Very impressed with this company and its people. I dealt with Mercedes and Chris. Both terrific. Courteous, professional, and treat customers like good friends. They live the company s core values posted on the wall. If every company could be like them, the world would be a better place. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is my second experience there with the first time before the name change. Many of the same people remain and it shows. Extremely courteous and professional staff. Chad was really great to work with. He worked around my odd schedule with work and vacation and kept me up to date, always graciously taking the time to talk with me. My vehicle came back looking great. Definitely will return should the unfortunate need arise.

Justin was the best. They could not repair my car as it was deemed totaled. But Justin walked us through every step, even when he did not have to. I saw their work on other cars and it was pristine. I would highly recommend this place and I hope they know what an asset Justin is to their business.

I can't say enough about this body shop. I've had to take my vehicles to a handful of different shops over the years, and hands down this has been the best one. Our vehicle was repaired to the highest standards, and looked like it had just been driven off the lot when we left. Kenny did an incredible job with his work. And the owner was very friendly and easy to work with, always prompt to return calls and questions. If you have to take your vehicle in, I highly recommend Tomlinson's.

It was almost worth it to get into a fender bender because now my car looks better than before the accident. Highly recommend this shop. Customer service was also excellent.

The best body shop in the greater Sacramento area. True professionals and top notch work that doesn't miss a single detail. If you're a car enthusiast, this is the place to get when you need some body work done. They have the best of the best equipment and are family owned. Can't say enough great things about Jake and Co.

After reading all these review, I have to agree with them. Tomlinson s is the best shop I ve ever used. The repair they did on my M3 was perfect. From the body alignment to the blending of the paint. Perfect. It was good to find a shop that still believes in a quality product. Totally happy

One star just to vote at all. Worst ever experience. I Agreed Aug 12 to this as told start right away. Tow truck came less than 30 min n no time to get all stuff out. Called n in 30 min car was already there. Didn't say need all out even in undamaged back . Went to see place n all from car was in a large open box outside in a ditch on property..car near open dry field. Had blanket n tarp in car to use but didn't talk about filthy dirty layers n how to protect my car. 5 days til first estimate. No copy to me. As I'm told waiting for parts submitted 3 more add ons....never sending or telling meLast add about 1month having car.At last I was to take car until they got parts n I'd be called Fri or MondayEleven days later on... no call when I reached out to customer relations n nearby shop that sent me up there.. had to talk to Manager at Auburn to get help about his shop. They put it near totalled status without my knowledge or consent .. n now after letting me drive it away ( to be brought back) and telling me no damage underneath.not dangerous to drive at all Manager says it is.Wrote on estimate mileage 99,999 n was 65,000... huge value difference!Most outrageous treatment of me n my belongings ever..no chance to make my own choices as no info n in a terrible extreme stress place now.Asked to talk to corporate or Knielsels owners n refused to give me info or let me.They don't handle this I'm told. Worst experience ever for this lil' senior lady!!!

Had a cosmetic repair needed on our new Porsche 991 GTS. Jakes shop did immaculate work - I have used this shop in the past as well for another Porsche. It's refreshing to see such stellar work!Great job - well done!Scott R

Jake is very unprofessional and rude, I paid them to do a repaint on my qtr panel to do the job while my car was waiting for parts fr. an accident (this job should of been done before the holidays'12) . I was promised it's a 2-day job, but it turned into 2wks bc they scraped it again fr detailing after the paint job.When I came to pu my car mid Jan.'13, I told him that I was very disappointed in the service I received and wanted a refund. He said, "it's all about the $, isn't it?" I replied, "yes; time is $ (which he can't buy, AH)." I can't even count how many times I had to drive from Folsom to Auburn. He said, "Do you get your car now, and who paid for your rental?" That's beside the fact that my car was in their possession longer than it should have been. REALLY? they painted my qtr panel 3X's to get the job done, which should of been done right the 1st time!! And I did NOT hear a word of "sorry", but instead he told me to go get a lawyer. What a PR*CK!I left and told Jake I would never recommend this place to anyONE!!I would never have gone to them if Niello didn't recommended me.NEVER!!(However, office wkg. team (as well as painter) were nice & understanding)

Jake's shop has done two difficult repairs for me and both were on time and looked great. Nice shop and good crew. Jake knows his stuff.

If you want your car repaired after a accident you can go anywhere..... But if you want it done right this is the place to go. I have used Jake a few times now and my car was just like new every time I picked it up.

This man is tremendous of how careful and hard he works, he saw one little scratch on a car that know one else could even see , and he stayed after work spending and hour fixing it.
