Hasti and her crew have been working on our cars for a few years. We came to her on the recommendation of a friend who has been going for years. True professionals, they know their stuff, and easy to deal with. Wonderful people, they are open, honest, and caring. The absolute best.

The absolute friendliest and most helpful mechanics I've ever been to. I walked in on a very busy day but they accommodated me with kindness and patience, and spent time assessing and helping the issue with my car. This was my first time going to them, but definitely won't be my last.

Meritage took care of our brakes and oil change today and went above and beyond. Absolutely fair prices and timely service. Took the time to research and attempt to fix other minor issues as well.Great communication and customer service. This shop is by far the most honest and thorough when you need diagnostics on your car. Not only do you get pictures texted to you with descriptions and pricing, but they will call to explain everything to let you know what is necessary and what you can have done optionally. I will drive for miles if needed to make this shop THE shop my cars go to for everything.

Took my vehicle here for the first time for the required maintenance by the auto maker. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Service to my vehicle was very good. I bought new tires in Grass Valley unbeknownst to me the broke 3 studs.. long story short only through Meritage and Dave s professional attitude did it finally get fixed right! After a year of busted studs at every rotation, Dave was able to get the tire shop to pay for everything! I trust Meritage and their prices are fair!! I also had a broken plug in the oil pan.. again, I wasn t told but Meritage found it had been repaired with some type of silicone. I had to buy a new pan because they d shoved a bigger plug in the pan then glued it shut! I won t trust anyone else to touch my car, even for an oil change!

If I could give more than 5 stars I 100% would. I have been coming to Meritage for more than 6 years for all my major and minor vehicle issues. I used to work down the street in Auburn so it was very convenient. Now I live almost an hour away and still make the drive because I know I can trust them to be honest, thorough and reliable. Time after time they go above and beyond.The service, people and everything about Meritage is amazing. 100 stars.

Took my Arline VW Passat in 400 mile service and they did fine except I don t care for emailing back-and-forth as to things that are wrong. I prefer to talk to the mechanic.

I was referred to Meritage by a family member and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, talent, communication, and kindness. I felt like my car was in great hands with people who really cared and knew what they were doing. Hasti is AWESOME, I loved how involved she kept me through the process, and how honest she was with me. Super nice and went above and beyond for me! This is the best mechanic I've ever had. Truly, I've had many a mechanic, and I will never go back. I am so excited to write this review for the Meritage Team!! I have really struggled to find quality care for my cars over the years so it's a major relief to have found this shop. They tackled what was a stressful and complicated challenge (to me) with our BMW - solved it - but more importantly treated me with so much patience, care and respect along the way. They educated me about my options, worked with me to find solutions that were as cost effective as possible, and stayed in communication to provide me updates. If you want trusted support with your cars -- you've got to check this local business!

I drove to Meritage from Grass Valley to get my BMW wheel hub replaced.A friend from Sacramento recommended this place for my beemer.They did a great job for a great price.I will return for future servicing my BMW.

Honest, detailed and always doing what is right for the customer. I can't say enough about what an amazing repair shop this is. Great service, friendly and always wanting to make sure the customer is taken care of with the utmost care. You can feel confident when you leave that you were treated fairly and honestly. As almost all the reviews seem to echo here, this is a great shop. I brought them my domestic vehicle and I was very pleased with my drop off, write up, repair and pick up. This was a much better experience than the dealer. I'm a former mechanic, so I understand what a tough business it is when it comes to pleasing all your clients. They will be my go to shop from now on. Thanks Meritage!!

My air suspension on my Mercedes gls went out while on a day trip to Boreal. After AAA took 6 hours and ultimately failed to provide any service, Ray found a towing company to come pick me up and serviced my SUV SAME DAY to get me home. I was stressed and all other dealerships and shops were completely unwilling to help. Everyone at the Meritage was so caring and considerate. I only wish I lived closer so I could have Meritage be my go to shop. Forever grateful.

Ray and Nate at Meritage Auto were amazing to work with. We drove over two hours to purchase a car from them and not only were they great to work with, but our family felt that they were looking out for our interests. Since moving to Auburn area I have used Meritage for all my MB needs. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they offer. Always happy, always welcoming and car is frequently finished earlier than estimated.Their standards are high and they exceed my expectations every time.They're economical too!

My father was a mechanic so I know a good and a bad shop when I experience one.. ie: The land rover dealer in Rocklin...Ray and Merritage team came highly recommend has earned my trust with the experice of the team and as a customer. If you have a car that needs some work or even just a oil change, Meritage is the place to go. Ray and his staff are the greatest. Andrew is a great mechanic and explained everything he is doing to my car. In a way that I can understand. Ray at Meritage saved me over $3000.00 by not going to the dealer for service. Thank you Ray and Andrew and staff at Meritage. You are the greatest!!!!

Meritage Auto Repair is honest, and friendly. Great comfortable waiting area if you need it. Chances are that you will not spend much time there. I have been able to have them work my car in for minor repair with little to know wait. On other occasions I make an appointment and get my car over to them for bigger repairs without a hassle. They diagnose accurately and have reasonable rates. They even have coupons and have worked with me when I need it which is all of the time. I am treated with respect even though I know the other cars in this service shop are newer and more expensive with customers that I am sure are able to pay more than myself. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.
