I had the water pump, cam seals, and axles replaced on my Honda, and they did an excellent job at an affordable price. They maintained clear communication throughout the process, providing picture updates. The openness and transparency I experienced should be the standard for every mechanic. I highly recommend them! John and Joseph are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will be taking my cars here in the future thanks!

The owner of the place, i think his name is Joe was very helpful and informative. Second off awsome guys that work there and very helpful and reasonably priced. I thought i needed an alignment rather than charging me for an alignment and sending me on my way like a lot of mechanics would have they took the time to diagnose what was wrong with my truck i highly recommend this shop and will be taking all my and friends future business here.

UPDATE: nothing has changed. Still the best shop around with the most honest mechanics and owner this side of the Mississippi!!!I would take any vehicle I have to HTS. Joseph is knowledgeable, very kind and easy to talk to. I'd trust him with any automotive needs. They're reliable, honest, hard working and do a great job.Nothing but good things to say about this shop.

HTS Automotive is the best. I stumbled upon them accidentally once when I was in the area and now I drive up from Berkeley regularly to get my truck serviced here. Joseph is very friendly, trustworthy, super knowledgeable, and runs a tight ship, all for a great price. Look no further than HTS.

HTS is amazing! I trust their work, they go above and beyond to get the job done, all while delivering exceptionally friendly customer service. They took extra time with me to discuss what was wrong with my vehicle, and went out of their way to fit me into their full schedule so I could enjoy my new years. Highly recommend HTS!

I love these guys! Joseph, the owner, always takes care of me and pays extra attention to detail with all of the work that's being completed. When I was having my Gibson muffler put on My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland with the 5.6 l. V8 and air ride... I love this car... I just purchased it from AutoNation Honda in the Roseville Auto Mall. They had to replace the upper and lower control arms and Joseph went out of his way to check their work and found that the left control arm was loose! It hadn't been tightened properly! I told him not to tighten it himself that I would drive down immediately and have AutoNation do it, however, I was told by the Honda side (that doesn't work on Jeeps and didn't put the control arms on) that they didn't know if it was supposed to be loose or not!!! Lol (How dumb can you be...)It took another 3 weeks to have the AutoNation Jeep next door to the Honda branch tighten up the loose control arm...But Joseph knew what was wrong and knew that it needed to be tightened.It doesn't seem like rocket science, but the fact that Joseph saw right away that there was something wrong still speaks volumes. To me, at least.I trust these guys. I trust them enough to consider them my new and only mechanic shop for my cars.I stopped by today to let Joseph know that I needed some work done replacing that oil pressure sensor, my right front tire pressure sensor and missing power to my automatic rear view mirror dimmer. He said that both the sensors would be no problem, but didn't know if he had anyone or time to figure out the mirror problem. He advised that I check with the auto glass business next door, but he'll see if someone will check it out for me in the shop. That's professional honesty. I value that.I also have issues with Combat Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) so it's important for me to find people that I can absolutely trust and won't gaslight me like so many people do nowadays. These guys have earned my trust. That's very important to me as well.I really recommend this shop for all of your 4 wheeler/car/truck needs. They are exceptional mechanics, and pay attention to the details necessary to fix or enhance your vehicles the way you should expect them to. I really don't think you could get better service or professional work done at any other shop, as I've tried several in the past that I won't mention here, but none of them better than here. It's by far a better shop in every way hands down.If you're looking to get honest work done at pretty darned reasonable prices, (and who isn't, duh...) give this shop a try. If you have any problems at all, please post them here so I will know that I've been "played" again... (Lol) but until then, I've got my shop of choice for all of my car needs.And I don't know any of these guys personally, but feel that I've gotten to know them better than what you'd think, too. We talked quite as bit during their work and after, just chit -chatting about things... (I'm a self proclaimed conspiracy "professor" of sorts...) It created a comfort level that I needed. With PTSD, I want to turn every "perceived" threat into a "friendly" so I go out of my way to make them "friendly"... LolBut it wasn't hard with this group. They are exceedingly friendly while being professional at the same time.They didn't even seem to mind so much that I was just yapping away. LolAnyway you got my honest review. I'm just rambling at this point.

I am so happy I was referred to this business. They have very skilled mechanics who are thorough and honest. Their prices are also very reasonable. I definitely plan to make this my spot for all maintenance and major repairs.

So glad we found HTS Automotive! Even though they specialize in Hondas/Toyotas/Subarus, they also work on other makes, so call them first! They are absolutely the best and are so honest and helpful. It s hard to find a trusting mechanic that takes pride in their work and customer service. Joseph and his team will go above and beyond to make sure you know the exact scope of work they will be performing and why. They are Not at all pushy in any way about performing unneeded services but will help you prepare for the future maintenances that may be needed. This place is top notch i can t say enough. I can t say enough about HTS Automotive! Everyone I spoke to was kind, understanding, empathetic, and, most of all, honest! The owner was fair and didn t try to nickel and dime me for work he and his crew did. In fact, they charged me the least they possibly could for the work they did and then called a few hours later to verify that everything was running fine on my truck. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Auburn, CA area!

This shop is hands down one of the best I have ever been to. They are honest, polite and over all great people. They easily could have charged a lot more for the services rendered but they did not. Joseph is an exceptional person and an excellent mechanic. He works very hard at really trying to pinpoint what the problem is and fix it at a decent price. I have had several Honda's and I will not trust anybody to touch them except HTS Automotive. Joe does great work at a fair price! They have a really clean shop and my car is always fixed right and on time!

The guys at HTS Automotive are probably some of the best guys to have on your side, not only are they good at what they do but they go out of their way to make sure it s a stress free experience! My warranty company was trying to make the situation difficult to say the least and they stepped up and took care of it! I won t go anywhere else in the future...

Excellent customer service! My vehicle was having issues starting and the owner was able to diagnose and repair it immediately. I expressed the urgency and importance of it being my sole transportation and they got the job done. Initially I just wanted to get back on the road, but thier efficiency and price point allowed for a full service along with new rotors and brakes. I appreciated that there wasn t any pressure to sell me on thier services! Throughout the process I was educated and guided in a positive direction while having options to solve any problems with my vehicle. Highly recommend HTS!!!!
