service you'll find anywhere. Bought a steering wheel cover and couldn't fit it on. The guy from parts named Richard came out and helped me and did a beautiful job. I call that great customer service. Yeah, to small towns. Been here 40 yes it's still great

Was going to get some replacement parts here, but the person at the checkout was not wearing a mask correctly (not covering nose) - so ended up not going in. Think I'll just order them online. Businesses need to start thinking about why they might be losing revenue, but not respecting the law, common sense or their clients is a big part of it.

Totally unhelpful at the Palm Ave shop.I chose to buy my battery at Napa with a Napa member deal and because it said they installed them. That way they could install it and just take my old core and I didn't have to drive 14 miles home and come back with my core.When I picked up the battery, I asked him politely. Could you install it for me please? They both put their hands up and said "We don't do that." I told him the Napaonline website says that Napa installs the batteries for free. They said well we don't do that. When I bought the battery 4 years ago at O'Reilly they installed it for me and took my core. I should have just gone back to O'Reillys and I will next time. No more Napa ever.

It was awkward to say the least , it was rather early as I went to drop my daughter off across the street at school . Since I was not in a rush and needed a few car items figure it would be good to get a feel for the store and browse around. Only to my observation as I was wandering through the store I was being watched . Every single employee at this establishment had the he stealing face on and we're constantly in the area I was but watching me not doing anything productive. So all and all may go back if I need to but as far as I'm concerned that place is some serious stereotypical white folks . I'm of mixed race and often get these kinda behaving adults at retail stores.

Always well staffed and stocked beautifully. Teamwork shows. Always paying attention to customer needs. Even for a woman who knows nothing about parts but helps out Hub when he is stuck under the hood.

Was having a hell of a time finding some parts for my old Ford, got in there and talked to a guy named Russ. Super helpful and managed to find a fuel pump and some uncommon 9" bearings that no one else seemed to know about or carry for my odd truck. Thanks!

The store was clean the employees were xxhelpful and informed on the subject they were helping me with. My only complaint would be that it seemed that the employee. Who was working the check out wasn't really happy to be doing his job.

Seems like I been going here since it was Placer Motor Parts in 76. Great store, they have everything here, even for semis. Lately they dont call and leave a message when my special orders come in. Why all of a sudden do they drop the ball? I will be back and I have had many things done in the machine shop in the back to my satisfaction.

I was stuck with a dead battery and matthew at the service desk came out and installed my new battery for me. His customer service was so good and he had such a great attitude dispite my Kia giving him some trouble. End result was he saved the day and I wish I could give 10 stars!

Roads are closed but our caravan has the great idea to get around the chain controls and take back roads.Even though we have AWD, we want some piece of mind and stop here and get a set of chains. Luckily this place was open late and they had all sorts of chains.In and out quick and on our way.

Love this store, they always have what I'm looking for. Except this one time I ask for Royal Purple 10-30wt for high mileage vehicles. My 09 Camry has almost 200k on it.I was very surprised that they don't carry it.And they don't carry the Royal Purple oil filter.Bad news for me...

I had the opportunity to do business with these folks recently around 9/29/ 2019 ...From their associate Mike to the manager Robert they were friendly, through, listened with focus, and handled my problem with integrity! I would highly recommend this company for all your auto parts needs!

I've been shopping at this Riebes store for 20 years - best one around. Knowledgeable staff, have a lot of stuff in stock, and their prices are always reasonable. I hardly shop anywhere else for anything automotive!
